Checkin was easy and pleasant.l needed a coffee maker in the room to make morning coffee while getting ready for day. TV channels were not easy to use. Whole TV was old. Couldn't access YouTube. Needed more channels. A schematic of the Hotel layout in the room and restaurant menus in the room.

Dellanne (7/5): I enjoyed the view and the access to in-house restaurants, but felt isolated from the community. - I thought the room was comfortable and I enjoyed the view of the water. The Cafe restaurant was affordable - a good value - and offered food and snacks for a wide variety of circumstances: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I stayed on the ground floor, where the fireplace place room off the lobby opened to an outdoor patio on the water - a lovely, peaceful, inviting space. Smoke from the casino drifted into the hotel lobby. I don’t smoke and it bothered me. The hotel/resort was more distant from Coos Bay than I realized when I made the reservation. Overall, the price was a little high compared to other area accommodations.

Ray (8/5): - It was close to where I wanted to be it was a very nice room great View When I got there everything was nice I turned the water onto the hot tub and it or jacuzzi tub it came out green and was nasty and when I asked to have it cleaned they said they would be up the next day I cleaned it that night and they never got back to me or showed up. They did the discount my room so there's that

Bar staff was friendly and made you feel like they cared about your experience. Some type of discount on food or stay. It’s a 3 hour drive for us to make it a weekend. If we are enjoying their property seems like we should get something for staying there. Many food options off property.

Graham (10/5): Other than the negatives our stay was great - The breakfast at Timbers cafe was amazing 🤩 the staff all over where very helpful and friendly 😁 the Warehouse 101 food for dinner was excellent we had prime rib and the cab driver sandwich and both where excellent and staff amazing 🤩 The balcony was closed off by a wall and there is no map to show where anything is like the pool, hot tub, or gym

Thomas (8/5): A very nice stay on the Oregon coast! - We loved the comfortable bed, the view from our room, the jetted tub and the outstanding service from all employees! The room was cold and we turned up the thermostat but it didn’t seem to get much warmer. I don’t know if it was because we were on the 7th floor but it took some time to get hot water to the shower. The last things are the bathroom vent was making mechanical noises that were not to the point of being irritating and my wife would like more condiments in the room.

No, information about the hotel- book /binder in the room- had to use the QR code in the elevator and finally figured out room service. No explanation at check in about room service or any guidance where the pool was located. Would prefer to have adult swim start earlier than 10pm- had a long day of driving and coming to a casino and wanting to relax in the hot tub or Pool wasn’t an option until after 10. It was our 1 year wedding anniversary; I chose casino since we are child free.

Terri (8/5): - Location was good. The casino had a lot of staff walking the casino. Felt like someone was always watching. Was hoping for older games, not here. Room was late getting due to person before me left late. Plus I requested a room with no pets. This is a very pet friendly hotel. Room was nice. Disappointed in the food. Was soggy, and not heated up. Bed was soft.

Tierney (7/5): It was okay but not great especially for the price we paid for it. - The pool area and deck area were nice. Rooms are large. I liked having a patio. Great one way stretch to the beach and crabbing. Theres no coffee maker and no microwave to heat up food. The food at timber cafe reminded me of cafeteria food in high school. No flavor. The waitresses at warehouse 101 were rude and it felt like they were very judgmental to where they swapped out a waitress after we did our order cause we didnt know children couldnt b in the restaurant after 9. Yes we were upset cuz we were out celebrating my birthday and didnt get back til late, but we accommodated and went back to our rooms with the food. And the attitude from the second waitress who took the payment for the order was snarky and rude. when we tried to give her our player club for the points to earn with how much we were spending she rolled her eyes and said “this wont give u a discount just points” which we already knew but it was the tone in her voice. And even tho they didnt serve us food all they did was take our order i was still nice enough to tip her. Probably wont be coming back here for a while.

Ken (5/5): The staff was very helpful. Room was overpriced - Clean and decorative pictures and murals Our room had no windows. Our view was a wall. For the price we paid we should have had a view or window to the outside.
