Специални благодарности към новата служителка на рецепцията – посрещна ни с много внимание и доброта. Единственото, което бих добавила като препоръка, е закуската да бъде малко по-обилна.

• Ani (6/5): Неудобни легла и мизерни храна! - Разположението и природата са страхотни. Басейнът също е добър. Имаше достатъчно шезлонги и чадъри. 2та паркинга също са ок. Хотелът е огромен, има 5 корпуса. Най-мизерната и оскъдна закуска! За възрастен имаше 1 сварено яйце, 3 тънки рязана краставица и домат, 2 триъгълничета шунка и малко масло. За деца - купичка Прясно мляко с малко зърнени шоколадови топчета. Никой не ме попита дали тази подсладена "закуска" е приемлива за 4 годишно дете. Направихме грешка да вечеряме в ресторанта. Пълно разочарование! Не правете тази грешка ! Стаята не е виждала Ремонт от 90те години. Хотелът също се нуждае от освежаване. Леглата са страшно неудобни. Бих посетила Рибарица някой друг път, но задължително бих избрала друг хотел.

• Aynur (8/5): Great for your sleeping place when you explire the area - Good old-timish hotel. The place is properly maintained and provides a great price for value ratio. You can definitely relax at this part of the country. Checlout the stars at night. The only thing that could wake you as noise is nature - maybe an owl, some crickets, or frogs nearby. Bathroom is tiny, but room is relatively spacious. We used it mostly as a place to sleep rather than anything else so that's all I can provide for now as feedback. In terms of cleanliness, it was properly cleaned, however, maybe it is time for a refreshing renovation and switching things up a bit - doesn't need to be trendy - but I can definitely see how the place has great bones. ( example would be make the bathroom just a little bigger towards the inside of the room, place power sockets right next to the bed, have the beds separate, but not with a gap due to the width of the frames, have a dedicated place where one can leave their outside clothes/shoes).

• Slav (8/5): Old hotel, but cozy and with potential - The view was really unique. You are surrounded by woods and mountains and you are amongst the nature. You have a cell tower near by, so the internet on our phones was very quick due to the excellent reception. The woman who was a receptionist was truly great. The rooms were very cozy and the fact they all have balcony is huge plus. The gardens in the hotel are well mentioned and there a lot of places you could take a walk. There was broken glass in the bathroom that was not cleaned. That is unacceptable and very dangerous!!!! The food in the restaurant was not very good. The breakfast was really poor and there was no choice. The rooms are not soundproof as they claim in the site. The beds in some rooms are old and do not seem stable. There are a lot of stairs everywhere, so not suitable for very old people with problems in the knees.

• Valexy22 (10/5): Lovely pool! - It is a beautiful place in the heart of Stara planina with nice pool and friendly staff. We were there in August, so the pool was the focus of the daily activities. On site there is a nice restaurant as well as many more in the near vicinity. The restaurant was understaffed, so the wait time was almost an hour for the meal to be prepared
