Mas não gostamos de ser deslocados para outro prédio - Não ficamos no hotel, para nossa desagradável surpresa, fomos alocados em um anexo há 200 metros do hotel. Disseram que o hotel estava lotado, apesar de ter feito reserva há 4 meses e pago Gostei da simpatia dos funcionários, Filipe e uma marroquina ( esqueci seu nome) , que fizeram o máximo para amenizar o problema. O café da manhã, a La carte, é sensacional e o restaurante maravilhoso, comida deliciosa.

Breakfast and housekeeping staff are warm, friendly and accommodating. Degustation Restaurant HerR prepared a delicious and special meal. A treat. Well worth experiencing with knowledgeable information about the food and wine. Could use some new towels.

Man erhält super Tipps für einen Stadtrundgang. Das Apartment war kleiner als es auf den Bildern aussah. Auch im Bad war es relativ eng. Im Nebengebäude ist es etwas merkwürdig, die Türen sehen aus wie Tresore und man erwartet die Unterkunft dahinter so nicht.

• Mühling (10/5): - Wir verbrachten ein sehr angenehmes langes Wochenende im Herrnschlösschen. Die zentrale Lage war ideal. Die Anreise bis vor die Tür des Hauses war unproblematisch und die hauseigenen Parkplätze sehr praktisch. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Personal ist ausnehmend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Cengiz, die Seele des Hotels, kümmerte sich außerordentlich freundlich und kompetent um alle Belange und Wünsche. Das Hotel bietet einen abgeschlossenen, ruhigen Garten, der uns einige Stunden der Ruhe finden ließ, inmitten von Buchsbaumhecken und plätscherndem Wasser. Am Abend kann man das ausgedehnte und exzellente Menü im hauseigenen Restaurant genießen - wir werden das warme Feldsalatsüppchen nicht vergessen. Wir möchten uns beim Team des Herrnschlösschens ganz herzlich für ein wunderbares Wochenende bedanken.
• HUANG (7/5): 不会再选这家酒店。 - 厨具全，有抽油烟机，煎炸煮隨你造。 我们订的是一晚265欧的一室公寓，但房间内门是关不起来，卫生间的门是坏的，不能关，㵉浴间一米平方，马桶位置也极窄，床软得让人睡得很不䥾䏜，停车场需由酒店人员带你去停车，隔天开车也要酒店人员陪你去开车门，真不值这价，如果要住这家酒店，建议不要选一居室公萬。

• KAZUKI (9/5): 歴史を感じる心温まるステイ - 本当にフレンドリーで紳士な従業員の方に出迎えてもらった。重い荷物も部屋まで運んでもらえ、対応がよかった。朝食も美味しく、メニューの中から選び放題なのは嬉しかった。 恐らくローテンブルク全体に言えることかもしれないが、部屋に傾斜があった。

Kahvaltısı saat 10.30'a kadar istediğiniz saatte size özel hazırlanıyor. Minibar oda fiyatına dahil olarak hizmetinizde. Her yer tertemiz. Bunları belki başka otellerde de bulabilirsiniz fakat çalışanların ilgisi, özeni anlatılamaz, yaşanır. İnanılmaz bir deneyimdi. Cengiz bey'e (selamlar olsun) ne kadar teşekkür etsek azdır. Otelde değil misafirlikte gibi hissettik. Aracımızın park edilmesinden, gezeceğimiz noktaların önerisine varıncaya kadar ilgilendi. Bir sonraki gideceğimiz şehre varıp varmadığımıza dair bizi aradığında hem çok mutlu olduk, hem de çok şaşırdık açıkçası. Cengiz bey çıtayı öyle yükseltti ki, bundan sonra hiç bir otelde mutlu olamayacağız sanırım. Aynur hanım sizi de unutamayız, nezaketiniz, samimiyetiniz, tertemiz odamız ve harika kahvaltınız için teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelmek için plan yapmaya başladık bile. Defalarca kez teşekkür ederiz. We upgraded on arrival to a suite and it was very much worth it. The staff were great and the suite was very clean. The location was also very good. Nothing, only that I wasn’t there longer.

• Stanley (9/5): The staff was great. The young lady waited for us for a late check in. We didnt arrive until 9:30 but they proactively - The location was perfect to access all the shops and stuff. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Not having an elevator was something I don’t run into often. Especially with the wife large suitcase. All the rooms used a physical key, which is charming, but just different, especially since the key lets you out the front door. I went out early in the AM to take some pics. It’s a good thing i didnt lock our room door, or my wife would’ve been locked in. So ask for 2 keys.

• Kurt (10/5): Ich werde Rothenburg wieder besuchen und dann in diesem Haus wohnen, dann länger als diesmal - Das Hotel liegt hervorragend zur Erkundigung der Stadt. Die Zimmer, ich habe auch das meiner Freunde gesehen, waren absolut top in die alten Gemäuer integriert. Das Problem der Parkplatzsuche wird durch das Valet Parking sehr gut gelöst. Was den Empfang und den Service im Ganzen angeht, ich habe noch sehr selten so freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter eines Hotels erlebt. Ich war geschäftlich weltweit unterwegs, der Service in diesem Haus hat mich echt überrascht. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen

• Chompunut (5/5): - This is not properly hotel. There was no reception if you come late at night. (I arrived there around 8 pm) The one who takes care of me is waiter who run restaurant at first floor. But he is great by the way. I booked extra bed but they didn't prepare so the waiter come to help even he super busy downstairs. By accidentally, my husband offer to help him and end up with bleeding fingers. The room was so cold at 1st night so I have to ask for portable heater on 2nd and 3rd night. The smell from the kitchen at 1st floor is all over the place, even at my front door. Moreover, they've never replied message at booking.com. So I had to find their email to mail directly and asked for extra bed. I wasn't happy all 3 nights that I stayed.

• Joaquim (6/5): O hotel não entrega o que promete. - Da localização, da cama e do tamanho do quarto. Internet não funciona, não tem elevador, depende de um funcionário faz tudo, aliás, excelente. Faz check in e check out, carrega as malas(meus filhos carregaram também para o 3o. Andar), garçon no café da manhã. Enfim, sem ele o hotel não sobrevive. O restaurante estava fechado. Não tinha nenhuma opção para uma água ou snacks no hotel. Depois de cero horário não fica ninguém na recepção. O hotel precisa dar essas informações para o hóspede optar por aceita ou não.

The request for additional coffee pods on Christmas Day at around 7pm as we wanted to enjoy a coffee in our room were only delivered to our door long after we had gone to bed. This we felt was not great after receiving such great attention on arrival on 24th December.
• MANUEL (10/5): EXCELLENT!!!!! - We stay for new years from the 29 to the 4th of January 2026, the hotel amazing, the room wonderful, location excellent a few steps from every point of interest. but the best part of our stay was two things: the food and the amazing service of all the people that work at the hotel. Phillip from the restaurant excellent service and attention. the chef Sasha amazing food. But really who makes the difference is Jenges from the Hotel, his kind personality and the help and attention he brings to the customers is amazing we were really happy and make our stay more pleasant and easy. thanks Jengens for all you're help and attention given to my family. thanks for make a difference in our trip. BETTER WIFI.

• Chew (9/5): Large Annexe apartment but beware tiny toilet - We stayed in the Annex studio for 3 nights. We arrived later due to a train delay and we were worried that the reception would close at 8pm. Fortunately the staff replied to my urgent emails and assured me he would be around (I later found out he was also the restaurant server!) The room is located 2mins walk from the hotel, on the ground floor of a residential building. It is modern, secure and HUGE! Breakfast is ala carte buffet style and was excellent. Fresh smoothies were a plus! The only downside is the shower, which is TINY, about 1meter on each side. I would consider myself a slim person but I still bumped my elbows against the walls. Due to the small size, there is no dish for toiletries, which I had to put on the very small edges on the floor. However, I think that the main hotel rooms would not have this problem, which is unique only to the studio apartment in the Annex.

He was a check-in guy, he was the valet, he was our waiter. He’s what made everything better. We paid for two premium rooms. One room was beautiful and very nice. The other room was not worth $450 per night! The carpet had stains all over the carpet. It was disgusting. Also, the hotel needs to have some maintenance.

We had a christmas tree in the room, it was such a nice gesture.. everything very clean, comfortable and of high quality. We loved the LEDs in the ceiling that looked like stars. Very comfortable furniture. Very good and tasty breakfast. The dinner in the hotel’s restaurant was beyond our expectations, it was a gastronomical experience we will never forget. Surprised they don’t have a Michelin star, they absolutely deserve it. No promised slippers and not enough coffee capsules, not enough glasses, only one spoon.

• Christiane (6/5): Ganz nett ,aber ich würde es nicht mehr buchen .Einfach zu teuer . - Sauberkeit und Lage Das Appartement hatte eine gute Lage . Ganz alte Fenster die nicht richtig dicht waren. Bei der Eingangstor zum Appartement dachte ich wir gehen in einen Heizungskeller. Das Bad war sehr klein und die Dusche war so klein das man sich kaum umdrehen konnte beim duschen . Die Treppe zum Bad sehr hoch . Für ältere Leute kaum zu stemmen. Ich fand das Apartment zu teuer .

• Jennifer (10/5): Haven't in the middle of town. - Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, great location, comfortable bed, fantastic service. Not a problem for me, but travelers with mobility issues should know the bathroom in the annex apartment has a large (about 1 ft) step down to enter and a very small shower.
• Arndt (9/5): Gerne wieder, war traumhaft. - Service top, Frühstück top, Lage top, sehr komfortabel, Preise fair: Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Gastgeber Filip. Zum Ausladen kann man kurz vor dem Hotel halten. Das Fahrzeug hat Filip dann für uns auf einen abgeschlossenen Privatparkplatz 500 m entfernt vom Hotel geparkt. Wenn man es braucht, kurz bescheid sagen, dann wird es wieder geholt. Die Zimmer sind urig-gemütlich. Der Eichenträger im Restaurant hat die Gravuren "1558" und "ad 730". Entsprechend knarzt es allenthalben etwas, die Zimmer sind aber trotzdem ausgesprochen gut schallgedämmt. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Handtücher und Bettwäsche duften angenehm frisch, die Dusche hat eine ordentliche Strahlstärke, unendlich warmes Wasser, sehr guten und sauberen Abfluss - da all das in vielen Hotels nicht der Fall ist, halte ich es für absolut erwähnenswert. Das Frühstück ist a la Carte, der Service aber sehr flott und es schmeckt hervorragend. Insgesamt auf diese Art viel ruhiger und angenehmer als eine "Schlacht" am Buffet. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, man ist sofort am Rathausplatz, in all den Museen, oder auf dem Christkindlesmarkt ... die historische Altstadt liegt einem im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes zu Füßen - das Auto haben wir kein einziges Mal während des Aufenthalts gebraucht. Es war ein herrliches Wochenende im Herrnschlösschen und in Rothenburg.

• Cheri (10/5): This was one of our most enjoyable stays in Europe and Cengis put it over the top! - Cengis is an absolute gem of a person! He is the star of the show here. So helpful from check in to check out. He’s personable and so incredibly helpful. The property itself is a wonderfully maintained property that we so enjoyed. The WiFi was a little slow but by the end of the day so was I. So no big issue.

• Kathryn (10/5): Perfect location and setting for any visit to Rothenburg - The best location for a Rothenburg stay. Beautiful property in the heart of the most idyllic town. So quiet and peaceful in the evening. Friendly helpful staff who have excellent recommendations and park your car for you during your stay. Definitely go on the Night Watch tour
• Michael (10/5): - Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir waren wegen dem Weihnachtsmarkt in Rothenburg. Die Lage des Hotel war hierzu einfach perfekt. Das Hotel mit seinen 8 Zimmern war einfach grandios und Frühstück a la Carte hatten wir noch nie, einfach genial. Es war sogar über Nacht der hl. Nikolaus im Hotel und hat an jeder Zimmertür einen gefüllten Stiefel hinterlassen - sehr tolle Geste der Gastgeber! In zwei Tagen haben wir vom Hotelteam nur "Dschingis" kennenlernen dürfen. Der Mann macht einfach alles im Hotel (Rezeptionist, Concierge, Parkservice, Kellner, Hausmeister uvm.) und dann immer noch zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit und für ein Späßchen zum haben. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast wohl und jederzeit willkommen. Vielen Dank Dschingis..........wir kommen nächste Jahr wieder! VG aus dem Oberallgäu

• Philipp (9/5): - Von der Lage her sicher eines der besten Hotels in Rothenburg (ruhig aber sehr zentral gelegen). Das Frühstück war sehr gut, der Service überaus freundliche. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
• Erwin (1/5): Geht gar nicht! - Nichts Bei Ankunft niemand vor Ort. Alles stand offen. Nach einer halben Stunde kam dann jemand und erzählte mir, dass in unserem gebuchten Zimmer der Abfluss verstopft sei. Gäste, die nach uns reingekommen sind, bekamen aber ihre Zimmer.

Excellent location for Christmas market. Very little not to not like. But if able to improve the ventilation in bathrooms that would make it perfect.
• Renate (10/5): ---- Leider waren wir nur für eine Übernachtung in diesem wunderschönen Hotel ---- - Vom ersten Moment an gab Cengiz, die gute Seele des Hauses, uns das Gefühl jeden Wunsch von unseren Augen abzulesen und auch zu erfüllen ! Der Service war also ausserordentlich prima (sogar ein Spezialwunsch wurde erfüllt). Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und wohlschmeckend. Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wenn überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln wäre, dann der etwas zu kühle Frühstücksraum.

De aproximativ 15 ani, am mers frecvent la acest hotel - doar la acest hotel in orasul Rothenburg - insa niciodata nu am fost tratat in acest fel. Desi am facut rezervarea pentru o camera cu mult timp inainte, in seara in care am ajuns la hotel mi s-a spus ca nu imi pot da camera pt ca au avut o problema cu baia. Desi problema era cunoscuta cu cateva zile inainte nu am fost anuntat. In schimb au facut o rezervare in numele meu la un alt hotel. Desi eu nu voiam sa merg acolo, am fost "obigat" sa accept aceasta rezolvare pt ca afara erau temperaturi negative, era intuneric si nu mai am gasit disponibilitati la alte hoteluri. Desi hotelul ales de ei este mai jos cotat, si cu preturi afisate mai mici (aproximativ la jumatate) si pe site-ul propriu si pe Booking.com, nu mi-a fost platita diferenta desi am solicitat acest lucru. Mai mult, personalul se prefacea ca nu cunoaste limba engleza cand am solicitat explicatii. Am platit un pret pentru o camera si am primit o camera la un alt hotel, cu un pret mult mai mic. Am solicitat explicatii si plata diferentei de pret insa nu am primit niciun raspuns. managementul este de o f proasta calitate daca asa stie sa isi trateze clientii. Consider ca am fost victima unei inselatorii si o sa apelez la toate variantele legale pentru a aduce in atentia autoritatilor (germane si europene) acest eveniment.
• Elke (10/5): Ein besonderes Hotel in bester Lage! - Dieses kleine Hotel mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre liegt hervorragend zentral und dennoch war es sehr ruhig. Wir hatten ein schönes gemütliches Zimmer in dem wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. Einzig der Teppichboden hat uns etwas gestört. Ein schöner Holzfussboden wäre angenehmer gewesen. Die Einrichtung vom Hotel war insgesamt sehr geschmackvoll. Das Frühstück a la carte war fantastisch. Es lies keine Wünsche offen. Parken konnten wir nach Reservierung hinterm Haus, besser geht es nicht. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Besonders Herr Cengiz ist hier zu erwähnen. Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns diesen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht haben! Der Teppichboden im Zimmer.
