• Mateja (5/5): Uzasno s blagim zadovoljstvom - Osoblje u igraonici i u spa zoni je odlicno. Hrana je uzasna, osoblje koje radi na dorucku i veceri je uzasno. Mobitel u ruci, a vama kazu da si sami donesete stolicu za dijete iako vam je dijete u ruci i nemade adekvatno mjesto za spustit ga. Samo sjede za stolom pored ulaza i tipkaju, namrgodeni kao da rade besplatno. Kvaliteta hrane i izbor su jako jako jako losi, to prepisujemo situaciji da je u hotelu bilo malo ljudi. Ali bez obzira na broj ljudi to nije moj problem jer ja sam smjestaj platila pa punoj cijeni. Zbog loseg izbora i kvalitete hrane nakon par obroka odlucili smo jesti u restoranima dole. Jer izbora za nase dijete (1 godina) nije bilo, nije bilo apsolutno nista sto bi njemu mogli dati da jede. Sobom smo takoder bili razocarani ali nas navodno nisu imali gdje bolje smjestiti sto kasnije saznajemo da je laž jer smo culi razgovor radnika da je u hotelu sve ukupno 30 ljudi, da su nam ponudili i da nadoplatimo za bolju sobu - pristali bi! Sveukupno jako smo razocarani bili.

• Sharon (7/5): A great week of skiing - would definitely return. - In a good location to ski in and ski out and kept clean and tidy - pool and sauna area were nice. Easy to hire skis a the hotel and people were generally friendly and helpful. Quite a distance to walk for lift passes and bottom of both gondolas and not much going on in vicinity to walk to as it’s half way up the mountain. Smoking in public places was not nice as it’s something that doesn’t happen in the UK so we aren’t used to it and the food at breakfast and dinner wasn’t hot enough but it didn’t stop us eating as you are starving when you get off the slopes.

• Bettina (10/5): - Elhelyezkedés közvetlen pálya mellett, személyzet nagyon segítőkész volt, maga a hotel tiszta, szobák kényelmesek. Reggeli lehetett volna változatosabb, de rendben volt.

• Sonja (9/5): Perfektn a lokacija i dobra hrana - Lokacija lokacija lokacija, na samoj stazi, hrana je odlicna, bazen i topla voda u bazenu, spa centar, obezbedjen parking Male sobe, kupatilo koje ima cudan miris, parking se uopste ne odrzava u periodu velikih sneznih padavina, hotel nema kolica kako bi se unelo vise kofera odjednom jer ima i puno stepenika da bi se doslo do lifta. U sobi nije bilo ketlera i bilo kakve kafe ili caja

• Matulj (6/5): - Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno i profesionalno Soba nije bila na nivou kojeg smo očekivali. Fale neke osnovne stvari poput koša za smeće i dodatnih utičnica. Namještaj je općenito star a temperaturu u sobi je nemoguće regulirati

• Andrea (5/5): Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub im Skigebiet, nächstes Mal nehme ich ein anderes Hotel - Schöne Zimmer, Pool und Sauna auch ok, nettes Personal Die Heizung ließ sich nicht regulieren, es war viel zu heiß im Zimmer, man konnte kaum schlafen. Halbpension Abends gab es nur 2 Essen zur Auswahl, weil das Hotel relativ leer war. Wir sind zwar satt geworden, aber das ist die kleinste Auswahl, die ich in einem Hotel je hatte. Weit weg vom Schuss, mussten mit dem Auto runterfahren und Parkplatz bezahlen.

Прво похвале за све запослене који су изузетно љубазни и на располагању посетиоцима како да препоруче тако и да поразговарате о обичним стварима. Поред удобног смештаја на ред долази ресторан који је изузетан, храна свежа и квалитетна а баклаву коју морате пробати је једна од најбољих ако не и најбоља коју сам икада пробао. Закључак 10/10.

We called customer service from booking.com to add meals since we booked in error without them, but Hotel never responded to booking.com request so we couldnt use Genius discount. Eventhough Hotel assured us that they confirmed their request, we received an email that they did not.

• Gianmaria (7/5): Enjoyable stay in a fairly mediocre looking room - The younger lady at check-in was the star of the experience very welcoming. Location was gorgeous though Jahorina is dead this time of the year but nature can still be enjoyed, received free upgrade to suite, breakfast was good. Nice sauna and Turkish bath. Beautifully perfumed bed sheets. Dinner included in the half board was pretty terrible with a lot of frozen items and the restaurant staff aren’t particularly friendly nor interested in doing their job. The pool water is too cold. The hot water in the showers both in the room and spa goes cold very quick. The carpet in the room needs to go or at least a very very deep cleaning. The common areas you feel it’s 2020 design, the bedrooms you travel back in time to 1985. I would have been very disappointed if I had booked and paid the suite.

• Kristina (6/5): Pleasant - Fine, considering it was out of season, I think it’s overpriced as except the pool there is nothing else to mention. Also, as I said it’s out of season, they didn’t had guests at all, but when I asked them for iron it’s not allowed. You have to pay extra for one T-shirt to be ironed. Breakfast is not in the price and they charge same price for adults and kids. I don’t think its fair as the breakfast was pretty poor and basic for that price. kid was 5 years old. We got much better time and offer in Termag few weeks before.

• Luana (10/5): Great weekend getaway - The hotel was so kind to give us an upgrade. Our room was large and tidy, very clean. Great shower and nice amenities. Location is amazing, almost on the top of the mountain and people would skii on the lanes around it, we could see from our bedroom window. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with many different options. The evening event was also very nice to attend, with live music and good environment. Staff was very kind and considerate. The food was a little cold and the bar was a bit expensive. The saunas were small and one of them was under maintenance, but it didn't bother us as most of the guests were skiing. The pool could have been warmer, but it wasn't a problem either.
