• Bree (4/5): Although the apartment was very nice, it definitely needs some maintenance and if I was to return to Madrid I would stay - The beds and pillows were comfortable and it was nicely decorated inside, it we had keys to get in, which is a plus in Europe. We barely slept the entire time we were there (4 nights) due to noise that went all night, we were there during the week and there were people, drinking outside all night every night. Our cab driver said it's like that all the time in this area. The apartment was really cold, the heating took hours to warm up and you had to have the same temperature in every room for them to work and the quilt was very light with no extra blankets. We also couldn't get hot water for our shower one day. The internet didn't work on arrival - which the host sorted out relatively quickly, and there were no house instructions. The coffee machine also wasn't working which was disappointing, and the shutters in one room weren't working completely so it let a lot of light in. I was sleeping with an eye mask and earplugs every night and still didn't sleep well, for what we paid I would expect it to be much better.

• Peter (9/5): - Sehr schöne Wohnung im obersten Stock mit Terrasse für die Entspannung. Braucht aber Kondition um sie zu erreichen, da das Gebäude keinen Lift hat. Tolle Lage alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Obwohl mitten im Zentrum sehr ruhig. Würde wir sofort wieder buchen. Kleines Detail. Die Kissen für die Liegestühle im Aussenbereich sind nicht mehr sehr schön und müssten ausgewechselt werden.

Bij het boeken werd er aangeven dat er een balkon aanwezig was, er zit alleen een groot raam voor waardoor je er niet bij kon. Ook was er een foto van een buitenruimte te zien maar deze was voor ons niet vindbaar en toegankelijk. Mogelijk zit deze alleen bij het panthouse.

Es un departamento amplio, nos hospedamos en un dos ambientes que contaba con dos baños completos. Cero ruidos, tenía ventana al contrafrente, ideal para descansar. De cortesía hay cápsulas de cafe.

• Anzh_designer (5/5): Not comfortable - The location is amazing! We basically walked to all destinations we planned to visit. The bathroom is 10/10, big shower, everything working smoothly, and I really appreciate that they left 4 rolls of toilet paper just in case, we didn't need this much, but it's a nice thing that this detail was covered. The kitchen has all we need and sparked a conversation about our next kitchen. It was easy to check in and find the apartment. But there's a big but. The bed was incredibly unstable; I believe it's not because of the mattress but because of the base of the bed. So at the end we used a bed and a sofa and slept separately, because on every little move the bed shook. Half of the lighting in the bedroom was out of service (the bra and the table lamp in the photo), and for such a dark room, it's a shame. The lighting under the kitchen table was blimming, so we had to eat in the dark. For an apartment that had no direct daylight, the lighting is crucial, so I think 6 is a generous rate for this stay. The kitchen had all the supplies, but was badly built, so it was almost impossible to close the kitchen facade, so it would be in line. The pans had damaged coatings. The sofa is also not comfortable to sleep. This apartment stood out to me as luxurious, but in reality, even basic things are not there (a good bed so I can sleep with my husband and light so I can see what I eat).

• Ahmed (10/5): The flats were excellent but entering caused a lot of problems especially that I was with my family - Clean and close to the GrandVia We arrived late because of the flight delay, we face a problem to enter the flats for the reason that we did not receive the entry instructions, I recommend to send the entry instructions through many communication channels not only email for example what’s up. In fact we solve that problem by calling booking.com help desk.

• Alexandre (7/5): - Localização muito boa para conhecer os pontos turísticos a uma curta distância caminhando. Fomos recebidos pela Inez com muita simpatia. O apartamento falta utensílios domésticos. Infelizmente tivemos o azar dos hóspedes anteriores terem fumado. Ficamos durante toda a estadia com cheiro desagradável de cigarro (maconha) dentro do apartamento.
• De la rosa (8/5): Comodidad y buena ubicación - Comodidad del departamento y ubicación a dos cuadras de la gran vía De noche demasiado ruido en la calle por ser zona de Bares y reunión de jóvenes. No nos gustó del todo el tema comunicación de la anfitriona con nosotros ,no fue para nada clara en cuanto al tema de la fianza que había que pagar en caso de cosas rotas o dañadas en el dpto.Eso nos género malestar porque entendimos otra cosa por no haberlo explicado bien

• Neff (9/5): - Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet, mit voller Küchenausstattung, Tüchern, Regenschirm, alles was man brauchen könnte. Zudem war es sehr sauber und die Lage war perfekt!! - weniger als 5 Gehminuten zu Gran Via. Auch gibt es um das Apartment viele Möglichkeiten zu Frühstücken und zu Essen, falls man auswärts essen möchte. Auch die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Deshalb würden wir diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen. -

• MICHAL (5/5): - מיקום מעולה דירה קטנטונת עם מרפסות עמידה נוטות ליפול, לא מתאימה לשני זוגות, אין פרטיות למרות שיש שני חדרי שינה. תקשורת עם המקום לפני שהגענו היתה נהדרת, לאחר שהגענו, לקח לנו יומיים להשיג את הסיסמא לאינטרנט במקום שישלחו אותה כבר עם פרטי הצ׳ק אין. הדירה בקומה שניה וחצי ללא מעלית!!! כ-45 מדרגות גבוהות, אף אחד לא המתין על מנת לעזור לנו עם המזוודות, למרות שציינו מתי מגיעות, לא הגיעו לנקות אפילו פעם אחת במשך 5 ימים, מגבות החליפו רק לאחר שביקשנו, לא היתה גמישות בצ'ק אאוט מאוחר, גם לא בתשלום

• Ana (1/5): Como estropear un viaje familiar. - Lo único la ubicación y el baño Pagamos por un alojamiento con 2 baños y nos ubicaron en uno que solo tenía 1 baño y la habitación era más pequeña que la que se reservó. Paredes de papel por las que entraba todo el ruido de habitaciones vecinas de fiesta hasta las 3 dela noche. Sofá cama del salón super incómodo y la atención cuando llamamos para reclamar lo que habíamos pagado fue pésima. Solo le echaron la culpa a Booking y nos dijeron llamarnos directamente a Booking para que nos cambiarán a un alojamiento similar al pagado. Nefasto.
• Ana (9/5): - Location, setup, cleanliness. Very recommended. The electricity for airco/heater sometimes turns itself off. It is a minor inconvenience. Also 4 people can't shower one after another. The hot water is enough for 2, max 3 people at the time. Then the boiler needs time to heat up the water. That is pretty inconvenient.

• afsaneh (9/5): Overall good experience. - Good central location with easy access and very clean. Separate heat unit for bedroom and living room. Responsive staff, easy checkin checkout process. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. A darker apartment and less modern than the pictures. No elevators but luckily we were on the first floor. And there was a sewage smell that would come and go in the bathroom so had to leave the fan on most of the time.
