• Nadine (9/5): Bel appartement, belle vue , environnement pratique, mais du vent à Punta Prima - La jolie vue sur la plage et la mer, le parking et ses bornes de recharge électrique, les restaurants et commerces a proximité. Apparemment spacieux et bien équipé. La plage est à l’Est soit exposé au vent , il y a toujours du vent à Punta Prima Il n.y a pas de lave vaisselle , cela manque !!! Le matelas de lave chambre parental n’est pas très confortable, j’ai eu mal au dos au bout de quelque jours .

• Tomasz (10/5): - Lokalizacja przy samej plaży i głównym deptaku. 300 m do dużego sklepu, 100 m do przystanku autobusowego. Nasz apartament był z widokiem na morze i plażę, więc śniadania i kolacje w takiej scenerii tylko dodawały uroku. Klimatyzacja mogłaby lepiej chodzić.

Propre, panier garni de bienvenue (merci 😉). 2 grandes terrasses, dont la principale offre une vue fabuleuse sur la plage de Punta Prima, le village, l'île de l'Aire, la mer sublime de ses bleus turquoises, électriques ou marines. Réactivité du service de conciergerie. Le bruit de la gaine technique (clim ? Soufflerie ?) du bâtiment, accolée à la suite parentale. Déclenchement, fonctionnement, arrêt. Déclenchement, fonct... en continu jour & nuit 😬 La literie mériterait d'être au niveau du reste de l'équipement et des prestations. Même si c'est subjectif, j'en conviens 😊

• Mj 73 (8/5): - El edificio es antiguo pero está muy bien mantenido y limpio. El personal muy amable y resolutivo, en especial Sanaa, una maravilla. Tuvimos un par de problemas que nos resolvieron rápidamente y con una sonrisa en la cara, preocupándose mucho por nuestra comodidad y confort.. Que no hubiera lavavajillas.

Apartment has hob, could’ve done with a small accompanying oven. Paying an extra 500 quid up front for security deposit when most places now accept credit card details in case of damages.

Personal amable y accesible por Whatsapp. Pequeños detalles como la regulación del agua en la ducha que costaba un poco y las camas podrían ser más cómodas, pero en general todo muy bien.

El pagament de fiança (500€). No hi estic acostumat i trobo que és un import exagerat, més fora de temporada turística.
• Chase (10/5): Beachfront, sunset views, accomodating hosts - Right next to the beach, well appointed with two bathrooms and a lovely terrace. Stunning view of sunrise each day. The host, Carmen, was extraordinarily helpful and responsive. We loved our stay there. For families, two parks are walking distance. Punta Prima is especially nice in the off-season when it is quiet.
• Susana (8/5): Hora de salida del apartamento muy temprano - Estaba muy limpio Que tuviésemos que hacer el check in a las 16 pm y en cambio el check out a las 10 pm. Nos surgió un problema con el ferry y no nos permitieron salir mas tarde. Con este horario el último dia son 16 horas de apartamento solamente. Normalmente donde nosotros vamos la salida es a las 12 pm. Hora de mediodía y no a las 10 pm. Saludos

• wendy (5/5): Beware 27 Euro hidden charge!! - The location is good, right on the beach and close to restaurants, shops. Easy free parking close by. It is a big apartment and well equipped. It was clean. The additional 27 EURO HIDDEN CHARGE that you are hounded for (constant Wat's App messages for days before I arrived) before they will give you the key box code!! I've never known a holiday accom need an "insurance waiver" to be paid. This is just an extra fee. BEWARE. The apartment is damp. All the cupboards and wardrobes smell musty. The décor is outdated and the furniture too. There was a "gift" from the management company that included water, ham, milk, biscuits. Both the ham and the milk had use by dates that were more than 3 weeks before my stay!! Mine was a downstairs apartment with a terrace, which while large and quite private did not get sun. . Disappointing

• Darius Thomas (10/5): - Sehr sauberes und komfortables Appartement mit allem ausgestattet! Wir wurden mit einigen Präsenten/ Lebensmitteln empfangen. Direkte Lage am Strand! Parkplätze vor dem Haus! Punta Prima ist ein kleiner, feiner Ort mit schöner Badebucht und weitreichenden Küstenwanderwegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Muchas Gracias

• Ute (7/5): Fabulous location and views - Fabulous location and the view from the balcony is great. There are some maintenance issues such as seals broken on fridge/freezer and mould in places. The freezer in particular was full of water and crawling with ants when we arrived

• Andrew (10/5): A very pleasant stay right on the beach. - Right on the beach for those of us who like an early morning swim to greet the sunrise. Very clean. The two staff members who dealt with a poorly functioning fridge went well beyond their job description to sort it out and find a replacement. There was a generous welcome pack of goodies too. It may well be an older development but it’s well maintained and very good value. Nothing.
• Patel (10/5): - Great location right on the beach front, with a balcony overlooking the fabulous Punta Prima beach. Communication was great throughout, which made access to the apartment really easy. The staff were really accommodating for early check-in and late check-out. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for a great stay, like snorkelling gear. We even had a fab welcome package on arrival. The accommodation was ideally located for the restaurants and bars, with a bus stop nearby to get to Mahon, if you wanted something a bit busier.

• Lydia (9/5): Great place to stay just beware of the deposit requirement - Great location, clean and cool (great aircon). Exactly what we needed. I didn’t expect to have to pay a deposit. I may not have read that this was needed but haven’t experienced it before. We had to fill in a lot of forms before which were noted as being necessary, had to pay the city tax in advance which was fine but the deposit was unusual. Had to either arrange a bank transfer of €500 or pay €500 by credit card which they included an €18 fee for doing or pay a waiver amount for €27. Just something to be aware of and it’s not something I have had to do before and I use Booking.com very frequently. Had very response contact person when I reached out about this though.

• Richard (4/5): Had to cut short our holiday as it was far to hot in the bedroom - Excellent location A/C didn’t work right from the start. (Although they tried to say it stopped working during our stay) the bedroom was unbearably hot during the night and the only window in it was internal into the hallway of the rest of the apartments. Brought in a portable air con unit which they vented out the patio door but the door had to be partially open all the time which left the apartment insecure as it was ground level. And no safe for our valuables. Moved us to another apartment that they said was an upgrade but it definitely wasn’t. Only half the size, a long way from the beach, uphill and only had 1 bathroom. Very disappointing, we had to cancel our holiday with them half way through.

• Manuella (6/5): Great location but.... - Nice location, close to the beach. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable. We were surprised by an additional charge that was asked by the owners regarding possible damage to the property that could be caused by us. They gave us an option to either pay 500Eur upfront (before we could get the password to unlock the property door) which would be returned if no damage occurred, reserve 500 Eur on the credit card but against a non-refundable charge of 17 euros or pay 27 Euros as a waiver for possible damage we may cause. Naturally, most people will choose to pay the 27eur waiver. I think this is an unfair way for the company to get additional funds for the apartment, which is unfortunate. Secondly both showers of the rooms we stayed in were broken. It could have easily been fixed by the company in advance. This made showering quite unpleasant. Last but not least, there is no temperature control possibility in the bedrooms only in the living and hall so in the summer, I can imagine the bedrooms will be quite hot. We were there in the winter so we didn't have a problem with this.

After rain water dropping from ceiling in one of two bath rooms, one of two living room (TV) chairs worne out...
