• Cooley (8/5): - Collection and returning of keys was bot agreeable as location of main reception was a round trip walk of 30 minutes and was not mentioned when booking.

El apartamento está bien . El nuestro era de 1 dormitorio en un primer piso de esquina y la terraza es enorme. Tiene todas las comodidades tiene lavadora, microondas,vitrocerámica, utensilios de cocina,vajilla. La verdad q estaba bien.El personal era muy amable ,aparte le llamé para comentarle un par de cosillas y enseguida mando a alguien para solucionarlo. Lo.q no nos gusto esque al entrar no olía muy bien el apartamento no sabemos a q se debía. Compramos ambientadores y fregasuelos para fregar para ver si olía mejor. Pero aún así ha ia veces q al entrar olía un poco raro. Por otra parte tampoco es muy cómodo el tener q ir a otra dirección a recoger las llaves porque la oficina no está en la misma ubicación del apartamento,por lo tanto tanto para recoger como para entregar las llaves tienes q irte a la otra dirección. No está muy lejos una vez q sabes donde es pero esta a un ratito andando.

L’appartement est bien, avec un bon balcon et la clim La communication avec l’agence est compliquée, il faut d’abord aller à l’agence chercher les clés, une semaine avant il faut remplir un long formulaire pour chaque invités lors de la semaine, il faut payer en ligne les taxes de séjour, ensuite il faut payer la caution en ligne… c’est long et compliqué

• Michelle (10/5): Fabulous holiday, would definitely use these apartments again. - Comfortable with all the facilities you could need. Lovely swimming pools. Great location only a short walk to the shops and bars.
• Damien (8/5): Excellent location, beautiful apartment and friendly, helpful staff. - The apartment was a short walk to the main strip, but far enough away to be nice and quiet. It was clean and came with a large balcony and and superb swimming pools too. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. There were some minor hiccups, but overall, this is a lovely place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to any future travellers. We had some issues with the wifi, initially, but they were quickly resolved, and the toaster wouldn't cooperate either. An introductory leaflet, explaining the workings of some of the appliances and giving more precise information about the access to the pool, might be helpful. And possibly some english speaking staff, as we had difficulty communicating at times. None of these issues would stop us from returning, however. The apartment and staff are first class.
