• Forough (4/5): - The location and staff communication are great. Very noisy all the day and including night time as the windows are opening towards high road. Also the room was not clean and not happy with facilities inside the room. We had to buy some of the essentials from the local shop. However the staff communication was quite good and they are quite polite and respectful. Also the room has no air conditioning.. which gets quite hot and damp.. not even a small fan.. and I found it a bit disappointing..

After I informed the owner, I was told I would be moved to a quieter room, but this was repeatedly delayed. Eventually, the owner stopped answering my calls and did not reply to my messages at all. The lack of communication and follow-through was frustrating and unprofessional. While the location may be convenient, the noise issue and poor customer service significantly affected my experience. I would not recommend this place to guests who value a quiet stay and reliable support.

All of it the place should not be on booking .com The place is not safe to stay there . There were robbery’s there more than one when we were there . Place is advertised has a an apartment but it’s not is a small room with the window boarded up so could not open it . We didt stay because it was just awful . Not just us saying it wasn’t good but other customers . It’s just not worth the money paid to go and stay somewhere else. And the owners didt even offer any refund . He was not interested in any thing we told him not a very nice man .

Fácil se hace todo en línea muy amables dándonos la habitación antes cuando se la pedí. Hacia calor en la habitación cuando llegabas si la tenías todo el día cerrada y no tenía aire acondicionado.

• Monica (5/5): C'è molto da migliorare - La terrazza e la posizione La camera non era pulita all'arrivo nonostante abbiamo dovuto aspettare per forza le 15 per entrare. Troppo piccola e troppo calda essendo interna, non potendo arieggiare se non aprendo la porta principale della camera per fare entrare l'aria dalla terrazza. Lavandino piccolissimo e scomodo. La ventola non fa aria e la tenda della doccia pericolante. Ci siamo adattate essendo che serviva solo per lavarci e dormire, però ci aspettavamo la pulizia prima di tutto e almeno le cose principali più comode!

Si cerrabas la ventana te asabas, si la abrías tenías en ruido propio de todo Tenerife Sur en Agosto y dos chimeneas en la terraza de al lado fumando sustancias verdes. El pack de cortesía inexistente, las toallas con manchas, las sábanas con manchas también. La piscina que sale en la web, todavía la busco. No tienen ni siquiera un cuarto de cortesía para poder dejar la maleta unas horas antes de irte al avión.

Good communication via WhatsApp. Secure code for door entry as there is no reception. If you are looking for great budget accommodation in the heart of everything then I can recommend it. No air-conditioning, the room was very hot at night and only found out on check out there were fans available on request.

Rooms are very basic and small - travelled alone - 2 single beds but would struggled for room if 2 persons in the room with cases / lots of clothes especially if staying a week or longer - one very very slim wardrobe and little floor space. Basically used just to sleep and get changed. No onsite facilities but lovely cafe directly underneath. No staff onsite, all communication via text messages

• Sergey (5/5): Unless you really want to save money and be in a great location, wouldn't recommend it! - Location was great, price was reasonable Dirty in places, cocroaches are running around the floor, NO TV, Internet so so, very strong smell from nearby restaurants which woke me up at 6am (no idea why they were cooking food that early!?). Even though it wasn't accommodation fault, the neighbours next door were smoking cannabis all night. When addressed that issue with the owner, they said they will resolve an issue. Never did.they

• Agnew (9/5): Superb - The room was very clean and comfortable with a small fridge, kettle and an ensuite with an excellent shower. The garden area was lovely with plenty of seating and sunbeds. The room was serviced every day and the cleaning lady was lovely and very helpful. It was very centrally located near a range of shops, restaurants and bars. It was also close to the bus station and other stops so it suited us very well.

• Catherine (1/5): Please be careful staying here, room was robbed and they did not care. - We liked the location of the 'villa' if you could call it that The cleaner had stolen my belt from my room, the pungent smell of drainage in the rooms, cockroaches were also running around, very dated, shower curtain kept falling down on you and not secure. No security and the front door was sometimes left open which meant anyone had access to the rooms. Also the rooms are very small, our bathroom door would not close as the bed was too close to the end of the room.
