• adam (9/5): bardzo udany komfortowy pobyt. Polecam - bardzo miła obsługa , szczególnie w restauracji .Bardzo smaczne śniadania , produkty wysokiej jakości. Znakomita restauracja , dania włoskie jak we Włoszech. Czyste pokoje. W czasie naszego pobytu było wesele na kilkaset osób , ale było tak zorgaznizowane ,że nic nie słyszeliśmy - mistrzostwo !!! lokalizacja przy ruchliwej , głośnej drodze.

• Camelia (4/5): - Die Lage ist toll -nicht weit vom Zentrum. Blöderweise befindet sich auf der Bundesstraße Stadteinwärts eine große Baustelle. Diese führt zu Stau. Jedoch mit Navi gut umgehbar. Keine Ahnung seit wann dieses Hotel besteht jedoch sind einge Sachen Renovierungsbedürftig. In unserem Zimmer wackelte der Wasserhan. Der Toilettendeckel war gelb vom Urin und kaputt. Staub sollte auch besser gewischt werden. Das beste war jedoch beim Frühstück als wir Aufgetautes Brot bekamen welches eigentlich noch ganz kalt innen war. Als ich fragte ob es noch ein anderes Brot gibt-Nein. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet.

• Marian (7/5): - The room was not clean, and there were many ants. I reported this issue to the reception staff, but no action was taken. The breakfast was poor. Although I clearly specified the company details for the invoice at the reception, the invoice was issued in my personal name. Later, after lengthy and contradictory discussions, I finally managed to have this corrected.
• cipt (7/5): Overall, it's a decent hotel, with the added benefit of having a swimming pool. - What I liked most was the location, the breakfast, and the hotel staff, who were generally friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a decent hotel, with the added benefit of having a swimming pool and relatively good food, though there were some exceptions. I believe more attention should be given to guests staying at the hotel, not just to those attending events. That’s my honest opinion. Thank you for hosting us. However, I was disappointed with the evening atmosphere in the restaurant and the staff who served us during dinner. The food was average and lacked anything memorable. Regarding the room, the hotel urgently needs to address the mold issue on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. It's unacceptable to sleep in a room where mold is present in the bathroom.

• Renata (8/5): Pretty good - Clean room, beautiful architecture, spa and interior pool was great (suggestion: a clock would have been nice in the spa/pool area), food was very good too, outside pool looked lovely but it was closed due to renovation (I'm sure it will be a nice facility when it will open again), nice view from balcony Some pressure issues with the water in the room on the first day (didn't have issues afterwards though), we had to eat our lunch in the noon heat due to no AC in the restaurant (maybe it was being fixed?), very little variety of drinks on menu (even though the menu had cocktails/lemonade, you could only order coffee or beverages ready to go from the fridge ex: beer, soda, water or maybe wine)
• Norbert (7/5): pool under construction - Nice, clean rooms. Nice breakfast. The outer pool is under construction, so booking.com pictures did not reflect the reality. We learned only at check in that the hotel has no puter pool available. A disappointment in hot August.
• Roland (4/5): Noisy. Not the right place if you want to rest. - We kindly asked for a quiet room, as we had a long way to drive the next day. Got a room on the 3-rd floor, with a poor sound insulation and very noisy during the entire night. Couldn´t get more than 3-4 hours of sleep. I´m very dissapointed. First and the last time I´ve been at this hotel.

• Mohammed (9/5): Very good hotel - Very nice place, very friendly and helpful staff, great facilities, comfortable beds. We arrived towards the end for breakfast and unfortunately it was cold. Perhaps it was our fault, however I think it would increase the rate if they'll look into that detail as we finished by 10am.
