We are looking forward to returning in June. The utility area was open to the outside hallway, which was not very private if you were in the kitchen area

The maintenance came to fix straight away, but it still didn’t work. We had a few oddly cold nights in Spain - sleeping in jumpers and all the blankets we could find. Know one followed up to ensure all was well. A shame, but we still had a lovely time

Lots of nesting swallows, bird droppings everywhere. My partner actually had bird poo drop on her twice during our stay. Must have been the season for the birds nesting.

- Shelley (7/5): Enjoyed it, not sure if would book penthouse, very steep steps, no round pool sitting, lounge chairs - great pre organisation of the trip the apartment was a little unclean and unwelcoming, though it was quickly rectified by Tina, then we had lots of loo running and shower no working, but it all got sorted, very easy and the balcony was lovely to sit out on, possibly wouldn't grab the penthouse for the usage of steep steps, up and down with glasses etc, though nice if as nearly a split apartment

- Michaela (8/5): beautiful apartment but a couple of little issues - beautiful clean apartment in a great location, the complex is beautiful and the pool areas clean and well kept. lots of places to sit and chill out plenty of sunbeds, we particularly enjoyed sitting in the grassed area outside the gates by the sea. Plata Beach Restaurant on the paseo infront of the apartments was a fantastic place to eat and have a drink. Estepona never fails to please I would definitely stay here again it's my 3rd visit to this complex, however I wouldn't bother getting an apartment with a pool again. be aware the steps up to the rooftop pool are extremely steep and have NO HANDRAIL . Also the photos show pool with lights on and waterfalls running, this us not accurate neither were working and when I asked about getting it sorted I was told they were not connected and had never worked! for the money we paid I expected what was advertised I also had to ring more than once to get the pool cleaned as it was so dirty when we arrived that we couldn't see the bottom , the pool was sorted but it took nearly a week to clear completely. To be honest we didn't really utilise the rooftop pool as it was either too hot or too windy to be up there.

We were disappointed that the pool nearest the apartment closed during our stay. We knew it was seasonal but did not expect this to be mid September. However the second pool nearer the beach was also lovely.
- Joan (6/5): Disappointed with the bedroom situation - facilities and location One bedroom was completely separate up a set of spiral stairs and extremely hot it had no air con in the entrance and bathroom. We had brought my 72 year old sister who could never have slept in that bedroom the stairs alone were a problem. This was only explained after they had taken the deposit otherwise I would have cancelled. If you had booked this with small children it would have been a disaster as the door opened in front of the rooftop pool. This apartment is only suitable for two adults. Facilities of the apartment were good but very badly designed. Also most apartments that you visit for two weeks usually include a mid holiday clean this did not.

The views from the apartment looking over the pool and the sea was wonderful. General communication & responsiveness of the host was exceptional particularly when we had some difficulties in the apartment. The car park whilst useful was very tight and difficult to manoeuvre with a big car. The attentiveness of the lifeguards could have been better. Vaping and looking at phones regularly rather than focusing on their role. The apartment is advertised as 3 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is not suitable for younger children or elderly persons as it requires one to navigate spiral stairs and steep steps into bedroom next to the pool. It also lacked suitable guest storage facilities.

Location was perfect for our holiday. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We will definitely be back. The photos on the Web page where good but not as good as the place was in reality. - Amy (10/5): Had a wonderful time and I’m sure I’ll be back next year. - Property was very clean and spacious, two sets of sliding glass doors to get lots of light into the rooms. Private pool was clean and maintained during our stay. Good amount of patio furniture. We’ve stayed in other apartments before which had better furniture e.g comfier couch and a bedroom tv but still excellent value for money and it’s clear in the website that different apartments are set up slightly differently.
- Andrew (8/5): An excellent base for a relaxing week by the sea with easy access to Ronda and other coastal resorts - We liked the large shaded terrace with excellent views over the sea, a perfect spot for meals and drinks. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area was safe with plenty of lounges available. The underground car park and access ramp made for an interesting challenge with a chicane of pillars to navigate. Estepona harbour is a 5km walk along the coast path.

- Nicola (10/5): Gorgeous complex A beautiful relaxing oasis, only 8 minutes drive from Estapona old town. - The apartment was very spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you needed for a family. The balcony was huge with lovely comfortable furniture to relax on. The gardens/grounds are immaculately groomed and the pool areas were spotless and well maintained. The garden areas right on the beach were beautiful. Katarina the hotel manager is super, she promptly dealt with a glitch in the AC in the apartment for us, we found her both friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. The security is excellent, everything was top notch, we will definitely be back. Nothing!
- John (8/5): We really loved it and would dearly wish to return again to the same apartment next year . - Spacious, quietness,view,lovely board walk.Security staff were always very friendly and helpful. We didn't have a car so grocery shopping was a little bit difficult but we got used to it... On a very small issue, afew more dish washer tablets and washing machine tablets would have helped. .
- Sascha (6/5): Don’t have high standards. - The apartment is modern and spacious, we had the two bedroom apartment and both bedrooms came with en suite. The Urbanización is well maintained and secure. The apartments decor is cute and the views from the terrace are sensational. Unfortunately for this there is a list. 1) The pools maintenance is poor. The pool tiling is falling off at an alarming rate, everyday we had to deal with more debris and tiles in the water, we stopped swimming in it after the 4th day because the water became so dirty. Management claims the pools are to be cleaned once a week but we had issues with the pool guy, first time he came he said he had come the day before (not possible we were there all day) then upon request he came for a second time to “clean” the pool but he was there for only five minutes and then emptied the net back into the water. The ph and chlorine levels weren’t checked either. 2) The second bedroom had a rancid smell. I don’t know what it is or why it happens but you couldn’t have guests staying in that room, the smell is too bad. The master bedroom smelt like someone had been smoking in it previously (there were pieces of tobacco under the thin mattress?) 3) The bathrooms have bugs that scurry across the floor. 4) the cleanliness of the apartment wasn’t the best. We found used chewing gum pieces in places around the apartment. The bed was stained and debris under the mattress. There was a lot of hair. Cutlery and glasses dirty and the fridge smelt like it had been cleaned with dusting cleaner (like furniture polish). The last thing, it comes across super tight to only provide one loo roll and barely any cleaning items. You shouldn’t have to pay for your apartment to be cleaned when you spend over 2900 euros for just over a week.

- Pavel (9/5): Superb - Our apartment was situated very well, with beautiful view. Apartment had huge terrace with a pool where one could find place to sunbath or hide in shadow. Dishwasher not working properly. In general the electric equipment would use some upgrade.
- Pete (9/5): Really good winter break. - We absolutely loved the position in the complex and the view from the apartment. It couldn't have been better. We also appreciated the unexpected upgrade and the help provided by Katarina when required. Well equipped kitchen and good washing machine etc. Perhaps a couple of smaller kitchen mixing bowls would be good. The office wasn't staffed when we arrived , it said open until 18.00 , we arrived 17.45 . We struggled foe 25 mins ! to find the apartment in the large complex. The gym needs some maintenance. We stayed for three weeks and no complimentary change of linen was offered. If we stayed for 3 separate weeks, presumably the linen would be changed between each rental. This seems a bit petty. The dishwasher didn't clean when we first used it but when we gave it a good deep clean, including the filters, it worked a treat. I think perhaps this should be part of the cleaning schedule.

- Yaroslav (10/5): I can recommend this apartment for cozy and comfortable holidays - This apartment is located in fabulous part of Estepona. The flat is with amazing facilities. All were so cleaned. This area is located too close to the center of Estepona, nice supermarkets. Surrounding area( outside) is very clean and there are a lot of beautiful flowers and trees. I don’t have any claims

- Torben (8/5): Very good - Great view of the ocean, nice pools and wonderful staff. We stayed in block 8, and unfortunately the noice from the Autovia that ran right by was bery present, at all times of the day. There could have been done a lot more to block the noice when inside.

- Janne (10/5): Flott sted - Meget bra sted. Flott leilighet og flotte terrasser. Bassenget var kaldt (1.okt), men ellers lite ĂĄ utsette. Supert med egen parkering i garasjen.

Uima-altailla ei tungosta, ja vartija-hengenpelastaja läsnä koko ajan. Talonmies tuli heti pyynnöstä säätämään ilmastointia pienemmälle. Keittiö oli hieman pimeä. Huoneistojen kuvailu esittelyissä olisi voinut olla tarkempaa. Oma terassialtaamme oli matala, kun taas läheisen lapsiperheen allas liian syvä.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Spacious and spotlessly clean. Main bedroom large floor to ceiling windows which did open but didn't let any air in at night due to the shutters. Other room 2 single beds not much natural light. All appliances in kitchen clean and functioning.
