• acY4412JV (2/5): Terrible!!!!! - Do not book her it’s terrible the rooms are disgusting when complained got moved was just same room different floor and was the same the balcony doors don’t lock at all the showers are full of mould so is the fridge when I complained to love holidays the manger came round pool and shouted at me in front of everyone also love holidays did nothing! Stay away!
• sharonyL8652AD (2/5): Weird men and breakfast was not fresh - Breakfast was nasty stale and cold. Old man stares at you eating making you very uncomfortable. Can’t get no peace at the poolside as the guys who work there always try to speak to and touch you. When asked to leave me alone they said it’s turkey this how we are. Very uncomfortable stay.
• neilmU2859FL (2/5): An Epic Fail..... - The staff were completely disinterested. Apart from one receptionist who was at least always pleasant. No hot water. Consistently had no hot water when it was needed. The hotel was in a very poor condition. It was not clean. In absolute disrepair. Mould, curtains disgusting and poorly fit. Stained carpets throughout. I am stunned the place has four stars. Food was abysmal. Little to offer and the breakfast staff were absolutely miserable. I made the best out of a bad situation but I would never rebook here and would advise people to stay away.
• Dianemcc31 (8/5): Great location - Had such a great time here I can't understand the bad reviews me and my daughter stayed top in the attic rooms, very spacious, no issues slept well , looked onto pool , reception and bar staff very polite, pool was nice and relaxing, special thanks to the boy at the bar who was very nice
• Onions1971 (4/5): need to up the cleanliness of the hotel - 4th time staying in this hotel and was very suprised at how bad this stay was few positives 1st breakfast ok room was standard but acceptable beds comfy etc , negatives r had no view from the balcony ,room wasnt cleaned the whole week i was there i had to empty my own bins etc even tho i asked reception could it be cleaned so very dissapointed as last few stays room was cleaned etc if u want a basic hotel its fine but cleanliness not acceptable
• dcjphelan (2/5): In the list of worst places to stay - Do not book this hotel its is terrible . It's run down poorly maintained shabby . The rooms are small the bedding and towels are old and worn the curtains do not fit the window properly and do not block out the light there is no kettle in the room . The room was full of damage and dirt. All taps and chrome work is rusty and encased in limescale . There was no hot water . In short save your money and get a cardboard box it will be more comfortable

• lindasR3336ZN (2/5): Do not book it's filthy - this hotel is filthy , I can't believe it's not shut down , the whole place hasn't been cleaned for years , floors and hall carpet think with grime , the bathroom was so dirty , nobody cared about the place , that was obvious, we stayed out all day , made us cringe the thought of returning to a dump , never again
• 856summerc (2/5): We feel extremely disappointed as it’s rated 4 stars and the place couldn’t be further from that. - Do not book! We got a good deal on this hotel so we wasn’t expecting luxury but at bare minimum expected cleanliness. We arrived early hours of the morning & went to our room, it wasn’t great so we asked to change which the hotel staff did for us. We got in our room and it was absolutely filthy to the point I felt like I was going to catch a disease! There was dried blood and poo over our pillows and bed, mould all over the bathroom, stains on the floor, broken wood and flooring causing safety hazards, after notifying the staff they gave us no communication to the point we left and had to book alternative accommodation. The pool area is the only decent thing about it.
• emmanaaron (2/5): Please avoid - no matter how cheap - After having surgery earlier in the year we didn’t expect to get away again this year. We found this hotel as a package with On the Beaxh for £650 for both of us. It was advertised as 4* however for the price didn’t expect much but just wanted a clean base to sleep Upon check in the reception was dated and needed modernising but was clean enough albeit had some maintenance issues We got to the room after a delayed flight and was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room however found the balcony whilst a good size had no light, there was not a single coat hanger in the wardrobe and the balcony door didn’t lock at all. Again with the price looked past these things. Went to use the shower and found the shower head broken, most of the water came out of the side and left the head unusable - reception said it would be fixed in the morning, happy with that we unpacked and went to bed. To be fair the bedding seemed clean and bed comfy however I noticed that after 20 mins in the room my feet were black with the dirty floor!! Popped to reception on way to breakfast and reminded them about shower and asked if the floor could be cleaned. Went to breakfast and found the chefs congested in the back smoking in the kitchen!! We appreciate different counties have different food regulations and decided to have a cold breakfast - no yoghurt, no option to make a Turkish breakfast, limited choice of poor quality / stale items. I took some watermelon and picked up a fork - first, picked another - dirty, picked 3rd, decided to use my hands. Watermelon was soft and soggy. We have up and decided for the price we would eat out. Came back to the hotel later that day, took the lift and received a small shock from an exposed wire! Went to the room to find the shower still broken, the floor still filthy and the room now had a foul smell of drains which took our breath. We also found human waste in the toilet that was not.m from us. We both needed a shower now so back to reception to be told it would be looked at tomorrow but the shower couldn’t be used. Unfortunately we had no option but to check out and check into another hotel. We moved to the Club Viva, also a 4* and just a minutes walk away - night and day difference - immaculate, great breakfast, helpful staff We later realised from speaking to locals that the Epic is well known for its poor standards, cleanliness issues and has a terrible reputation.

• S6024QJkevinp (2/5): Cheap holiday if u want to stay in a unclean hotel rooms .with no care or communication never got our transfer times where have - We went here in june which was great .Now not so good .we only paid £265 pounds for the holiday for both of us for 5 days .arrived on the 12th at 5.30 am at reception greeted very nicely. Next day it started no hot water for a shower balcony was dirty fridge sounded like a helicopter. This was our 6th stay here in the 3 month since our last visit its has gone down hill.No way A 4**** shld be a 2** .breakfast is basic .pool area is the best place about this hotel.i know its going through ownership we were told so I dont give a sh-t attitude was there.carpets and rooms in need of a asap make over before next season starts . If the owners see this make good use of ur pool bar it used to be great .now never open in the evening.

• Navigate05415076515 (2/5): Awful! DON'T BOOK - Doesn't even deserve a one star rating! Upon arrival, it became immediately clear that the hotel room and facilities were in an unacceptable and unclean condition. I have attached photos as evidence of the issues, including: The shower head and bathroom fittings covered in mould and heavy limescale. Dirty and poorly maintained shower areas. Nails and damage to the bedside table, posing a safety risk. General lack of cleanliness throughout the room and bathroom. Carpets in the hotel that were visibly dirty throughout. A strong, unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning when turned on. One of the lights in the hotel room not working, making the space feel even less welcoming. The standard of the hotel was far below what was advertised online. The images and descriptions provided on your website did not reflect the reality of what we encountered. The condition of the room made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable, to the extent that we had no choice but to immediately book alternative accommodation for the remainder of our holiday. DO NOT BOOK
• henrypB5420WQ (4/5): Cheap stay, but very basic and often frustrating - There were a few positives: my balcony at the front had fantastic morning sun, the pillows and bed were comfortable, and I did manage a great hot shower (at 3am!). The omelettes at breakfast were also very good and freshly made to order. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. • Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned. There were stains on the walls, pubic hairs in the bathroom, toothpaste marks in the sink, mould in places, and ash left on the balcony furniture. The smell of smoke hit me as soon as I entered. Even the freezer had a bottle of Jägermeister left inside, and someone’s used body scrubber left in the shower. • Facilities: The wardrobe had no hangers. The Wi-Fi is essentially unusable – the staff have a working encrypted network, but the guest one simply doesn’t connect. I had to rely on my own mobile data for the whole holiday. Showers had good pressure, but hot water was only reliable late at night or occasionally in the early evening. • Noise: Expect loud, fast club music around the pool all day long. If your room faces the pool you’ll get this constantly; if you face the front you avoid that but instead get the general Marmaris nightlife soundscape, however it’s all wrapped up by around 12.30, so I just planned to not sleep before then. Either way, peace and quiet is hard to come by. • Breakfast: Beyond the omelettes, the selection was mediocre. Cereals and biscuits were stale and seemed to get worse each day. Staff stood around chatting, and I had to repeatedly ask for basics like glasses and milk powder to be replenished. • Service: Staff generally didn’t seem invested in guest experience. For example, the waterslide was left dry every day until someone asked for it to be turned on. Reception staff were friendly enough, but their limited English made even simple questions (like bus information) difficult, often requiring Google Translate. Overall, this hotel is very cheap and very basic. You get what you pay for: a bed, a balcony with sun, and breakfast if you don’t mind stale food. But the poor cleaning standards, broken Wi-Fi, and lack of service made it frustrating. The atmosphere also reflects Marmaris in general – lively, loud, and a party-holiday crowd. Fine if that’s what you’re looking for, but not recommended if you want comfort or relaxation.

• Shurikenas (4/5): Epic hotel Maramaris - 1. "On the Beach" description about the hotel says that parking is available at the hotel - NOT TRUE ! The hotel doesn't have a car park for customers. 2. The room was in a very dirty condition ,to be honest, it looks like they only changed bed linen and that's it. The shower was mouldy with pink and black stains, the shower door was dirty, not functioning properly as it should slide, the shower head was broken,so the water was running from the sides, also spraying water from the shower tap area. Mirrors were full of water stains and left over stains from previous users. The sink was also dirty from previous users ( toothpaste or something similar). The toilet was dirty from previous users in very bad condition ( Not willing to describe how people can leave the toilet dirty ). Hair and toe nails on the floor. 3. We requested to upgrade our room,but as we were introduced to a person who came , that's he is a manager,all what he did, pointed to a cleaners, what we saw dirty, and they cleaned. We were in the room, sitting with our legs up until they clean the room. 4. "Graffiti" on the walls. Someone just wrote a number calculation on the wall,and it's still there. 5. Two balconies in the room: The first one had a burned hole in the plastic table and a broken door handle ( no handle). Another balcony was covered with hair and toe nails left overs. 6. Breakfast served from 7:00 - 9:30. Only 2.5 hours. We arrived at 9:20 and weren't able to get hot food,as everything was empty. In angry manners we managed to get an omelet. Once we made coffee,we couldn't squeeze milk from empty jugs. We asked for more milk - the answer was: " we don't have any milk...". The selection of food was poor. They don't have enough plates and cutleries,so you may end up waiting until someone finishes their food,then they quickly wash the plates and give you back to use it again ( hygiene is very poor ). Some cups were still with lipstick leftovers. The tables weren't cleaned after customers,so you end up using a dirty table and chair or no table at all. 7. We took our chance to try dinner and it was wrong decision. No plates,no clean tables and poor food selection with no top ups. 8. We stayed 4 night ( only good thing,that we stayed short time). No room refreshment at ALL. No shower gel or shampoo top up,no toilet rolls top up,no fresh towels. We end up to buy more stuff from the shop,even bin bags. 9. The public toilet in the hotel at morning time around 11:00 ,were dirty with human feces and wet around it. 10. At the checkout time , the receptionist with his smoke time never leads customers with any manners or his job description procedures ( if any job description exists for them).

Sokağa bakan odalara etraftaki restaurant ve eğlende mekanlarının sesi çok fazla geliyor ve gece yarısına kadar sürüyor. Yaz tatili olduğu için odada az vakit geçirdik. İki aile konakladık. Odaların durumu birbirinden farklıydı. Bizim kaldığımız oda daha bakımsızdı. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ve lezzetli.
• erman (8/5): Epic otelde 2 gece - merhaba, 2 gece konakladık. otel şehir merkezine yakın, günübirlik tekne turlarına 2 km mesafede. biz yürüdük. Eski bir otel, orta boy bir havuzu var. Kendine ait bir otopark yok. Temizlik ve klima konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık. Banyo benzer fiyatlardaki oteller ile aynı durumda. bu otelde duş başlığı patlaktı. Gider yavaş çalışıyordu. Odlarda hiçbir ek yok. Terlik, su ısıtıcı vs. Sadeve havlu sabun duş jeli şampuan. otelin etrafında bir sürü restoran ve market var. Hemen köşesinde atm var. Karşısında eczane var. Gürültü problemi var. Gece 12ye kadar bütün restoranlar yüksek sesle müzik çalıyor. Biz yorgun olup uyuduğumuz için çok duymadık. Kahvaltısı fiyatına göre iyiydi. Uyumak ve havuz uçin tam bur fiyat performans oteli.
• S9089XGmariej (2/5): All round terrible - Rooms very dated and scruffy, food is terrible, sheets and towels only changed once. we witnessed a young girl being beaten up on the street facing our balcony when we tried to assist with police we were told to be quiet as there were complaints of noise despite explaining the girl had been beaten and thrown into a car and taken away , they didn't care. Horrible place

• rogersmith119 (10/5): If you’re looking for a budget holiday then this might just be for you. - My friend and I stayed at The Epic Hotel in July 25. We wanted a cheap and cheerful break and weren’t expecting very much. The hotel was better than expected and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was basic but big enough for us. Ever so slightly dated and a little bit rough round the edges but for the little money we spent there could not be anything to moan about at all. The beach was walkable but much easier to jump on the no2 bus which came along very frequently. Only 60p each for a 10 min ride and a short walk to the beach. The location of the hotel can be slightly noisy at night but nothing too terrible at all. The fountain show at 9pm in Marmarise was amazing and worth a watch. Nice holiday

• bencasey1991 (8/5): Budget hotel, great area, ideal for the price and location - First off this was the cheapest hotel in the area I could find for a last minute holiday, the hotel was clean and tidy at all times, pool area was ideal, staff friendly, only a continental breakfast included. Rooms where abit tatty and dated but for the price we were happy with it. Overall you get what you pay for, we used it as a Base and we where out nearly all day every day doing excursions. There's everything you need literally on the doorstep of this hotel.
• johncam1967 (8/5): Another good trip to the epic hotel - Been here several times now, first time I've had a room facing main street and dance bars, it gets noisy so don't plan for an early night. Didn't bother me as I'm usually not back in until they are closed. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The pool bar has new folk running it, again super friendly with a good selection of drinks that are reasonably priced. Food is ice in there as well,to be honest the new folk are doing a really good job, also getting folk involved with dances and cocktail making. I'm sure it's not for everyone but I've had a good laugh at the pool today. Rooms are OK. Had worse and had better but they are clean and staff ask every day about room service. I certainly have no complaints But just beware of the street noise. I don't know if you can book a pool view roomwhen booking
• mincey69 (6/5): Budget hotel, friendly staff, adequate facilities - Located in central Marmaris, amongst all the (many MANY) bars, restraunts and late night drinking venues, this hotel's situation is fantastic, if that's what you're looking for, it wasn't in my case, but I'll get on to that later. A perfectly adequate accommodation, I personally would describe it more as a 2 star hotel, than the 3 stars they've (seemingly) awarded themselves. There was no presence of Jet2, TUI or easyJet holidays here (we went with On the Beach, famously cheap and cheerful). Listing the positives first, the place was spotless, the staff were friendly, the pool area and bar were lovely. Housekeeping came every day to freshen the room, so, no faults there. The facilities, for me, however, were somewhat lacking in the bare essential "basics" of even a budget hotel. No kettle in the room, for example. There was, weirdly, a fridge, however (odd) , the hairdryer didn't work, the view from the balcony was awful (a brick wall, basically) which was RIGHT ON the main street, and opposite one of the aforementioned NOISY bar/restaurant venues. Don't think of sleep before 1 or 2am. I guess we could have changed rooms, and I did mention it, but when the GM said he'd look into it "tomorrow", and we heard no more, we didn't bother chasing it, as we were only there for a week, and couldn't be bothered with the hassle. Imagine my horror to find out from a staff member later in the week, that there were only 40 guests in total whilst we were there (in a 100+ roomed hotel). Slightly annoyed 😠!!!. The breakfast was basic, to say the least. Not much choice at all (Turkish/ continental style) with very few hot food options. Enough to fill a hole, and an all day cooked breakfast was available (to buy) at the bar, if wanted. Overall, not an unpleasant experience, I wouldn't stay here again, but, as I mentioned earlier, Marmaris wasn't really my kind of place, so I won't be returning there any time soon either. Lovely staff, couldn't do enough for you, it does a job (cheap and cheerful). Adequate, I enjoyed it for the most part. Very good value.

Breakfast was fresh every morning. The pool is wow, so clean the staff at the pool bar was very entertaining and gave us top class service, thank you epic otel we will be back.
• chrismC9209CD (4/5): Not the best - From the outside the place looks lovely which all around the outside is....the pool area is great with a clean pool and sunbeds plenty. The music can sometimes be abit full on like youre in a club but sometimes they have time where its quite chilled. Going inside we had a room on the front of the hotel which the first night we didnt sleep after a long day of travelling all we could hear was music blaring from surrounding bars, we asked to move to the back of the hotel but request denied due to it being the end of the season but surely youd want to make your guest happy an not worry about whether youd have go to a different floor to vlean a room. Inside our room was clean but alot of broken and tatty things around. The sink had a huge crack in it which im not sure how it was still together, there were exposed electric cables just as you come out of the bathroom above the door, the bedside unit was coming apart, parts of the wallpapered walls were ripped and coming away then finally the balcony door didnt lock which posed a security risk to the room. All this being said we made the most of it and cracked on as it was only a base and to rest our heads, so we went about our business then went to try breakfast which was included in our package.....lets just say we left within 5 minutes, absolutely horrific i wouldnt of fed most of it to my dog. I think an overhaul of your rooms to bring the up to date and a review of the food served in your restaurant is well overdue. Positives the staff were polite and helpful where they could be.
• leahwY9885XI (2/5): Dirty room - Do not book this hotel, reading the reviews before I came I thought it would be a lovely hotel. What we walked in to was absolutely disgusting. I’m not one to complain but our room was absolutely disgusting. Blood on the walls (not just our room after speaking to other guests) the shower was diabolical and our room was facing the front of the hotel where there was a bar that seemed to attract trouble. Fights until 2am. We asked for the room to be cleaned, a cleaner came up with a paper towel and water. I asked them to bring bleach in which they brought a water bottle with bleach in. We ended up bleaching the whole of the bathroom ourselves. After 2 days we finally got moved rooms which was a little better. We booked bed and breakfast but the food was in eatable. Staff were helpful after showing them photos of the blood and dirt but before showing them, they didn’t seem to care. Every time we passed reception, other guests were complaining to staff about their rooms. Not once was our room cleaned and we had to ask for fresh towels each day. Save your money and book somewhere else!

• garyfP3818HN (6/5): Late get away - Arrived end of September for 1 week, as its end of season the hotel room was tired, cracked tiles and torn wall paper. Room not cleaned once during stay, towels were changed every couple of days. If you like to go to bed before 1am then don't book here. The noise from the bars across the street is so loud. It was as if you were in the bar. The staff in the hotel are lovely, very helpful especially around the pool. The pool area is spotless and if I'm honest is the bit that saves it getting a negative review.

Rooms we had a double felt like single last time we had a twin very nice with a pool view balcony 😎. The rooms need updating the morning breakfast needs charging only had it once never again.pool bar do lovely food a English and Scottish one for 300 tl .pool is keep clean has a water slide .Jacobs is just across the rd so if u like to party 🥳 go there but it does go on to 1am bare that in mind when booking a room .epic hotel it's cheap but it's a great hotel for ur money just needs updating. • danielscott100 (10/5): Fabouss hotel - We have been coming to Marmaris for 5 years. This is our second stay at this epic hotel. We came as a family of 3. We asked for rooms close to each other, but they said they could not give us the same floor because there was no availability. But this is not a problem for us, their smiling and polite nature was enough for us. Their interest and concern was very nice. 2 of our rooms were overlooking the pool. My mother wanted a room overlooking the street. Because she was old, she couldn't leave the room very often. They changed his room and gave him a room overlooking Jacobs bar. The staff at the reception were very attentive. We thank them again. The pool was clean and food prices by the pool were affordable. Breakfast could be a little more geared towards English people
• 23michealstev (10/5): Fantasticccc - We stayed at Epic with my girlfriend. Our room had a pool view. We did not experience any noise problems. Only the furnishings were a little old, but we loved our room and the hotel. The staff were very friendly and we became friends with some of them. The poolside is quiet and relaxing. The breakfast did not appeal to our taste, so we ate from the poolside bar. the rooms were clean. There was no kettle, they gave us a kettle. Everything was good in epic. thank you for everything

From the great selection of food to the helpful staff,Kaan and Ceren from reception were especially great and helping me and my family of 4 get a better understanding of local spots in and around marmaris, absoloutly outstanding and i definitely plan on coming back again

They decorated the room. My mother was very happy. We had an unforgettable holiday. The pool was very clean and beautiful. breakfast could have been a little more. There wasn't much variety but somehow we were satisfied. Municipal minibuses pass in front of the hotel. There is everything around, bar, restaurant, market, pharmacy. We will definitely come back.

Yataklar biraz sert, genel olarak bu çevredeki tüm otellerde etraftaki barlardan gelen müzik sesi var, havuz tarafındaki odada olduğumuz için bizi rahatsız etmedi. Havuz ortamı ve müzikler de gayet güzeldi. Kahvaltı da gayet yeterli ve doyurucuydu, ilgili tum çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz.

Çok yorgun girdiğim otelden sabah dinç bir şekilde ayrıldım. İşletme profesyonel bir şekilde yönetiliyor, gönül rahatlığı ile rezervasyon yapılabilir.

Marmarisin inanılmaz güzel olması sebebiyle hangi otel olursa olsun fark etmez diye düşünerek yaptırdım ancak kahvaltısı olsun oda temizliği olsun inanılmaz mutlu edecek bir otel... Otel çalışanlarının nazikliği, iyi niyetini anlatmaya kelimeler yetmez. Bu tarz bir deneyim yaşayacağımı düşünmemiştim. Havuzu da gayet yeterli, güneşleneceğiniz yerler falan da gayet iyi. Akşam yemeği için gideceğiniz yer yoksa otel içerisinde de gayet fiyatı uygun bir restoranı var. Denize o kadar uzak bir mesafede değil. Ben aracımla gittiğim için genel olarak beach'lere gittik. Kesinlikle şüphe etmenize gerek yok. Kötü bir hizmet almayacağınızı taahhüt ederim. Mutlu tatiller :)

Kahvaltidaki demleme çay son donemde ictigim en guzel caydi. Incekum plajina bir termos goturduk. Kasa ekstra yazmasina ragmen GOLD musteri oldugumuzdan ucretsiz verildi. Kettle sordugumuzda odaya tedarik edildi. Calisan ekip isini severek yapiyordu. Iletisimleri cok iyiydi. Otelin konumu cok merkezi hemen yürüme mesafesinde bir suru restoran var. Ayrica yine cok yakinda 2 zincir super market var. Bunun yaninda yine cok yakında ozel doktor ve banka atmleri var. Yorum yazarken sahsi problemlerinizi keske iletisimle cozseniz. Ekibe tekrar tesekkur ediyorum. Havuzdaki su kaydiragini da kizim cok sevdi. Iyilestirilebilecek yonler ise ; valiz kismina kamera takilabilinir, valizlere oda numarası verilebilinir.
