• Nazaret (8/5): Calidad precio - El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, no faltaba nada y nos dejaron para hacernos unos desayunos. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada incluso con una máquina de café y cápsulas. Camas muy cómodas. Baño estupendo y había calefacción.A pocos metros de una parada de metro y por la noche la zona era muy tranquila y no daba sensación de miedo. Ivan un excelente anfitrión,nos permitió dejar las maletas en el alojamiento hasta la hora de irnos para el aeropuerto. Si tengo que decir algo es que la habitación es un poco pequeña para 3 personas, ya que una de ellas era un niño de 3 años y llevábamos carro, el cual nos dificultaba la movilidad en la habitación

• Anita (9/5): - Lokalizacja apartamentu bardzo dobra, kilka minut do stacji metra Cipro lub autobusów. Do Watykanu kilkanaście minut piechotą. Świetny kontakt z opiekunem obiektu. Wygodne łóżka i ciepło, WiFi. Wyposażenie przemyślane - czajnik, kubki, filiżanki i lodówka w pokoju oraz reszta rzeczy tj. Talerze, sztućce, ekspres do kawy, itp. w kuchni. Kawa, herbata, cukier dostępne. Miłym akcentem było że czekał na nas drobny zestaw śniadaniowy, a w lodówce: woda, napoje i mleko.

• Gündoğan (3/5): Disappointed - We appreciated the practical amenities: a Nespresso machine, stove, microwave, and kitchenware in the common area. Plus a refrigerator in our private room. The location is a big plus—set away from the city’s tourist hustle, it was calm. We are often tired from walking much during the day, so being away from the city noise is important. I believe everything should be checked before check-in. Unfortunately we found several annoying issues that affected our stay. The shower drain was clogged and water drained so slowly that it pooled on the floor in the shower cabin—we had to watch it constantly to prevent overflow. The air-conditioning appears to be a compact, all-in-one indoor unit; when running, it’s very loud and woke us several times during the night for two day(after other visitor came to other room), (except last day). Related person told us they couldn’t switch it off. If this is the case, then you shouldn't have an air conditioner. Or please consider other alternatives like a quieter solution or clearly note this in the listing. The “double” bed is two single beds pushed together, and they gradually slide apart during the night, leaving a gap and reducing sleep quality. The last time I saw this type of bed was in Macedonia, where we stayed for two nights. I never imagined I'd see it in Italy. Even they somehow managed to secure the beds so they wouldn't slide. Simple straps or a mattress bridge would fix this. Smaller points: the TV is quite small, there is no bidet (only a toilet) I could managed it. The shower cabin is very tight, however I could also managed but it is not good for girthy people. I’m sharing this so the host can address these items and future guests can set expectations.

La habitación me la iban a entregar un poco antes del horario del check in por una necesidad personal y lamentablemente me la entregaron una hora despues del check in por problemas con el personal.

• Lenka (7/5): - - komunikace s majitelem - čistota zařízení - vybavení kuchyňky - vlastná lednice v pokoji - malá drobnost ns uvítanou - z popisu pokoje nebylo při objednalvsní zjevné, že má sfilkenou kuchyňku mezi dvěma pokojema, navyše se zvuk mezi pokojema dosť přenášel a dveře netěsnili - zima na pokoji - okna strašne profukovala a neumím si představiť tedy pobyt v zimních měsících - závada na klimatizaci - pravděpodobně vzájomně propojené zařízení mezi pokojema, takže se nám dost často pouštela a nešla vypnout, nakonec se napm ji podařilo pouze ztlumit
• Eva (3/5): Algo de despreocupación por parte del dueño - Ubicación bastante buena,limpio,el chico amable ,no podíamos llegar a hacer el checking porque retrasó nuestro vuelo muchísimo y no puso pegas,teníamos agua,café para hacer en la cocina común,u unas tostadas e infusiónes el primero dia No me gustó,que mi cama al ser supletoria se ladraba el colchón,la habitación no se hizo camas ni el lavabo que quedó atascado lo tuve que sacar con un cuchillo,me quedé sin batería en el móvil y no podía abrir la puerta con el código que estaba en el móvil llamé al teléfono que ponía en el cartel y me contestaron al día siguiente ,otra cosa que tenía nada que ver,lo que no sé cómo nadie vino a ver qué pasaba,ni me llamó,sino hubiera sido por una chica vecina que me ayudó a cargar el móvil no puedo entrar al cuarto,pero a todos los hoteles,hostales,etc siempre han venido a hacer el cuarto eso me defraudó bastante ya que aún teniendo la habitación pagada toda la noche solo pudimos dormir 4 h.. pero eso tampoco es culpa de dueño...por lo demás el chico fue simpático

The property was fantastic helping us store our items before check in and after check out. The property is in a good location. There wasn't a washer/dryer as pictured which I had planned on using.

All excellent The online registration process that the property required for checkin is very strange. It asks you to upload a photo of your face with your passport which is so strange and looks so suspicious. Please change this is very uncommon

• Juliet (9/5): Perfect place for a city holiday. - Excellent location and very well equipped. Quite small but no issue when you are spending the whole day out and about in Rome.

• Angela (8/5): Good. The host needs to renovate the bathroom. - The location is good. It’s close to the metro station Cipro. The host is very nice and the service is very good. The apartment provided the simple breakfast, but the last day they didn’t offer it. Anyway, we would like to have the breakfast at the bar! The bathroom is not satisfied. The toilet can move when you sit there. The basin is almost plugged. The water went down very slowly. I found the lipstick’s shadow on the cup when I wanted to use it. Then I was worried about the cleanliness of all the cups and we didn’t use that at all. I tried to use the cooktop. But it seems it’s not function. The last thing was that we found the roommates when we back from outside. We didn’t know about it and we left the door opened. The sound insulation is not good. We can hear the baby cried always. The tax is quite expensive, 7 euro/person.

• Shaoyu (6/5): Pleasant - 交通位置方便、離超市很近 1. The bathroom water is very small, and there is often no hot water. 2. We stayed in this house from 9/10 to 9/12. Unfortunately, we encountered another tenant who was extremely sensitive to sound. He knocked hard on the door in the middle of the night for two nights to wake us up and request us to turn off the air conditioner. He said we turn on the AC will affect his sleep. We kindly turned it off, but it made us TOO hot to sleep well both nights. Please!! Sensitive people are asked to prepare their own earplugs or book a room in a dedicated space so as not to affect the rights of other travelers.
• Morayo (9/5): Superb - It was great. The first morning, there was an issue with the shower draining, but the contact fixed it within a couple of hours. The decor was nice and modern and placed excellently near anything you would need.
• Egle (8/5): Nice room for a short stay - I liked the style and design of the apartment. Really felt like in Italy. Very clean! AC was rather silent and well-functioning. Very close to the tube station. Too much stress on leaving on time. If late a bit, the door does not open as opening is controlled by technology. There were homless in the area. Some of them just ignored the toilets being close and made their toilet need just in front of you. It was disgusting. The area was a bit dirty. In the description it was not clear that we had to share the kitchen with other flat-mates. Neither us nor they had realized before that the kitchen would be shared. And finally some words should be said about the registration. I felt like being treated as the potential criminal as we had to disclose much of the personal information, take pictures of our IDs and ourselves with the IDs in our hands. I was not sure how and where this information was going to be used and I am still not very sure. I faced this procedure for the first time and I did not feel good about it. But perhaps some bad incidents resulted for this procedure to emerge and I am trying to understand this.
• Huadi (8/5): Very good - We didn't pay attention to the door password information sent by the booking, which was our mistake, resulting in waiting at the door for more than an hour, but my friend was very excited as soon as he came in and said he liked it here. Because it's sunny and bright. There is a shared kitchen so we can cook some delicious food, and the Vatican museums are a 10-minute walk away. If only there was a special place to dry clothes!

Would recommend for a quiet time in the city to hide from the bustle! - Amazing location and place - right at the back of the Vatican, a few train stops to Rome. The guest house was gorgeous, amenities were comfortable, and so well set up - for a minute, I wondered if I could live there! Stayed only 2 days after a hectic week - felt like I was in a private little place and was well refreshed. Close to the mainroad, but minimal noise and lots of privacy screens. Staff were lovely and very communicative via Whatsapp for electronic door coding. Location is great and very close to Metro. Managed to do some Teams meetings for work using the WiFi which was a bonus! Disappointed I didn't stay longer Loved everything - nothing to comment on. 10/10 would stay again (in fact I tried to book for my last 2 days back, but booked out!).
• Levent (9/5): Cosy and comfy stay in Rome. - Compact room nicely decorated. Has a separate well equipped kitchen which is shared with another room. There was a coffee machine, microwave and an electric hob. The flat is in a quiet area but short walking distance to the metro station. Would highly recommend the use of the metro for getting into other parts of the city for very little cost. Vatican is within walking distance. The shower cabin is a bit on the small side but plenty hot water.

• Mary (10/5): I highly recommend this place! - The place was clean and lovely! The kitchen and bathroom had all the essentials was well. The check in process was easy too! The location is also nice since it is near several food spots that we enjoyed. The grocery and subway station are also very close. Even though we shared a common kitchen with another room, we still felt very safe and there is still ample privacy. Ivan was also very understanding and replies very fast with our questions and inquiries.

• Petr (10/5): Exceptional - Nice accommodation in Rome, close to the metro, shops, cafes. Direct metro line from Roma Termini station. The Vatican is nearby and you can walk from the Vatican to the Castle of Angels, then to the Fountain de Trevi. Inside the guest house it is very cozy and has everything you need, you feel cared for, a coffee machine, coffee capsules, milk and juice in the refrigerator. The manager responds very quickly and is very friendly.

All procedure for booking, registering, paying accessing and leasing the room are done through an application that is also asking sensitive personal data including face and ID pictures. I did not like it. Room is very tiny and noisy. The air-condition is old and noisy. In hot summer nights one cannot sleep comfortably

• Jewel (10/5): much better than expected and we will return! - clean, had fridge and shared kitchen, provided coffee pods for morning espresso, very helpful for storing luggage when we arrived early before check in And again after check out time. all was good. A microwave could be helpful when we had leftovers, but they did provide a pan, dishes, silverware and a stovetop. Absolutely no complaints!
• Francis (10/5): Best B&B so far - I have now stayed in several places in Rome and most are disappointing. Sivory Guesthouse was the exception. It is pure class. Bright, colourful, lovely touches, the host here is obviously very proud of their apartment and their business and really cares. Next time I come back for the Rome Open I'm coming straight back here. Noisy guest in other room but that's not something the host can control.

• Goran (9/5): Great place to stay in the city. Very close to the best parts of town. - Small two-unit apartment, with en suite bathroom and shared kitchen. Ground floor. Really nice owner that met us in front. Notify the owner 15 min in advance. Complimentary small breakfast snacks and towels available. Noise isolation is just a bit weaker. Could use an extra outlet in the room and toiletries (shower gel, slippers).

Мы не сорбн о времени приезда ,а телефон хозяина изменился, поэтому пришлось подождать пока подойдёт человек и отдаст нам ключи. Все понравилось, кроме отсутствия wifi. По какой-то технической причине его не было. Но, а целом , мы довольны всем остальным

• valentina (10/5): - Purtroppo per un problema alla camera che avevo prenotato non ho potuto soggiornare presso il sivory, per cui il mio commento più che sulla struttura è sul gestore, che si è dimostrato essere una persona gentilissima e attentissimo alle nostre richieste. Questo mi basta per consigliare il posto, dove sicuramente andrò alla prossima occasione!
