- Stefan (9/5): Good food, amazing pools and spa, great place overall! - Nicely furnished, awesome breakfast and dinner buffet, amazing pool area with both thermal and non-thermal water, clean rooms that were cleaned every day, nice mini bar, large parking, and welcoming staff. The hotel is in renovation, so it was super nosisy during the day. The noise stopped when we called reception but it was annoying to call all the time. They should offer a discount for those staying there during the renovation. Rooms feel smaller than 30 sqm, probably around 25 sqm, so not sure how it was measured. The beds are queen size (160x200) not king size beds (180x200) so sleeping with a 1 year old child is a bit tight. We were told by reception that all rooms are with queen size beds. There is no ironing available in the room, you have to order in advance and pay.

- Manuela Maria (9/5): Totul a fost minunat. - Totul a fost conform asteptarilor, micul dejun si cina foarte gustoase, bauturile incluse. Personalul eficient, amabil si discret, s-a facut tot posibilul sa ni se dea camere apropiate, asa cum ne-am dorit. La masaj am intalnit o doamna putin plictisita, dar am trecut peste, restul serviciilor au fost ireprosabile. :) Camerele au fost spatioase si confortabile, piscinele minunate, si cu apa termala si fara, per total a fost un sejur relaxant. Vom mai reveni cu siguranta. Nu agreez sistemul de plata pentru mesele copiilor, aceste costuri suplimentare normale ar trebui sa poata fi adaugate la momentul efectuarii rezervarii. Momentan sunt anuntate ulterior rezervarii, plata se face la locatie.

Maga a szállás nagyon jó. Ingyen parkoló, hordár. Reggelinél a palacsintakészítő gépnél akkora sor állt, hogy majdnem kicsúsztunk a reggeliidőből. A reggeli választékot már 15 perccel a reggeliidő vége felé leszedték, ez nem méltó egy ötcsillagos szállodához.

Є басейни на вулиці, є басейни всередині. Тому можна комфортно провести час за будь якої погоди. Велика парковка. Не так багато лежаків всередині комплексу, іноді важко знайти вільне місце. Кава в номері - ну просто жахлива. Пити її без вершків неможливо, а вершків нема. Чи покладіть замість кави хоча б 3 в 1.

- Viorica (10/5): Locul potrivit unde sa va simtiti rasfatati si sa beneficiati de tratament balnear excelent ! - Ceea ce mi-a placut in mod deosebit a fost amabilitatea si solicitudinea intregului personal incepand cu cel de la receptie, personalul medical, restaurant, curatenie. Dincolo de eleganta si starea de bine pe care ti-o dau confortul, dotarile hotelului si baza de tratament, ceea ce face diferenta fata de alte locuri vizitate este personalul ! Cu siguranta voi reveni !

- munteanu (10/5): Fabulos,pentru toate vârstele! - Micul dejun foarte variat și de calitate..Pentru toate gusturile. Turiștii nu respectau indicațiile afișate la bazinul pentru înotători.Sareau zgomotos de pe margine sau intrau cu copii de 3-4ani în bazin
- Irimes (5/5): Servicii sub așteptări! - Mâncarea a făcut un salt de calitate mare. Este a patra oară când mergem la Lotus și nivelul mâncării servite s-a îmbunătățit mult. Mai puțină alegere, dar de mai bună calitate. Continua să fie foarte curat, atât camerele cat și piscinele interioare cat și cele exterioare. Tratamente SPA și recuperări balneare sunt foarte diferite. Primele se făceau în Gold SPA până anul trecut, celelalte se făceau în Nelumbo. Acum au fost unite în Nelumbo, spațiul fiind neadecvat pentru relaxare. În plus prețurile au fost dublate. Deci plătești dublu pentru un serviciu SPA inferior la ce a fost oferit înainte. Am făcut un pachet ce prevede exfoliere, împachetare cu alge și masaj relaxant - doamnele nu au duș, deci au fost nevoite să mă “spele” cu o cârpă la chiuvetă. Rezultatul e ca dacă aș fi continuat cu masaj, ar fi fost ca și cum ți-ar da cu șmirghel pe piele. Am refuzat să continui cu masajul și m-am plâns la dna Cristina, manager Nelumbo. Mi s-a oferit tratamentul gratis și cam atât. Și a dat vina pe doamnele care lucrează ca subalternele ei. În cameră am găsit lista de tratamente de anul trecut cu prețurile de anul trecut. M-am dus să mă să anulez toate tratamentele SPA, apoi m-am plâns la directorul Mircea. Acesta a zis ca e vina doamnelor la curățenie, care ar fi trebuit să ia acea listă din camera. Când i-am spus ca și pe site-ul hotelului sunt aceleași tratamente, a devenit agresiv și a spus ca e cu siguranță pe telefonul nostru din cauza la cookie. A continuat vreo 20 de minute sa ne ia de proști. Am insistat să deschidă telefonul dansului să controleze. Când a realizat că de fapt avem dreptate, s-a fâstâcit. I-am spus să-și facă datoria și să controleze ca toate sunt în regulă înainte de schimbări majore și să-și calmeze nervii înainte de a trata clienții care plătesc premium pentru un serviciu 5 stele, ca pe urmă să primească un serviciu cu mult sub așteptări. S-a scuzat. I-am cerut o reducere sau ceva tratament SPA în plus. A zis ca o să facă calcule și o să vadă. Un adevărat director nu are timp de ceartă și contraziceri, oferă ceva ca să calmeze clientul și gata. Deplorabil! M-am plâns din nou pe același subiect cu managera de la Nelumbo și m-a întrebat care e doleanța mea ca ea nu înțelege?
