- Svein (8/5): Supert hotell med flott beliggenhet. - Supert hotell som vi har besøkt 3 ganger nå. Flott beliggenhet og nydelig strandområde med basseng og sandstrand. Eget spa anlegg med stort innendørs basseng. Flott frokostbuffé og meget hyggelig, hjelpsomt personale. Parkering i garasjeanlegg. Vi kommer igjen! Lite å utsette her.

Allasalueet sekä sisällä että ulkona on kivat. Aamupalaa voisi vielä parantaa. Mahdollisuus syödä aamupala ulkona olisi myös kiva.

- Aleksei (1/5): Неприемлемое отношение к гостям и крайне разочаровывающий опыт - Категорически не рекомендую этот отель для семейного отдыха. За 15+ лет путешествий это мой первый негативный отзыв на Booking. Мы ехали из Сараево в Котор и остановились здесь на 2 ночи втроём с ребенком. Бронировали номер с видом на сад. После этого отеля мы жили ещё в трёх местах в Черногории и можем уверенно сказать: здесь нас встретили максимально нелюбезно: угрюмого вида сотрудницы рецепции как будто делали одолжение пока рассказывали основную информацию. Номер оказался крайне мрачным, окна отсутствовали: фактически без нормального вида и с ремонтом из 2000-х. «Вид на сад» представлял собой три дерева вплотную к балкону, полностью закрывающих обзор и свет. Дополнительное место для ребенка было сделано из раскладушки с тремя подушками вместо матраса. На взрослой кровати под простыней лежала хрустящая клеенка как в больнице, слышимая при каждом движении. Комфортного сна не было вовсе. Но главное произошло ночью. В 2 часа нас с ребенком разбудила шумная компания этажом ниже: алкоголь, громкие крики, смех как в ночном клубе. Вежливые просьбы не шуметь не помогли. Мы обратились на рецепцию, где пообещали отправить охрану, но ничего не изменилось. Позже выяснилось, что охранник даже не смог найти источник шума или вовсе не искал и нам повторно пришлось идти на рецепшн в 3 ночи и лично вести его к балкону и показывать шумящих гостей. Его замечания они полностью проигнорировали. Мы попросили переселить нас, но получили отказ. Крики продолжались до 4:30 утра. В итоге решили уехать раньше и попросили вернуть оплату за вторую ночь. После долгих обсуждений деньги все же вернули. Особенно неприятно, что это был наш первый визит в Черногорию и день рождения супруги. К счастью, переехав в другой отель в 15 минутах отсюда, мы получили совершенно противоположный опыт: тишину, комфорт, уважительное отношение и настоящий уровень сервиса. Если вам важны отдых, безопасность, сервис отеля а не алко-санатория, советую очень внимательно подумать перед бронированием этого места.

There was a wedding during the day of our stay and the party was practically in the room given the sound levels. We wanted a room with a sea view but could not sleep. I wish the front desk had warned us during check -in!

The housekeeper starts vacuuming in 7:30 in the morning, it is too loud, that wakes you every morning, there should be some time were the hotel staff should respect some early hours, because you came there to rest.

Čistoća je na visokom nivou, a osoblje se trudi pomoći sa svim upitima i generalno je jako ljubazno. Hrana je solidna, no bilo bi dobro poboljšati ponudu iste. Prilikom telefonskog pokušaja direktne rezervacije, djelatnica je rekla kako nema vise raspoloživih soba izuzev apartmana koji su dvostruko skuplj od cijene noćenja u sobi. Međutim, na platformama za online rezervacije još uvijek je bilo dostupnih drugih tipova jedinica. Pokušaj da se rezervira skuplji tip jedinice ili neznanje, svakako ni jedno ni drugo nije pozitivno. Također, prilikom odjave navedeno je kako sam dužan platiti dvije večere - koje nisam konzumirao. Sobe na posljednjem katu su dostupne isključivo jednim liftom koji je izrazito spor. Također, osvjetljenje u sobama je dosta slabo.

The outside swimming pool and the area near the sea was not closed for refurbishment which I didn’t see while booking the hotel. Breakfast could definitely be improved. Not much options. Room was not too big for the price. Since, there is not much to do around the property and Herceg Novi in general, they should consider having some events and activities within the hotel may be by offering All inclusive deals, this would definitely help guests. They should also consider using the terrace at the 5th floor more. Should offer an electric kettle in the room without the guest asking for it. Common areas near rooms were dark.

Lovely 25 min walk along the promenade to the old town. The spa and pool were a great bonus! We rented a car and parking was free and very easy. The bar was lovely in the evening to be able to have drinks and watch football (or order food). Quick same-day laundry service was helpful. For the breakfast, the food was always hot and well stocked and never over-crowded. The actual food offered was all a bit oily/greasy for me as someone who is quite focused on nutrition, however there was always fresh fruit and they very kindly cooked me some oats each morning when I requested it. Overall the hotel felt clean and was just as expected! We had a side sea view, so I wasn't expecting a full sea view but there was more of a sliver of a view. It was mostly of the building in front and our balcony was above the courtyard where people are constantly sitting and smoking so we could not leave windows open. While the pool was amazing, it was a little disappointing to have to drag the kids out of the pool right at 5pm. One extra hour would have been nice since most families are out in the afternoon doing activities. In our room, the mini-fridge in the room blew out hot air, meaning the room heated up significantly without being able to open the windows (due to people smoking). As mentioned above, breakfast was ok and fairly typical of a bigger/nicer hotel. I would have appreciated some slightly healthier, non-processed higher protein options without all of the added oil.
