- Verified traveler (8/5): 観光地からはちょっと遠いが、快適なホテル - 主要観光地にはいずれも徒歩10分〜15分かかり、決して便利とは言えない立地だが、それが苦にならない方にはオススメ。 部屋は広く、特に水回りが広く快適。ウズベキスタンでは珍しく、シャワーの水量が十分で途中で水になることがない。 朝食はメニューが少ないが、質と量は十分。 難点としては、私だけかもしれないがホテルの予約管理システムとhotels.comの予約システムが連動していないのか(?)、チェックインの際に予約内容を確認する時間が非常に長かった。 予約証明書を求められたので、宿泊される方は書面を用意しておいた方が良いかも。
- NHON (10/5): Great hotel in Samarkand, Uzbekistan - The hotel is located in a very good location with shops and restaurants nearby. The surrounding area is safe and quiet at night. From the hotel I can walk to the famous tourist attraction: the Registan. The room is very clean and its amenities are in very good condition; breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel staff speaks English well and very helpful. This is the best hotel that I stayed in Uzbekistan.

- YUKI (10/5): - レギスタン広場やバザール、ビビハニム・モスク、グーリ・アミール廟の主要観光地まで徒歩約１５分で行けるホテルです。 スタッフの方もこちらの問い合わせに親身に対応してくださいました。 バスタブがあるので湯を張ることが出来ますが温度調整が大変なのと、 ＴＶを見るのに２つリモコンを操作しないといけないので、そこは英語で説明書きがあればなと思いました。

I had a difficult time locating the name of the hotel on the google maps. Rest everything was amazing from room service to assistance at reception things went above expectations. Rooms are superclean too and breakfast spread was decent for their scale. Well done
