• Lesleyloo (8/5): - Perfect location comfortable beds nice and clean On arrival, we had problems checking in, as booking.com said we needed photo id, which we all took driving licences This form of id was not acceptable, so we had to do a 5 hr round trip back to mazzaron to our apartment to fetch passports, so it was not a great start. Booking.com should update their details and make them clearer.
• CarlyThomx (10/5): Amazing staff!! So happy! - The staff at the hotel are amazing!! Couldn't do enough to help and so friendly. We have a 13 year old autistic son with us and they would go above and beyond to help and cater for everyone. Especially a lady 'kirsty' who constantly made you feel welcome. Friendly and made the holiday even more enjoyable! This is the 5th time we've stayed at the hotel and I can't think of anything bad!

• Kimberley (8/5): Fantastic location, clean apartments. - The apartments are in a great location for bars, supermarket, the beach etc and the pool area was very clean, as were the rooms. Staff were super friendly, and always someone available at reception. We had a two bed apartment which had a bigger balcony, which was good and air con in both bedrooms and the living area. Lots of cooking stuff, cups etc. Please note, all just my preference. There was no full length mirror, and only one small mirror in the bathroom which was hard to get ready with 4 people at once. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, just body wash. Although they provided a fresh cloth, sponge and washing up liquid, there was no tea towel so we had to use a hand towel from the bathroom but that’s fine, as reception gave us more but just would be good if it was provided. The second room in the two bed is really small, and only had 3 hangers with hardly any room to put your things.

Very quiet hotel a little walk away from the strip, and a few mins walk to the sea front, all the staff very helpfull, especially the english lady with short blonde hair on reception (so sorry we didnt get your name) thanks again for your help .

• Lauren (9/5): Great value for money, ideal for a weekend away! - Very friendly staff, clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment brilliant value for money. 5 minute walk to the beach front and some shops nearby to pick up any essentials. All the beds were very comfortable except the double bed it was a little hard but nothing unbearable! Ideal for us as a group of 4 over for the weekend. Checkout is quite early at 10am, our flight was not until 7pm so we requested a late checkout but there was none available - they did let us store our luggage though which was great. The WiFi was not working the weekend we were there but the hotel had just reopened so I imagine it has been fixed now. The sitting room tv was not working but they did send someone to take a look.

• Dawn (7/5): Accommodation is in a great location & could not fault the staff. Basic needs were met - The location of the apartment was good, close to the beach & the bars/shops. The staff were friendly & approachable, there if you ever needed them. The apartment only had one mirror & not good when there is three women getting ready for a night out. It was more man friendly than woman friendly. The shower head was not secure & the water would overflow onto the bathroom floor. The edges of the bathroom floor were not fully clean. There was not enough sun loungers for the pool area.

Reception staff very friendly and attentive. We arrived at 11am and our room was ready which was a bonus. Would definitely stay at this apartment again for a short break in the autumn/winter. The apartment is over shadowed by other hotels/buildings so wouldn’t get the sun on the pool area for a great length of time so I probably wouldn’t stay here in the summer personally, as I do like to use the pool area

• Jonny (8/5): Enjoyed it - Nice location away from the strip but not too far. The walls in my room were stained from food/drink. They needed a good clean. The male staff member on reception wasn't approachable and very abrupt. We asked about a late check out, and he said no without checking and very abruptly. We asked the English receptionist the following morning (Kirsty? Who went above and beyond throughout our whole stay and is a credit to the hotel) suspecting the Male member simply couldn't be bothered and she arranged without fuss Kirsty also arranged a complimentary bottle of fizz as I was celebrating my 40th birthday.
