Guest Reviews
- Wim (8/5): -
- Antonia (9/5): Picturesque, friendly, warm and comfortable hotel with lovely staff. Tranquil and amazing dinners! - Breakfast was lovely, staff helpful. Nice to have some hot food options as well as the continental options. Lovely coffee. Fresh orange juice good and the bread / pastries were the star of the show. Food the same every morning would be good to have a little more variety, but otherwise it was great.
- Miguel (8/5): Excelente relação qualidade preço com muito boa localização - Perto da telecadeira prodains express que dá para ir a pé ou de autocarro que passa a cada 10/15 min
- apollonas (10/5): - Everything was amazing. Very clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful with everything we needed! Great location and very convenient. I’d recommend it to everyone who want to visit avoriaz !
- Cheuk Wing (9/5): Lovely and very helpful staff, the food was amazing and such a bargain for the price we paid! Absolutely enjoyed every s - The location is very nice, there are free buses to the Les Prodains Cable car station. Lovely view from the balcony
- Jim (7/5): Quiet rural location a short walk from the Prodains lift. On a bus route to Avoriaz. Good breakfast at, some very good e - Cosy size. Outdated room. Very compact. Absolutely served a purpose but not a luxury room.
- Paul (9/5): Brilliant helpful hosts and enjoyable food - Excellent Breakfast with good varied choice. N/A
- Jason (8/5): Comfortable stay - Fabulous food, pretty good location for the ski lift. A little isolated, no options outside of the hotel.
- Nicholas (7/5): Disappointing. I would return but would not stay on 4th floor. - Friendly staff and good location for buss stops or short walk to lift. Stay was for 3 days and had room on 4th floor. Bed is on a mezzanine. I am 6” tall and my wife is 5”4’. In order for me to access the bedroom I had to crawl up the stairs. My wife was not much better off. The shower was also in accessible.
- REBECCA (9/5): - Fantastic location, lovely staff and excellent food. Family room worked well for us. Good value for money.
- Alison (9/5): Great food, comfortable and friendly staff - Excellent food, comfortable rooms and helpful staff A little further from the ski lift than we would have liked, but there was a bus and it was only a 10 minute walk.
- Hutton (8/5): -
- Sally (10/5): The location and amenities were perfect for us and we will definitely return and also highly recommend. - Lovely place to stay, owner and staff very helpful, good communications. Room was clean and welcoming and the food was very good each day. Close to Prodain Express as described.
- sass (9/5): - Repas très bons et super alternatives végétariennes
- Nuno (10/5): - Acolhimento excelente
- Ari (10/5): A hotel with good value for money and an excellent dinner. - An excellent location about a 7-minute walk from a fast cable car. In January, the ski buses have plenty of space and run there every 10 minutes in the mornings, and every 15 mins thereafter. On the way back, you can ski down to a point closer to the hotel, about a 4-minute walk away, so there’s no need to use the bus. French food is excellent, but there are still a couple of things that could be adopted from Austria: during a week-long holiday, there’s a real lack of salads and other fresh items, so a salad bar would be a wonderful addition. Another challenge is the late timing of dinner: In the warm season, 7:30 pm is an understandable cultural tradition, but for a ski holiday it’s far too late - for example, 6:00 pm would work much better.
- claire (9/5): Another fantastic stay - Fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from bottom of prodains lift. Lovely family run hotel with extremely helpful staff and amazing food. Third trip and won’t be the last. Cosy bar and plenty of games to play on an evening.
- David (10/5): Fantastic - The team at Hotel Les Lans go out of their way to provide a superb alpine Hotel experience. They go above and beyond. The hotel environment and cuisine was perfect, and the hotel is located perfectly to support access to the slopes. The staff treat you as their special guests and make it very easy.
- Kei (8/5): It is an enjoyable place to stay for a skiing holiday. Good food and wine. - The traditional cruisine served in the half-board dinner are delicious. Yet, the same breakfast for 7 days is a bit boring. The location is OK, walkable from the téléphérique in ski boots with skis and poles. The hot water supply in the bathroom is a daily problem at peak evening hours.
- Stewart (9/5): -
- Kateryna (10/5): Was fantastic -
- Mate (10/5): Wonderful stay in Morzine - We loved this hotel for it's family-led background that comes through all aspects. The staff is polite, friendly and attentive and the dinners served are exceptional! The bar area has multiple board games which contributes to furthering family and calmed atmosphere perfectly suitable for skiing holidays. Rooms are suitable but we understand that some guest might wish for tiny bit more comfort. Rooms are well equipped and spacious.
- david (10/5): Great stay excellent food - Food , location,staff
- Dajo (10/5): -
- Judith (9/5): Een fantastisch hotel, waar we werden verwend - Gezellig hotel op een mooie plek vlakbij de skilift met heerlijk eten. De kamerinrichting is wat gedateerd, maar alles is zeer schoon en voldoet prima.
- david (10/5): Great ski trip - Friendly staff
Brilliant food
Great location Nothing
- dyfed (9/5): - Food was excellent
- Tullan (10/5): -
- Chloe (9/5): Friendly staff and stunning food! - Friendly staff.
Beautiful food with plenty of choice and catering for dietary requirements.
Very clean.
Ideal location for access to Avoriaz and Morzine. Nothing. Everything was great.
- Max (9/5): - Great location, breakfast, and dinner. Room was spacious enough and clean. Staff was very helpful. They offered us 2 drinks cause the ice machine was not ready yet. Overall a very good stay and we will come back. Thank you Nothing
- Batuhan (10/5): Friendly, professional and personable customer service. A great Family run Hotel - Location, food, cleanliness, staff. The Dinner is amazing and throughly recommended. Nothing at all.
- Paula (8/5): Very good -
- Nicola (10/5): We had a wonderful stay - The friendly welcome. All the staff were happy and helpful. Great location. Great food. Clean and comfy rooms Nothing
- Markwade (10/5): A great 3* hotel for a ski/snowboarding trip. - The location is excellent being 10 minutes walk (or a short bus ride) from the Prodain bubble lift (which takes you quickly up to Avoriaz) and only a 15 minute bus ride into Morzine (if you need to shop or get a bit more apre ski choice). Good ski shop on the way to the bubble and a few places to get a post skiing drink. The hotel rooms are compact but the beds and pillows are comfy. Lots of hot water for showering. Usual hot and cold self service breakfast options. The evening meal comprised 3-4 fixed courses and was really good throughout the week. No complaints from us. We found the staff helpful. All in all an excellent choice for us. No hesitation in returning.
- georgiaf711 (10/5): A lovely cosy hotel! - I stayed here with my boyfriend for a week in March. This hotel is absolutely lovely and the food is amazing.
We checked in on Saturday into a spacious cosy room that had a really cool loft.
The owner checked our ages beforehand to make sure we would be ok with the stairs to the loft which was very thoughtful.
Plenty of storage and our room had a balcony where you could see the gondola going up the mountain.
The hotel is around a 10 minute walk up to Prodains gondola but there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel incase you want to save your legs. Buses run every 10-15 minutes so its ideal.
There is a heated ski/board and boot room downstairs by the exit so its really easy to access after a long day on the slopes. There are slippers provided in the boot room for you to slip on after you drop your gear off.
The bar has a lovely cosy feel and the tables have traditional wooden board games on them for you to play. There is also a large selection of games for you to choose from which I thought was a lovely idea.
Dinner was 4 courses every night and the food was absolutely gorgeous. Cooked to perfection with an amazing chef!
There was plenty of choice for breakfast with hot and cold options.
The room was nice and clean and was serviced each day. Bed was made and towels were replaced if required. The shower was nice and powerful and we also had a bath.
The hotel is in a lovely quiet location which was perfect for us as we don't drink a lot and weren't bothered about going out at night. Its a short bus ride into Morzine so we had the option if we wanted to venture out.
I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be going back
- richfollett (10/5): The food is first class, 4 courses ever evening, all home cooked - We stayed here for a week on a ski trip with Crystal - The location is amazing, 5 min walk to Sport 2000 if hiring which is also next door to the Express lift up to Avoriaz 1800. The food is first class, 4 courses ever evening, all home cooked - You will NOT go hungry! Very quiet location - All the staff are so friendly - If you get the chance to stay here I would highly recommend..
- Lucy (10/5): Exceptional -
- tinafR3656SC (10/5): Best ski hotel ever - Such a lovely family run hotel , they can’t do enough to make your stay any better . The food is outstanding , the quality and presentation are both amazing . Would highly recommend and will definitely make a second visit, either for another ski holiday or summer walking holiday .
- BigCatFan2018 (10/5): Lovely friendly quality hotel with a “Bob Ross” scene from the balcony - Friendly Family owned hotel. Staff couldn’t have been more friendlier or helpful. The food was of a very high standard. Initially before booked we thought the hotel was a little to far from the slopes, but it was only a 5-10 min walk to the Gondola, or the ski bus stopped outside every 7 - 10 mins. Rooms were good, with beds made every day and nice views with a “Bob Ross” scene from the balcony. Although just outside Avoriaz a better location for convenience to the slopes than Morzine.
- Debbie (10/5): Great hotel and location. Warm welcome, clean and comfortable. - A lovely hotel with a warm welcome. The team are lovely, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the lift to Avoriaz or you can catch the bus from right outside the hotel to Morzine. A good buffet style breakfast and an outstanding 4 course evening meal. We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend.
- peelite (10/5): Great hotel and location - A lovely hotel with a warm welcome.
- brianjlenaghan (10/5): Great stay at Les Lans Hotel - Third time staying at Les Lans for a family ski trip and would recommend. It is a very traditional family run hotel in a great location with easy access to the Avoriaz and Morzine ski areas via a free bus and the Prodains telecabin uplift. Good heated boot and ski rooms and a warm and welcoming bar. Food is excellent traditional fare with local ingredients and plentiful helpings which were welcomed after a long day skiing. The whole team are very friendly and helpful. We hope to return. Thank you
- cja639 (10/5): The Perfect Hotel for a Romantic Ski Break - The perfect hotel for a couples ski break. The hotel is such a gem - the team are lovely and very friendly, the hotel is in a quiet location but yet its just a 5min walk to the ski lift and then you are up in Avoriaz with all the action, or you can catch the bus from right outside the hotel. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy but the real cherry on top is the food! A drink in the cosy bar, playing board games, followed by some of the best food I've had in a hotel - really delicious French cooking, especially the puddings! - makes this hotel something very special indeed. The extra touches on valentines day were really appreciated. We had a fantastic time and we will be back next year.
- H6603DDbillt (10/5): Friendly and comfortable family run Alpine hotel ideal for Avoriaz - Friendly, comfortable chalet style hotel. Great bar, fabulous food, warm comfortable bedrooms, and a charming owner, M. Aube Marullaz.
Nothing is too much trouble for her.
Coming back in March this year and looking forward to gaining some more weight!
- Voyage33270 (10/5): Great Location, Great Hotel. - We were made extremely welcome at Les Lans Hotel. Aube and all the cheerful, helpful staff made our stay an excellent one. No negatives here!. Aube helped with ski hire and passes, with a "thumbs up" to the Prodain Sport 2000 ski hire shop. The food is outstanding. A good buffet breakfast and a not to miss 4 course dinner including a fondue & brasserade savoyard experience. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. A short walk or bus ride to the Prodain lift and a 10 minute bus ride will take you to Morzine. Thank you Les Lans, for a brilliant value for money stay.
- lanamI6196WM (10/5): Just Excellent! - Myself and 16 year old daughter stayed during half term. A fantastic experience. Excellent location, we walked each morning to the Prodains sport 2000 ski hire shop where we’d hired our gear and stored each night, 10 minutes to walk or you can jump on the bus from outside the hotel. The Pordains gondola is a few yards from the ski shop taking you up to Avoriaz. The bus passed the hotel every 10 minutes and you could hop on to go to Morzine. Excellent staff and facilities, clean room, storage space, hot water, balcony with a view, quiet area and even loaned me a travel kettle when mine broke. The friendliest, hard working staff you could ever find, nothing was any trouble. So the best part of this hotel stay…the food. Every night treated to 4 course dinner of the highest standard, local cuisine cooked and served to you in the relaxed cosy dining room after a day of ski ing is most welcome. My daughter and I cannot praise the chef enough.
We would definitely stay here again, loved the location, we skied in Avoriaz, came down on the gondola (my daughter ski ed down) dropped off ski gear, had a drink at the couple of lively bars at the bottom of the pordains gondola and headed back to les lans for dinner, perfect. Thank you Aubre and your team, we would love to come back.
- Natalie (9/5): Superb -
- andrewc747 (10/5): Great ski hotel - Stayed 11/1/25 for 1 week. This is a family run hotel, a short distance from the ski hire shop and the gondola up to Avoriaz. All the staff were friendly. Room maybe a little small but comfortable with lots of wardrobe/shelve space for kit (more than hotels with larger rooms). Good buffet style breakfast. Cosy bar/ games room where everyone congregated for drinks and a chat before the evening meal. The evening meal was 4 courses, excellent food and relaxed atmosphere, just what you need after a days skiing.
Overall had an excellent stay and would recommend this hotel. If we return to the area will certainly return.
- Diana (9/5): Excellent - Thank you for the very friendly staff and delicious food! Rooms are a bit old.
- Joanne (10/5): Excellent stay at Les Lans. - We were happy with the whole stay at Les Lans. We had a friendly greeting and were given keys to our room, with directions via the lift. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely view down the valley. Everyone seemed to gather at the bar for drinks before dinner, which was served at 8pm.. it was a very friendly place to meet. There was a game on each table, so plenty to do, as well as disecting the days skiing. The evening meals were exceptional. 4 course set menu. Huge variation and truly amazing. All the reviews say the food is good.... but it really is!!! Cant believe how good it was. The breakfast was available from 7.30am, full help yourself breakfast buffet. Again, everything you could want. All the staff were very happy at work and the owner was there every meal time and spoke to all the residents. She was very helpful. She kindly opened breakfast 15mins early for us, as we had to leave early on our last day, so we were able to still have our breakfast. I cant recommend this place highly enough. 10/10 There was nothing we didnt like!!
- Julie (10/5): Amazing food in beautiful surroundings right near the Prodains lift - Booking .com Absolutely nothing
- Sutton (9/5): Superb - Staff was pleasant and polite Beds were a bit too uncomfortable
- Travel35730443832 (10/5): Lovely local hotel with outstanding food - A big thank you to Aube and her team for a great stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable and welcoming. It is a short walk to the Prodains lift and Aube helped with both ski hire and lift passes. We really appreciated her moving things around so we could have a late check out and enjoy a final morning of skiing. But the star of the show is the food; each evening we enjoyed a delicious four course meal of local dishes expertly put together by the chef and team. Really outstanding and most welcome after a day in the mountains. There is also a cosy bar with fire and games, perfect place to relax pre or post dinner.
- Claire (9/5): Superb -
- Britanyl (7/5): Great spot for skiing in Portes du Soleil - The breakfast was standard - had yogurt and cereals and some cold-cut meats as well as some fruit and eggs and sausages. Also had OJ, apple juice, water, hot chocolate, and coffee, though coffee was nothing special. The dinners were amazing - 4 courses typically every night, so come hungry. The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating especiall Aube and the woman who serves you in the restaurant. Our flight home was 9pm and our pickup at 5, and since no one was in the room that day they let us have a late checkout. We got very lucky! Our room had a balcony and it was great views of the area. Its very close to the prodains ski lift - probably takes 10-15 min to walk up a slight hill to get there. They have a lot of games in the bar which is great to spend time meeting other guests of the hotel! The bus stop is right outside the hotel for free bus to the lift and to Morzine. The beds were not very comfy, and the pillows were too firm for our liking. The twin room has 2 twin beds next to each other, but they are not connected so dont expect any cuddling! There is no coffee or tea making facilities in the room but that didnt bother us too much. The walls are a bit thin, so when people leave their rooms you can hear their doors slam shut but we just used a noise machine we bring with us on trips for that very purpose, and it was fine. There is a bus stop right outside but the buses to prodains were always too full to get on unfortunately.
- Timhodsman (10/5): A great ski hotel for Avoriaz - A lovely family run hotel with excellent breakfasts and evening meals.
Very convenient for the Prodains lift to Avoriaz.
I have been before and will certainly be back again.
It was a great place to go for a few days skiing with a group of friends.
A bientot!
- chrisaH5853OJ (10/5): Excellent stay - Lovely hotel and ideally situated
Rooms were spotless and comfortable and plenty of hot water for a great shower at the end of the day’s skiing.
Aube and her team were fantastic and organised the ski passes for the whole group. As for the food, despite some other people’s comments about the fondue and brasserade, we thoroughly enjoyed that side of things - it’s part of the savoyarde experience. All of the other meals served were excellent and beautifully presented. It’s a three star hotel but it punches above it’s weight and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and would definitely return if we skied here again.
- lizcC8345WX (6/5): Not the best - 989828765
Hotel was quiet and the manager was very friendly on arrival but not so friendly after that, she could make you feel like you were an inconvenience. We agree with the review 'Quiet but read on !’, and thought the manager’s sarcastic and passive aggressive in parts response spoke volumes. Rooms were basic but warm enough, tiny bathroom, great view from the bedroom, very quiet bar area. Least interaction with other guests we have ever experienced. Restaurant and bar area not the warmest. Dinner was served on the later side of the stated times with no choice. Excellent drying room for boots/clothing etc. Extremely convenient bus every ten minutes that stopped outside the hotel to take you up to the gondola or into Morzine. Great skiing areas. Would not stay at this hotel again due to Manager’s attitude and food choices at both breakfast and evening meal
- JKingsleyI (10/5): Great location, lovely atmosphere and outstanding food - We had a fantastic week's skiing from Hotel Les Lans. The hotel was superb, not luxurious but very comfortable with a great atmosphere. Rooms were clean and quite spacious and like most of the rooms ours had a balcony with wonderful views.
Location was actually excellent, 7 minutes walk to the gondola in ski boots (I timed it) but the bus stops right outside the hotel and comes every 7 minutes so I only walked once. Morzine is only 10 minutes on the bus.
We normally stay in catered chalets and our previous ski hotel experience was not good; there was none of the interaction between the guests which we enjoy in a chalet. Hotel Les Lans was different, with welcome drinks and a friendly bar with board games and a fire where you could get to know the other guests.
Every member of staff was friendly and helpful, Aube, the manager/owner was great.
The food was outstanding, by far the best we have had on any of our 20+ skiing trips. We are pescatarian and as no fish was served so we had a vegetarian week and really enjoyed every meal. We met one couple who were returning customers and when asked what they liked about the hotel they said, without hesitation, "the food!".
Highly recommended.
- Veg36 (8/5): No frills hotel with great staff and fabulous food - 3 star hotel perfectly located to walk to nearest ski lift or hop on a bus. The bus stops are right outside and take you to two ski areas within no time at all.
Hotel is a simple no frills affair and is family run. It’s basic accommodation with comfortable beds and linen with hand wash and soap in pumps to make use of. We had a family room as we were three adults, one of us sleeping in a bunk bed, so make note that you don’t get single beds for all. We had a large balcony but sadly no furniture to sit on which was disappointing.
There is a lack heating in the common areas, the dining room and bar area is cold so layer up so that you can enjoy some of the best cuisine we had in a hotel. The chef produces a 4 course meal each night and it’s fabulous. Note- you all need to be seated before service starts they serve everyone at the same time so you do need to allow 1.5-2 hours for dinner.
Breakfast is perfect with choices of a continental breakfast and hot options, with pastries, yogurts fresh fruit galore.
There is a bar area with games which is not open all day and no food is served in the daytime. The area the hotel is in has no supermarket or shop so if your are not half board you don’t have the choice of restaurants to walk to!
It’s a nice find and felt more like a catered chalet than a hotel with families and couples all chatting in the bar and at dinner. This family run hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Keep up the good work Team ‘Les Lans’ .
- Sam (9/5): Superb - Really comfy and welcoming hotel close to the Prodrains lift.
- Blaz (10/5): Amazing little hotel with excellent food and host - Exceptional host/owner and food, amazing location, very clean and homey. Honestly dinners were amazing, great selection of local wines too. Looking forward to staying there again!
- Marie (9/5): Superb -
- Manon (9/5): Lovely little hotel but careful with transaction at the end of the holiday. - Amazing dinner every night, comfortable rooms and lovely waiting on staff. Issue with card transaction at the end of the holiday. Owner turned nasty and unhelpful. They were unwilling to co operate and money had gone from my account. Refused to listen and speak to my bank on the phone. Resulting in being very argumentative. Once money was back in my account (she could of cancelled the transaction to speed the process up) we sent her the money, she didnt even reply to my email or acknowledged the payment.
- Adam (10/5): Excellent and looking forward to returning - Great food and board games in the bar lounge
- Madeleine (9/5): Excellent stay and plan to return next year. - Location was fab. Short walk to hire shop and then onto the lifts.
Comfortable clean rooms with great food we enjoyed on a half board basis.
Very welcoming and friendly hotel.
Bar was also lovely with board games to play which we thoroughly enjoyed.
- Sally (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent dinners especially geese fondue
- Dragonetti (10/5): Hotel Les Lans was warm, friendly and welcoming and the food was supreme! - The food was absolutely incredible. There was lots of choice at breakfast and we could not believe the standard of the evening meals. We cannot praise this aspect of our stay enough!
- Roberto (10/5): Excellent hotel and location - The hotel is in a great location, five minutes walk from the lift prodain express and has shuttle bus to them if you don’t want to walk.
The supper was amazing all the five days that I’ve stayed, and the service is pretty good. I’m surely will stay again in a future opportunity. Nothing to add
- James (9/5): Excellent location, hospitable convivial atmosphere, good food. - Excellent location about 400m walk to Prodains cable car and bus stop right outside. Traditional style

- Katherine (9/5): Perfect for what we wanted. Wish we had stayed longer! - Great location, lovely welcoming and helpful staff, immaculately clean throughout, delicious food and lots of it! Our room was very small and the decor slightly dated but the cleanliness and all other factors more than compensated for this.
- Nick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sara (9/5): Excellent find and would definately recommend to all - The price was very reasonable and the food was exceptional. The staff were very friendly too. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facility available for the afternoon after skiing
- Joanne (8/5): Happy Skiers, - Friendly, happy staff. Good breakfast, great 4 course dinners. Location handy for ski shop and major Gondola to Avoriaz. Bus stop outside to go to Morzine. Quiet in hotel, but more lively nearby Coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice. A little more lighting in the room would have helped at times
- Marco (10/5): An excellent and pleasant stay, merci beaucoup! - Very close to the cable cars, very nice staff and the lady owner let us keep the room until 5pm when our shuttle was due.
- Nigel (10/5): Exceptional - Aube and her staff friendliness- location and the food !!!all excellent!
- Noelle (10/5): Cannot recommend enough - Great location handy for prodrain lift to avoriaz and for free bus to morzine. Lovely accommodation. Fabulous food. Games in the bar to keep the family entertained. And when one of the family was injured Aube drove him to the medical centre. Outstanding care from all the staff. Nothing
- David (9/5): If you want a hotel where you'll feel at home and the cooking feels home made;choose Hotel Les Lans! - The food was very, very good and the staff are helpful and polite. The hotel is spotlessly clean The owner is extremely helpful and has a lovely way about her. I would have no hesitation in going back to the Hotel Les Lans. Being picky, the bedroom and bathroom could have been a little bigger but it wasn't a problem.
- Gary (9/5): Superb -
- Bryony (8/5): Very good -
- Nicola (9/5): Warm and friendly atmosphere - Location next to Prodains Express was ideal Small room and even smaller when you add in all your ski gear

- Anthony (8/5): Great hotel and superb value for money. Food superb and great location!! - Excellent hotel in a great location. Free bus stops direct outside hotel to take you to Prodains Cable Car and Morzine.
The food is of excellent standard and staff very friendly.
I will be returning in 2025. Nothing.
- Philip (9/5): Excellent - would go back to same hotel is we ski again in Portes du Soleil - Excellent location for Prodains ski lift, and free shuttle buses into Morzine.
Room was relatively basic but well laid out, clean, comfortable and with a great view.
Staff and owner were extremely friendly and helpful.
Nice bar with friendly atmosphere and the food for half-board is nothing short of superb. There's no shop in Les Prodains so if you need any provisions you have to go to Morzine on the bus.
No kettle or drinks making kit in room......we took a travel kettle.
- Kiril (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ross (7/5): Good - The hotel is located in a great location, a few minute walk away from Prodains lift. Facilities are very basic.

- Rory (10/5): Amazing food and fantastic location right next to the Prodains gondola to avoriaz - The four-course dinners were fantastic. Weeks on we're still talking about how good the food was, which was completely unexpected for the price.
Located right next to the Prodains chair lift, its essentially a ski in ski out chalet.
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Kevin (9/5): Superb - Excellent food although some vegetables with main course would be good.
Comfortable rooms, but like all hotels, they are far too hot.
Staff were very friendly. Room was too hot even with the radiator turned off.
