- jana (7/5): jinak nádherná scenérie,mlini,dubrovník ,cavtat,plat i soline..stojí to tam za návštěvu ............ - jelikož jsme přijeli v době checkinu ,tak jsme byli ubytováni ihned.majitelka čekala na bookingu bylo napsáno 50m od moře,ale to nebylo ani vzdušnou čárou,bylo to cca 500m,a obcházelo se po cestě.je to pro mladší,mi už sme letitější,tím to pro nás bylo na nohy a lítka horší,nicméně zase super cena !!!!přežili jsme!!!!!

- Bruno (8/5): Comfy apartment with a great location. - The location is great. It is near beautiful beaches and good restaurants. It's ideal for families with children or people who just want to relax in beautiful surroundings. It is also close to the old town and other beautiful locations. The person who greeted us was very polite and friendly. Check-in and check-out were straightforward with no surprises or problems. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the area was peaceful and the view was stunning! The beds were a bit too hard for us, and the pillows were all a bit too thin. The apartment we got only had an air conditioning unit in the living room and not in the bedroom, so when it was too hot, we had to leave the door open to keep the room cool enough for the baby to sleep. This meant that we had to walk on tiptoes so as not to wake him up. The available parking space was also not directly on the property, so we had to walk a bit to reach the car. This wouldn't normally be so much of a problem, but carrying a baby and groceries in the rain was a bit of a hassle since we couldn't use the stroller.

- Viktoria (7/5): Отдых в Млини - Нас встретили радушно,хозяин был приветлив.В аппартаментах,было все необходимое,плитка,холодильник,шкафчики. Море,солнце,шикарный вид с террасы,5 минут до моря,спускаясь по ступенькам,недалеко магазинчик,прекрасный променад,пляж ближащий маленький,но уютный,тень от сосен,есть душ,раздевалка,приятная атмосфера.Рядом с пляжем ресторан,там эстрада,музыка,детские костюмированные праздники,огненное шоу. Не понравился сам номер,он без окон,на две ступеньки ниже террасы,находиться в нем было не комфортно. На плитке очень долго готовить,при заезде было полное ведро мусора.

- Dominique (5/5): Hébergement décevant et paysages sublimes - La vue sur la baie depuis la terrasse de l immeuble, la situation par rapport à dubrovnik et la possibilité d y aller en bateau (15€/personne a/r), le parking pour la voiture même s il était à 150m de l appartement. Une supérette et le restaurant le paradisio avec un accueil cordial et des plats très voire trop copieux pour des prix raisonnables et le rakija offert avec l addition. Quand on dit "superieur" on s attend à trouver le visuel proposé sur le site. L appartement était au niveau de la terrasse, avec 2 autres entrées, les occupants des 2 étages en dessous et à côté passaient devant nous, qui n avions pas de rideaux pour occulter la porte vitrée en vue directe sur la chambre. On a oublié aussi l idée de cuisiner avec les vieilles plaques et pas de hotte. Salle de douche avec WC,minuscule et équipements en mauvais état. Ensemble de l immeuble très vieillissant. Mettre en avant des photos qui donnent envie et être trompé ne donnent pas envie de revenir.
- Pirkko (8/5): - Hieno paikka, mukava henkilökunta, kotoisa oleskelu / paljon plussaa ! Ainoa miinus, kun me pohjoismaalaiset olemme tottuneet kunnon peittoihin, niin täällä ohuet ja hieman froteepyyhettä isompi kangas. Eka yön jälkeen ostimme maksi-peiton ja nukuimme jatkossa hyvin.
- Monika (10/5): Idealne miejsce - Apartament jest świetnie wyposażony (pralka, zmywakra, mikrofalówka, opiekacz i wiele przydatnych naczyń), lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, niedaleko do piekarni i sklepu. Ogromna szafa, wygodne łóżko, klimatyzacja oraz wygodny salon z telewizorem oraz silnym wi-fi. Jednak najlepszy byl widok niemalże z każdego miejsca apartamentu. Poza tym wygodne meble ogrodowe, parasol i markiza. Plaża byla w niedalekiej odległości, na ktorej byl darmowy prysznic a w poblizu bezplatne toalety oraz bar i restauracja. Dla nas bylo idealnie! Polecamy serdecznie apartamenty Katica! Serdecznie dziękujemy i do zobaczenia! Do apartamentu prowadziły dość strome schody, dla kogoś z problemami poruszania się byłoby to kłopotliwe.

- Viale (9/5): - Tiene unas vistas increíbles y no esta tan lejos del casco histórico. Aire acondicionado que enfría genial y tiene todo lo necesario. Los dueños super amables! Nos hubiera gustado mas si nos hubiera tocado una cama matrimonial en lugar de dos individuales.

You'd go a long way to find a more scenic and peaceful spot Very little nearby in terms of shops. Fantastic but small supermarket & wonderful bakery but not great for crossing the road - really quite dangerous. Friend on mobility scooter could not do it - too dangerous.

Very friendly hosts, helped us finding the transportation home. Room fully equipped to dine. Definitely recommended 👌 Upstairs there was a group of young people that were partying at night and didn't let us sleep for 2 nights, but it didn't affect my review as not dependant on the owner.

Netjes, weg van de drukte, prachtig zicht vanop je terras, lokaal strandje vlakbij, airco en wifi prima en Josef die het echt super deed als host, offerde zelfs zijn parkeerplaats op voor ons ! Held ! Supermarktje en bakkerij vlakbij. Wij namen bus 10 naar Dubrovnik Old Town, spotgoedkoop en geen zorgen. Misschien toch wat prijzig voor hetgeen het is, maar dat zijn alle verblijven in Dubrovnik als je iets deftigs wil. En ja, laat ons zeggen dat het terras en het zicht het waard was. Dik verdiende 10 !

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Het verblijf was netjes ... Helaas kon de gastvrouw geen Engels ... sprak enkel in de Kroatische taal. Alhoewel deed men er alles aan om elkaar toch te begrijpen ...
- Paula (5/5): Precio excesivo para apartamento incómodo y sin ventilacion - El anfitrión es amable y las vistas desde terraza comun Las fotos no se corresponden exactamente con el apartamento que nos ha tocado. Sí tiene una terraza grande con vistas pero es compartida y las mesas que hay ni siquiera queda claro si se pueden usar. El apartamento es pequeño y la distribución de las camas no es cómoda ya que para acceder al armario casi no se cabe. Además justo nos tocó el apartamento de abajo en medio, sin ventanas ni ventilación más que una ventanita enana que no da ni al exterior con lo que no corre el aire. Creo que es un precio excesivo para un apartamento incómodo. No lo recomendaría.

- Lara (8/5): Very good - Small apartment at small nice town near by the sea and Dubrovnik. Amazing view from balcony.Bottle of wine and water were waiting for us. The owner was super friendly)) Supermarket, bus stop and ferry 10 minutes away by walking. 5 minutes to the beach with beautiful nature and for evening promenade. If you would like to cook at home then a kitchen is a little bit small, but we managed)) Also if you are very sensitive then in night time traffic noise can disturb you, because bedroom turned on there We are enjoyed Mlini )) there weren't enough electrical outlets. In bedroom was no one.

- Paul (9/5): Stunning location in Croatia. - The views across the harbour. Very light and airy accommodation with air con easy to manage. Very comfortable beds with fitted wardrobes plenty of storage. Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher,freezer, cooker etc. fully furnished.Bathroom and shower perfect with washing machine and ironing board in there. Hairdryer provided and towels. N.B not enough towels for visiting the beach so bring your own or buy out there.Plenty of eateries around when you get down to the harbour. Large shopping center and small supermarket within walking distance. Car park provided with lock fit for security. That was a bit of a walk away though so off load first before parking. The only downside was the steps up and down to the harbour area. You can walk around to avoid these but you need to be fit to enjoy this location. There are still steps down to the apartment however. Garden and patio area very limited and overgrown which helps the insect population. Mosquito,s loved to take residence and feast in an evening.Be prepared. We loved staying there and the hostess was very kind and helpful despite the language barrier. Thank you for a lovely stay. Only the amount of levels of steps. Exhausting.Don,t drink and attempt them in the dark!!!

She ensured I had a parking spot for my vehicle; the location is lovely and within three minutes of Silver Beach! And if you would like to visit Dubrovnik Old Town, which is within 15 minutes by bus and the bus stop is about 100 meters from the apartment, If you want a fantastic place for a very decent amount of money, then you should visit this little GEM! - Jolanta (10/5): Exceptional - The view was stunning! kitchen perfectly equiped The only thing i have to mention in three bedroom apartment is that there is only one air condition and it is in the room, therefore we had to open the door at night of our rooms to get them cool :) however it was not a problem at all for us :) the stroller wasnt needed for a child in Croatia. Very beautiful Croatia however one should evaluate stairs that lead to the beach 🙃 anyway it is worthy! all in all we liked this trip so much

- Biljana (9/5): Superb - The hosts are very pleasant and everything is easy to arrange. The accommodation is in an excellent location. They offer free parking. Sea view is beautiful. It would be marked 10, but I must low it to 9 because WiFi. They offer 3 Networks, but only one was rarely available with one dot. And It was so poor, so even txt msg couldn't be sent.

- Timotej (10/5): Exceptional - Ideal price to performance ratio. Close to the sea and local grocery shop and bakery. Nice and clean rooms. For taller people the lower part of the ceiling might be a challenge. A few times I bumped my head but nothing serious.

- Erkan (9/5): Superb - Location of the apartment was great. Big balkony and sea view was wonderful. Even parking place is over the sea view. Your car also enjoy the view:) Entrance to the parking place was a little narrow for big cars. But I believe owner can find an alternative solution if you can not enter.

- Alina (10/5): Amazing - This view will stay forever in my heart! Hosts are friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean and tidy, the kitchen is well equipped with plates and dishes of any kind. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Everything looks exactly like the photos.
