- Karen Twan Soong (8/5): Great location with little thoughtful details. - The small details like different coloured toothbrushes and slippers (which make for easier differentiation), the fluffy slippers and towels, the very helpful and friendly staff. The location is near many local food streets and about a 10min walk to the mall for more trendy food choices. There was a faint smell of stale cigerette smoke sometimes even on the non-smoking floor.

We like especially the bed which is very comfortable. Good choice for us. By the way, their staffs were very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel to whoever wanted to come to Shantou. Not at all.

- Alden (9/5): Comfy & cozy stay - The jacuzzi had an onsen-like design- alongside the pool+sauna, they were the best things things the hotel has to offer Everywhere (except the public showers+bathrooms) is so clean and well maintained The super spacious bathroom in my room is luxurious- rare to see the floor for showering being huge Superb location: so close to CBD locations like WangXiang Mall etc. The courteousness & politness of the staff is amazing, considering Shantou isn't a top-tier city known for it's hospitality towards international visitors WIFI login requires having a local sim/number-not convenient for international visitors no ironing board+iron... had to borrow a generic ones which weren't good quality Communication about smoking-rooms (for non-smokers): make sure you confirm in extra writing/talking that you want a NON-smoking room beforehand! Otherwise you may end up in a "smoking-zone" room...the room may smell!
