Patroana o persoana foarte implicata si care indruma oaspetii la ceea ce solicita. Mic dejun variat si indestulator, merita nota maxima. Camera si baia foarte spatioase si in care curatenia este exemplara. De remarcat lustra din camera care este deosebita. Vom reveni si cu alte ocazii. Va recomand cand aveti ocazia sa va cazati la acest hotel. Nu a fost cazul

Wij kwamen voor de reuze kerstmarkt in Craiova die terecht als de beste van Europa werd verkozen. En dan heb je dit hotel met parking die daar perfect bij past! Super aanrader als koppel. +je

- ION (4/5): Dezamagitor si foarte scumpa cazarea pentru serviciile oferite. - Foarte aproape de centru. Micul dejun dezamagitor. La ora 9:40 nu mai gaseai aproape nimic de mancat. Cand am intrebat: daca mai aduce mancare, am primit raspus: ca este pana la ora 10:00 si nu mai au ce sa aduca. In conditiile in care am anuntat ca venim la micul dejun dupa 09:30. Am primt raspuns: ca nu este treaba lor si ca ce a fost pentru micul dejun s-a terminat. Profund neplacut.

- Butterfly (1/5): - The only thing we liked was the location, close to the markets, just a ten-minute walk away. We are not satisfied with the room. It smelled extremely of tobacco smoke, everything was soaked with that smell. There was no assistance in getting another room, they behaved arrogantly, as if we were the ones at fault.
