La piscina, en ves de eso, parece chapoteadero para enjuagarse los pies. No le dan limpieza. La página Booking, indica que tiene estacionamiento (Parking), lo cual no es valido ya que al momento de preguntar en el hotel, te dicen que no tiene estacionamiento. - Jamie (8/5): Great time on the beach! - We lived in PdC when my son was little and he doesn't remember much. We wanted a place on the beach with a pool and this place was within our budget. We got room 7, which I loved. It had a little patio with fence and two sliding glass doors -- one to the pool/courtyard and one to the patio. The staff was so friendly and there was daily room cleaning. The location -- it's fun for a few nights! Waking up and seeing the beautiful sea was lovely, good ac, decent wifi. It's an easy walk from the ADO bus station and there is a 711 close by for necessities (coffee, snacks, beverages). As mentioned in other reviews, it does need some work. Salt water takes a toll! It looks a little abandoned, a fact that we got over pretty quickly. Also, it's right on the beach so people can be a bit loud all night (bring ear plugs).

The roku in the rooms was nice. The balconies could be very very dangerous for small children, more than a normal balcony. Parts of the building were falling apart. They were stingy with towels.
- Robert (1/5): DISGUSTING! Avoid at all costs. - Nothing. This place is a scam. Booking.com, you should be better. I will NEVER book with you guys again. This hotel was disgusting and using that word is an understatement. The hotel is difficult to find because it is beach front and in the walking zone. While the hotel seems nice because it is beach front, DO NOT let that deceive you. The hotel is beach front in the public beach area which is extremely congested, in our case, the people were sitting against our balcony. We checked into the hotel and entered our room. The room looked like it had not been cleaned in years. Bugs on the walls and spider webs everywhere. The bed was not made and the sheets were dirty. I took off the sheet to find the mattress stained brown with blood spots (bed bugs) and a giant piece of foam cut out of the mattress. The restroom toilet had not been cleaned and still had urine all over the toilet seat. I spoke with the front desk about the concerns. He said of we were not satisfied we could contact booking.com where we booked and they would process a refund. We checked out within an hour of getting there. We contacted booking.com to find out the front desk told them a completely different story and apparently the hotel itself has to agree to the refund or booking.com won’t honor it. Even with the pictures. Unless you’re okay with contracting a flesh eating bacteria while you sleep and taking back a supply of bed bugs for your home, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THE PICTURES ARE NOT ACCURATE AND THE STAFF WILL LIE TO NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND.

Silent and peaceful at night. Enjoyed the sun rises every day from the bed. Staff is nice, specifically the cleaning staff is doing a good job. Building is very old and dirty, some walls are collapsed and covered with plastic. Bathroom is very small, Room amenities are very old.

The hotel was pretty much abandoned (in construction, basically no staff). The pool is pretty small and didn't look clean. You have to rent your chairs if you want to sit in the first row (right in front of the ocean), otherwise, they have a few free chairs at the back, but not much sand area at the beach.

Do not stay here very dissatisfied - I have nothing good to say about the property It was filthy, garbage everywhere including in the disgusting pool (which had not been cleaned since 1990), the room was dirty, door did not lock from inside and could have easily been broken into from outside. Bed was comparable to concrete, no hot water, towels were more like dish rags, fridge had mold on outside of it, in the evenings locked the gate to beach access (if you could call it a beach, more like seaweed covered rocks that smelt like urine surrounded with old beach chairs) felt like we were in a cage. Nothing good to say at all.

Access to the beach and Quinta Avenida within steps. Great location. Would definitely stay here again. Didn't like that the towels were very small and they wouldn't give you extras. They were at least very absorbent for being that thin.
- Roseann (7/5): Wasn’t expecting 5 star hotel so wasn’t that dissatisfied. - Location on the beach can’t be beat! Liked that there was good water to refill our water bottles in lobby. Mattress seamed to be new and was quality. Sunrise could be viewed from our room. The towels were too small, threadbare sheets and bedspread had many pulls in it. Bad quality sheets didn’t cover to the end of the mattress were too short for the bed. Dust was all over the headboard. Just an improvement in the quality of sheets and towels would be more important than having cleaning every day. It was missing the do not disturb sign to put on door so housekeeping would not come in.

I disliked how run down the Hotel was by the pool area. When we would access the beach from there, the steps were un even and ther was litter all next to them . Also, I was able to change my dates once and I paid for my entire stay. I tried calling the hotel numerous times prior to confirm my exact new dates, no one Ever answers. So I "Confirmed" my EXACT dates via email to the owner prior to my stay. Not only was I stopped almost Every single time by front desk to tell me I had to pay an extra day since the dates they had in their system was 1 day different, but also at the end of my trip, as I checked out and confirmed with front desk all was good.... we were chased down by reception guy saying the system didn't have us as paid. The WORST communication and I will never be staying there again.

It was outdated, it wasn’t very clean, and the pool was terrible. Our sliding door didn’t close or even lock. They give you tiny towels and the shower door doesn’t close so water gets all over the floor.

- Maria (4/5): Would not stay there again - The location was the best thing about the hotel The floor in room was wet as the old fridge in the corner was leaking, there were only 3 medium size towels in the room and when I asked for some hand towels, I was told they did not have any. The eventually sent someone to dry the floor. There was no one available in reception to do check in when arrived and had to wait for a while. The AC systems on the corridors were leaking and there were puddles all along. And there cockoraches on the corridor as you entered the building.

Beds were comfortable, everyone slept fantastic. The air conditioning kept the room temperature very refreshing. We had no issues with them working properly. I gave a rating of four. A couple of reasons for this, nothing really bad. As several people have stated on here, it is an older property and needs some TLC. The doors lock properly, no problem with that. Unfortunately in both rooms, the safe did not have locks we could use. We carried our passports on us all the time. In the afternoons the pool had a murky tinge to it. Not a big deal for us because the hotel is right on the beach. We had the covered veranda room and it was literally out the door and on the soft sand. With the hotel being beach front, the staff gave us wrist bands so we didn't have to pay for any beach chairs. A bonus! Just down the beach is an ocean front pub/club. Music is played until midnight usually. You can hear it. The music didn't bother us, they played good tunes :) The hotel is in a great location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. The ADO bus station is just a block away. Close to several coffee shops. To recap, it's a nice little hotel with fantastic staff. The cleaning staff would come around daily if you wanted your room tidied up. Great ocean view with a nice breeze to help keep you cool.
- Rey (2/5): Worst hotel since I been using hotels.com - Nothing like the pictures online. There was a lot things wrong with the room but the worst was the bed. The bed sheet was big enough to cover the whole mattress and that’s what show the bad condition of the mattress we were suppose to rest during our 5 day trip. We couldn’t sleep the only night we end up staying here, that we end up going to different hotel for the remaining of our trip.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 清潔ですが古い - ロケーションはビーチに面しており、また5a Avenueにもすぐ近くて最高です。ベッドのマットレスもしっかりしており寝心地は悪くありませんでした。スタッフの対応も良いです。 その一方ホテルにはレストランもなく、少々不便です。建物は非常に古く、カギはかかるもののドアノブが修理されていない、セーフボックスが壊れたままになっているなど、設備の問題が多いです。 またシャワー室用の足ふきタオルや、洗面台のハンドタオルがないなど、サービスの面でも十分とは言えません。
- John (3/5): Disappointed - Was located on beach. Warning: not suitable if arriving by car. Only parking is 6 blocks away, hard to find, and pricey. Staff was not helpful. Room was small, peeling paint on sparce furniture, toilet not working, floor in shower too rough for bare feet. Pool hazey. No power for part of afternoon. First place i ever gave a negative review. Avoid.

I will never stay here again. - The location was great and very close to the beach The rooms were disgusting, roaches roaming the room. The sheets and towels were dirty. The pillows were paper thin. There were hairs in the shower. The place looked like it hadn’t been clean in weeks. The pool was so dirty I don’t think anyone would want to swim in it. Overall I was so disgusted to be in the rooms I spent as little time there as possible! Bring your own water to brush your teeth and wash your hands also. The water from the faucet came out brown.
- Quintero (4/5): Very very Disappointed 😞 - LOCATION was AMAZING! Uuuuuf! Where do I start. 1) Too expensive for a rundown old building. 2) Upload Internet Speed too too slow. I could NOT use my Firestick like I wanted. Movies would take 1 hour longer due to slow upload speed. Even longer when I tried to watch an episode. A 45 minute episode would take me 3 hours or more to finish. I was there 5 nights. All 5 nights...Upload nternet Speed was TERRIBLE. I am sorry, but I will NOT stay there again. ONLY way I will return If they cut the prices in half. Too too expensive for an old run down building. On too of that NO breakfast included. 😒

- Robert (6/5): If you're looking for a decent place for a good price, this is worth considering. - Great location, right on the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had a balcony. An AC and fan were in the room so you could choose how you wanted to manage the temperature. Beds were comfortable. They gave extra towels. The view was nice. They had a water dispenser in the lobby and that was appreciated. Very centralized and easy to get to food etc. Close to the ADO bus station! There was a sewer smell coming out of the shower drain that was pretty gross. Warm water was limited, but given how warm it was that wasn't a deal breaker. When we arrived, the pipe coming out of the sink to the wall was disconnected so there was sand and water on the floor, but they fixed it and cleaned it up the next day.

- nathan (2/5): - Do not stay here. Clearly, no maintenance has been done for a very long time. It is unkept, scary and the staff are rude. There was no toilet paper in the room. When I asked the staff for toilet paper they gave me a half used roll. When I asked for a towel to take a shower I was given one very worn towel.
- Jennifer (4/5): Nice view but grungy room. - The bed was large and reasonably comfortable. The view of the Caribbean was the highlight of the room. It is an old hotel that isn't being maintained well. Room 007 needs a fresh coat of paint on the walls and new curtains on the windows. Was unable to take a shower since the shower head did not work. Walls and floors are dirty. Luckily only stayed for 2 nights. Not worth $150 a night.

- Kimberly (4/5): Cheap Beach/Oceanfront - Beach/seafront. Balcony. To see the ocean/beach. Walking right outside from the hotel to it. Right near the main strip of 5th Ave. Easy to obtain a taxi. Lawn chair on the beach is available for guests so you do not pay a fee. Beach drink/food service. Helped with my bags. Daily cleaning of the room. No foul smells. Good mini fridge. Spacious Mexican decore. Vanity to do hair maycup The room had darkening curtains. The bed was comfortable, The hotel is rundown. The swimming pool was in poor condition and not appealing to swim in it. Nowhere to eat outside. Uncomfortable balcony chairs. Small balcony leaving little room but to sit. No wear to hang wet clothing. Constant vendors approaching.

- Ramon (2/5): - Horrible place, rooms don't look anything like in the pictures, the paint was falling apart, mirror was very dirty, the place doesn't have a hot tub and the pool was so dirty that no one would want to swim in, I chooses this place because I wanted a pool and a hot tub, I couldn't use any. I tried to go somewhere else but I was too late to book something else.

- Wilson (4/5): - This hotel has a great location and a good beach view. We arrive early and they let us leave our luggage at the reception. The hotel in general is not well maintained. Looks like the owners don’t care about the appearance and cleanliness and don’t want to invest any money in the property. What you see on the web page is totally different from what it looks like nowadays. Honestly, they can do much better The view from our your was amazing and the internet worked very good.
- Michael (8/5): A beachfront value option - I gave this place an above average rating because of its prime location, with balconies facing the beach and sunrise. Also, The front desk and service people were very helpful whenever we asked for help (but asking was definitely necessary). The cost was much less than other beachfront hotels, which is why we chose this place—as a value option. So it gets 4 out of 5 stars for its overall value given its location.
