• Cindy (8/5): Nice town house with spacious room - Spacious room with 2 separate beds, even a small kitchen, located in the center of Agulo. Lighting in the room could be a bit better, it was quite dark and smelled a bit old.

The kitchen was well equipped with a toaster, coffee machine, pans and pots and a fridge. The bathroom was a little cold.

Sain paremman huoneen kuin mitä olin varannut. Loistava aamiainen patiolla. Majoituksessa oli viileää mutta ymmärrettävästi kun ulkona on viileää, niin on sisälläkin. Peittojen alla tarkeni nukkua. Aamiaista olisi ollut kiva saada viikonloppunakin kun moni paikka Agulossa oli muutenkin kiinni.

• Sarah (10/5): Gorgeous accommodation in an enchanting village - One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed traveling, the whole place is steeped in time. The couple who manage the property are absolutely lovely. Agulo is gorgeous. All in all brilliant value for money.

• Audrey (9/5): Nice place to stay 3 or 4 nights, I would recommand ! - Very well located (only 35 minutes from the harbour), easy to reach all the parts of the island, very nice village with small streets, very quiet at night, nice view on Tenerife and the Teide (from the roof top), large room with all equipment, Josefina and her husband are so kind and helpful. There's a small shops in the village and 3 restaurants. Easy to park your car outside the village (only 5 minutes walking from the house). In winter it can be colder at night, even with heating in the room, take warm pyjamas

• Nazaret (10/5): Alojamiento acogedor y anfitriones excepcionales - La ubicación y el encanto del alojamiento rural son excelentes. Estuvimos durante días festivos, así que ya sabíamos que muchos restaurantes estarían cerrados. No fue ningún problema cocinar allí: la habitación está completamente equipada. Sobre todo, queremos destacar el trato de Josefina y su pareja: fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo lo necesario. Sin duda, lo recomendamos. Todo bien

Old-house charm, comfortable bed, lovely and simple decor. And some soft lighting — such a change from all of the harsh/bright lighting on both Tenerife and La Gomera. The breakfast was indeed as exceptional as the previous reviewers shared. Kind and smiling personnel. 10/10! It’s an old house so the floorboards are LOUD, lol! Nothing to do about that though!
• LOURDES (7/5): Bien. - La ubicación está muy bien, se respira mucha confianza con la persona que gestiona la casa. El colchón era super cómodo, la verdad. Al tratarse de una casa antigua con pisos de madera, cualquier movimiento provoca ruido y con mezcla un poco extraña en el mobiliario, pero no nos importó eso.

The room was well equipped and clean, although a little dim. The staff was fantastic and I also highly recommend the breakfast they serve. All the restaurants as well as a small grocery store are very near. A good base for hiking.
