- Steve (6/5): Still love the hotel but disappointed with end of season lack of service and consideration. - We've stayed her on many occaisions. The positives: location for ski in / ski out, the pool and spa, the bar and restaurant. This is the first time we stayed at Edelweiss in the last week of the season. Everything is being shut down. End of season service for high season prices. Don't get me wrong we are big fans of the Edelweiss but we will never stay on the last week of the season again. They half serve most things and services are running on half. There are people deep cleaning the boot rooms and the ski hire downstairs are cleaning too. We got put into the old part of the hotel rather than the newer renovated rooms even though the hotel was running at 20% occupancy. The shower didn't work properly and the room was tired. We were paying nearly Eur 700 per night for 5 star hotel so that was dissapointing.

- Charles (9/5): 43rd ski accomodation ever visited. But whole family agreed we will return here. That only the second time that has ever - The very friendly staff. The proximity to the slopes. The quality of the restaurant food. The rooms were a bit small. But very clean and wonderfully serviced. Really a minor point since all we did was sleep in them and the beds were very comfortable.

Zu den Vorzügen gehören ein praktisch direkter Skiliftzugang mit Rolltreppe vom Skikeller mit individuellen Spinden. Attraktiver Eingangsbereich mit exklusiver und großer Bar. Valetparking mit Parkhausplatz. Schwimmbad mit Innen-/Außenpool und Pistenblick. Moderner großer Wellnessberich mit Maxi-Dampfbad, Saunen und Ruheraum. Im großen Speisesaal kann es bei starker Belegung sowohl an den Tischen als im Buffetbereich etwas unruhig werden.

- Sabine (9/5): Stilvolles, schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Obergurgl, direkt an den Seilbahnen - Das Hotel ist trotz der Größe sehr gemütlich, aber auch sehr stilvoll. Es wirkt wie frisch renoviert, insbesondere der SPA Bereich ist fantastisch! Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und das, obwohl wir es „nur“ serviert bekamen (das Hotel hatte inklusive uns nur 8 Gäste, weil es am darauffolgenden Tag in die Betriebsferien gegangen ist 😊). Unser Zimmer hatte nur eine Balkontür zum Lichteinlass. Dadurch war es etwas dunkel. Da wir aber nur eine Nacht da waren (Durchreise), war es für uns ok.

- Tom (7/5): Prima! - Zwembad, fijne kamer, locatie. Het is een groot luxe hotel met mooie inrichting en faciliteiten maar het is echt ingericht/ ingesteld op de winter(sport). Er waren nu in juli weinig gasten dus de bar was leeg, het restaurant was leeg, de lounge was leeg. Dat gaf niet de sfeer die wij hadden verwacht.
- Nastasia (9/5): Absolutely amazing! - We loved everything about our stay! The breakfast is amazing, the afternoon tea and dinner is great. The rooms are modern and cozy. The spa area and massages are great. Additionally the hotel is the best starting point for every hiking trail. Nothing to complain. The only little thing: The spa area is just a little too small, but this is really a first world problem ;)

- Hedley (10/5): Fantastic hotel - highly recommend - What is there not to like! Comfortable room, although not hugely spacious. The choice at breakfast was great; however, the two main highlights were the location of the hotel to the slopes and ski lifts (a short escalator ride from the ski room) and the all-inclusive dinner. Each night the dinner was a 5 course meal, with choices, and was exceptional. Furthermore all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We made use of the spa on one day, plenty of different options. Nothing about the hotel. The only thing is we could have booked it cheaper going direct to the hotel. We only realised too late to make use of the price match.

Ski hire shop connected to the hotel, perfect. Excellent lifts up to the mountain from right outside. Hotel, staff, food all excellent. Room was a little small, but sort of expected that coming to a more traditional Austrian location...was sharing in a twin room, and it was a little tight, but clean, tidy etc.

The price for the room we was given was pretty basic and dated, we had room 216 and wouldn’t recommend. Grout in the bathroom was loose around the bath, light was flickering in the bathroom and the hairdryer wasn’t worth calling a hairdryer. The room was very small for two people as was the bed. Considering the expense of the room, very unsatisfied.

A system error between booking.com and the hotel with the number of children that we had booked which was a bit awkward at the end but the hotel dealt with professionally
