• Martin (8/5): Celkem spokojenost - Lokalita super. Málo světla a ve skříňkách byly nějaké staré předměty , asi od majitele.
• Adriana (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, mieszkanie w starszym klasycznym stylu ale ciepłe, z fajnym widokiem, bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami. Generalnie było wygodnie. Do poprawy: nie mogliśmy otworzyć okien dachowych, żeby przewietrzyć mieszkanie, brakowało żarówek w lampach.
• Miroslav (5/5): Ubytování u vleku - Blízko vleku, parkování vozidla zdarma u apartmanu Chybí vyhřívaný stojan na lyžáky. Měli jsme objednaný apartmán s 2-mi ložnicemi, ale po příjezdu jsme dostali apartmán pouze s jednou ložnicí a rozkládací pohovkou v kuchyni. Dojeli jsme večer ve 20hodin, předání klíčů proběhlo přes obálku, proto jsme reklamaci ubytování řešili ještě večer po telefonu, což bylo pro nás velmi nepohodlné. Apartmán, který jsme si původně objednali byl obsazený. Rozdíl v ceně apartmánu s 2-mi ložnicemi a s jednou ložnicí byl v našem případě celkem 150€ za 3 noci. Cenová kompenzace domluvit nešla, apartmán byl zaplacený předem a agentura odmítla rozdíl v ceně kompenzovat. Druhý den pobytu nám byl nabídnutý ještě další apartmán pro 2 osoby v jiné budově, ale v polovině pobytu se už nikomu nechtělo stěhovat. Kdo si zde objedná apartmán se 2-mi ložnicemi, tak by se měl předem ujistit, že takový apartmán opravdu dostane a trvat na tom.

• IRIS (8/5): Vsekakor dobra izbira - Lokacija je top, blizu smučišča in blizu term. Kuhinja je bila res dobro opremljena. Nujno bi bilo potrebno menjati en jogi - spiš dobesedno v luknji. Pričakale so naju smeti predhodnih dopustnikov. Čeprav na obvestilu recepcije piše, da naj vsak odnese svoje smeti (BTW - zapis hitro spregledaš), ne bi bilo odveč, v kolikor bi to čistilka oz. čistilni servis tudi preveril. Menim, da bi apartma z malce barvne osvežitve izgledal bistveno bolje.

• Clarissa (9/5): Kleine, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit guter Lage zum Skilift und sehr schöner Aussicht. - Sehr gute Ausstattung auf kleinem Raum mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Die Balkontüren / Fenster sind nicht richtig dicht. Es kam kalte Luft herein und eine nahe gelegenen Veranstaltung war es sehr laut zu hören in der Unterkunft. Glücklicherweise nur an einem Abend! 😊

• Petar (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, truly ski-in/ski-out with a 5-minute walk to the gondola. Parking is free and available in front of appartment. Great backery is just behind the appartment. The only downside is that the property is a bit older, and the interior could use some renovation, but overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely return.

• Gabriella (7/5): Great location, but not very clean apartment - The location was great for us, the slopes and the thermal bath was very close In the two bedroom apartment the cleaniness was awful, dust bunnies, greasy kitchen cabinets, the kitchen wasn’t well equipped (old frying pan with scratches, no cheese grater, no sharp knife, the cover of the kitchen chairs and bench was shaggy…) and the mattress was too soft with some bed rails missing. The studio apartment was well equipped and modern, but still dust under the bed…
• Žarko (10/5): Perfect location, spacious, well equipped, clean - Perfect location, 2 minutes walk to gondola, 1 minute walk to the ski bus station if you want to go skiing in St. Oswald, 1 minute walk to St. Kathrein bath, 1 minute walk to very nice bakery. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, and very clean. I wish the lady at the reception desk informed us that the Sonnenschein discount card was not free of charge, we ended up paying 30 Euros at the checkout, without ever using it (we thought it was complimentary, issued automatically to all the tourists).

• Tomáš (6/5): Pleasant - 100 meters from ski lifts. Opposite the thermen. New and nice bathrooms. One bed in a drawer with a terrible mattress and a grate, behind the drawer were used tissues. The oven described among the equipment was not in the apartment. Old appartement with ugly part - kitchen and living room, quite new part - bedroom and pretty parts - bathrooms.

• Rajko (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment is confortable and situated on write place not far from ski slope and spa. Apartment has exagerated personal touch of the owner ( for example window in living room and dinery overcrouded by cactuses what is not apreciate by everibody and we do not like it at all and shelves are covered by unnecesery junk details that only gather dust). If somebody wants to rent apartment he must make it more neutral and avoid to cover it with excesive personal details.Plase was not cleaned and towels and sheets not changed during one week stay and for this money I think it would be done at least once.
• Mladen (8/5): Very good - The best thing about this apartment is definitely location. We were skiing to the ski lift, and also back to the apartment. Maibrunnbahn ski lift is like 50 meters away, and it is perfect if you go here to ski. St Kathrein is like 150 meters away, and to Romerbad you need maybe 3 minutes by car. Thumbs up for the ski room where you could leave your skiis and skii boots. There was not enough cutlery, they dont have ladle, knives were not sharp at all, you couldnt cut tomato with them. They should invest in new cutlery for sure. There was not enough light in the room, two lamps didn't work. Water from the kitchen sink was flowing very slowly, water pressure was very low.

• Peter (8/5): Very good - The aparment is located in the center near Spa center. If you like SPA then this is excellent location. But if you want to ski then this is not the best location. All ski slopes were closed and we had to drive every day to St. Oswald. The host should inform us that the card that we need to pay and he offered us is not valid for ski. Additionally the host should tell us that the ski slopes in Badkleinkirchheim are closed. We have asked them and they reply that we can ski.
