• Denisa (10/5): More than expected! - Everything! The location, the way the room looks, the knx system of the room, great breakfast buffet. It was better than expected! The entire yard is filled with pomegranate trees and they were full of them, it gave such a lovely summertime note and feeling! The location is very quiet even though the Main Street is near by; at nighttime there’s no noise at all. The room terrace is big enough to enjoy drinks in the evening; and the property has a huge terrace where you can take your breakfast or drinks in the nighttime. I can’t recommend it enough! There’s nothing to add here.

• George Pantelidis (10/5): Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα σε μια πολύ βολική περιοχή με ευγενέστατο προσωπικό. - Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο και διέθετε σύγχρονα μέσα ευκολίας και άνεσης. Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά πλούσιο και η πισίνα ήταν πάντα καθαρή και είχε πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση. Το προσωπικό απάντησε σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις και απορίες μας και μας βοήθησε να κάνουμε κρατήσεις σε σκάφος και δείπνα. Η τεχνολογία που με κόπο και χρήματα χρησιμοποιείται στο κατάλυμα είχε τρωτά σημεία. Σε κάποια χρονικά διαστήματα δεν μπορούσαμε να ανοίξουμε την κουρτίνα και τα φώτα. Αμέσως όμως το προσωπικό επενέβαινε για να διορθώσει τα προβλήματα.

• Hana (10/5): One of the best places I have stayed at! - I was impressed with how modern the hotel is. You have a tablet next to your bed which controls all the lights and curtains! There are of course manual switches placed everywhere in the room. It’s perfectly planned out as the rooms are huge and enough wardrobe space. The staff is one of the friendliest I have ever met, very helpful with anything you may need from them. The location is amazing as well, the beach is not even 5minutes away, there is a supermarket below the suites (which have the prettiest magnets and souvenirs), and great restaurants are right next to it. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the AC is one of the fastest and strongest I’ve seen. It cooled off the big room in a minute. I was sad to leave this amazing place, would definitely recommend. The breakfast selection is a bit smaller due to the little number of guests they have at once, but it was still delicious.

When the staff learnt that I am having a bday that day, they prepared a very nice surprised for me in the room. Such a nice people!! The room is big and has everything you need for a great holidays stay! Breakfast is delicious, especially the smoothie. The view from the hotel is breathtaking! Great location, just next to the best beach clubs in Agia Marina.

• Alexis (10/5): Perfect relaxation steps away from the beach. - Very clean, modern and comfortable, rooms were very large. Nothing, it was ideal all around.
• Oksana (10/5): Pleasant and comfortable stay - Everything was great! This is our second stay at Lilium Luxury Suites and definitely not the last. The suites are situated in a close proximity to the beach and restaurant. The shop where you can buy everything you need is just downstairs. The staff is very helpful and nice. And the room itself if very clean, spacious and contains all the commodities you need during the stay.

• Gergő (8/5): Fantastic stay with minor inconveniences - Overall, we liked our stay a lot. The room was very spacious, modern, well-equipped and had a wonderful view from the balcony. The staff was helpful, friendly and polite. We also really liked the breakfast - as the selection varies every day, you never get bored. We visited in September, so there was plenty of free parking just outside in the street. Leaving the windows open for the night is not really an option because of the ventilation system of the next door restaurant. When we turned the A/C below 24°C, we also started hearing a quite annoying water dripping noise from behind the walls. The built-in Alexa assistant is a funny gadget, but it was not working.

Like 1-2 min walk. Lot of supermarket and restaurants nearby. One supermarket is just below the hotel. Very practical. The beach is also amazing. Breakfast quality and options could be better.

• Nawel (6/5): Pas accueillant - Nous avions une suite de luxe vue sur mer qui était très jolie, le petit déjeuner était bon ainsi que l’homme qui s’occupé du service qui était très serviable. Nous avions le droit à une bouteille de vin offert car je suis membre gold on a demandé de la changer avec une boisson soft cela a été refusé, c’est vraiment une première pour nous ! Dans tout les autres hôtels ça c’est toujours bien passé et ils étaient coopératifs! quand nous passions à l’accueil nous voyons clairement que les autres client était mieux accueilli que nous ! Le chien de la responsable de l’hôtel à faillit mordre mon marie et ça l’a fait rire sans excuse sans rien, elle a juste dit que c’était un « good dog » vraiment désolant!

Room was spacious and cleaning was very good. This isn't really a negative but would've like the TV in the room to allow you to stream from your phone.

On arrival we were surprised to find a basket full of fresh fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine in the room. Quiet during the night. Parking is small, almost non-existent. Every evening when we returned to the hotel, we had to call Reception to move the car so we could park. Breakfast is varied but tasteless. The dishes give you the feeling that they are not fresh. There is no description for the dishes so you don't know exactly what you are about to eat or if those dishes contain ingredients you are allergic to. The breakfast staff is disrespectful. The tablet in the room did not work.

• Katerina (10/5): We enjoyed the service and facilites! Thank you! - We did like the friendly staff that make us feel cozy during our stay into Lilium Luxury Suites. We had breakfast included (till 10:30 a.m. ) and we did like the large variety, local products and also fresh orange juice and lemonade which were included every day. The great beach bar is in front of the suites ( less than 5 minutes walking distanance), the supermarket is under the suites and you can find all you need. There is also a great local restaurant next to the Suites named Spiti ( try the Cretan salad :)) and is open for lunch every day ( as most of the restaurants opens around 16:00). The location is quite good with easy access to everything in and around Agia Marina. There is nothing we did not like actually.

• Adriana (9/5): Superb - It's been an amazing stay there. Staff is very friendly, 5min walking from a beautiful sandy shalow beach. Suoermarket straight underneath, restaurants and anything you could wish for is in walking distance. It's a high-tech room, so one has to like it too :) After few tries it's easy to use though. There is an equipped kitchen, bath supplies, comfortable mattraces.. anything you's need :-) Only thing missing is a light curtain, there are only the thick ones which are not usable for the day, so people passing by see into the room.

The staff was very friendly and efficient, Very clean. The lady at the reception was particularly nice, helpful, proactive, and efficient. Breakfast was very good, just as we expected. A location where we will surely return! The actual living space was a little smaller than we expected, but that's because there was also a kitchenette fully equipped. All in all, the room was nice and comfortable enough and very clean.

• Pipsa (9/5): Honeymoon in Lilium Luxury Suites - The room was extremely comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Room was clean and silent. Bed and pillows were very good. And not to forget extremely helpful staff who helped us in everything. Also the location is great, beach just minutes away and great supermarket with kind staff just downstairs. Our shower draing was clogged and some of the water flowed somehow to our room. We mentioned this during our stay but it didn't at least yet got fixed, but it didn't disturb our stay that much. Also Alexa was not working, but same applies here, it didn't impact the overall stay.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Beautiful suites, rest not so much… - Modern and spacious suites. Room 304 had only partial sea view from the side. It was directly facing an unappealing building across a busy and loud road. Breakfast limited and so-so. The worst part was the area itself. I would not revisit Agia Marina and hence this place either. Full of busy car traffic, my ears and lungs were polluted from the noise and car fumes. Water at the beach great but the sand is dark and constantly wet (gruesome to look at).
• Eva (8/5): Room spectacular but everything else blah! - Suites exactly like in the pictures. Alexa stopped working after the first day and the Samsung tablet to control the smart room would shut down due to drained battery when we would spend many hours outside without leaving the card on for power. Breakfast was poor but the limited offering was still tasty. Definitely not up to par with the suite class unfortunately. Had it not been included in the rate, we would not have eaten there. Other than the rooms themselves, there is absolutely nothing spectacular about this place. There are some sun beds on the floor below right above a very loud and busy street. There is no outdoors furniture to enjoy the view from the terrace on the top floor. What a waste of a perfect floor!

• Kei Boon (10/5): Be careful which room you choose !! - We stayed in the business suite which was amazing. The room was large and comfortable. Word of caution- the best rooms are amazing and the cheapest ones are really not very nice at all. The cheapest ones could be rear facing (so no sea view) and not only that, they are positioned along a courtyard so there is no privacy at all. It could mean you have to have the curtains drawn at all times. It is chalk and cheese between the best and worst rooms. If you’re thinking of splashing out and getting the business suite, I’d say do it. If you’re thinking of booking the cheap rooms, I’d say go look elsewhere. Chances are, you could find better rooms. We had an amazing stay in the suite (top floor) and I can’t fault it. Our friends who had the shittier rooms ended up hanging out at ours for sundowners.

• Verified traveler (10/5): One of the most advanced IoT luxury hotel - Outside the Chania town, but excellent family run hotel. It has been equipped with the latest IoT technology, just one step behind of offering guests remote check-in and keyless capabilities. I am sure the owners will easily adapt during the next season.

• Eleni (10/5): - Το καλύτερο και το πιο σύγχρονο ξενοδοχείο που έχουμε πάει. Υπέροχη εξυπηρέτηση, πολύ ευγενικό και φιλικό προσωπικό και πεντακάθαρο δωματιο. Από το πρωινό δεν έλειπε τίποτα και η θέα ήταν τέλεια. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε.!!
