- Sendilnath (5/5): Average - Bus stand is closer and property was maintained well Pillows are fat and big i got a neck pain , and beds very hard , sleep comfort is very poor , room size small for 2 kids and 2 adults , extra bed they had charged 100$ ,cost of the room which i thought was a day light robbery , I feel they should I really charge 15 to 20 $ which all the hotel charges

- marthese (8/5): Great Location - Great experience at Metropolitan YMCA Singapore. Friendly, attentive staff and clean, well-maintained facilities. The welcoming atmosphere and strong sense of community really stand out. Breakfast was very nice. Close to MRT Station- Highly recommend!👍 Window would of been better

- Bill & Heidi (5/5): Functional - The location was easy to get to and the surrounding area was good for visiting the Botanical Gardens. The beds were firm. The rooms were not that clean, and the sinks drained into the bathroom and produced a rather unpleasant smell. It was quite odd. The mini fridge was too small to hold much of anything. The WiFi was awful, but it's possible they are going to be upgrading it soon

- louise batty (6/5): 4 day economical stay - Location was great 300m from Underground, 100m to bus stop. We were not informed the cafeteria was under renovation, we were tired after a long haul and had to go looking for food. The staff had no real clue as to tourist information except go the the underground. No brochure about what to see, what to do, that was sad. They were very polite however local knowledge was missing.

- Mahendran (9/5): Comfortable stay with friendly & responsive staff - The staff were friendly & responsive. Rooms were clean. Room facilities were minimally adequate. There weren’t any nearby convenience stores or food courts. Rooms didn’t come with breakfast.

- Michael (8/5): Reasonably priced hotel in a reasonable location. - The price is quite reasonable in expensive Singapore. The hotel and the rooms are newly renovated. Location is about 5-8 minutes walk to Stevens MRT No eateries or supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. But can walk about 10-15 minutes past Stevens MRT to Alocassia building which has a supermarket and McDonalds. We stayed for 1 month, and cleaning is once every 3 days. We were ok with the frequency, as we don’t need daily cleaning. However, the cleaning was done superficially. Often, they just changed the bedsheet and towels only. I don’t think they do any vacuum or mopping

The bed is not so comfortable and the water dispenser is outside along the corridor. The noise along the corridor can be a little annoying at times even though it's for a short while.

No bins were taken out during our stay. Wifi is bad, management and staff are quiet rude and not friendly. Wouldn't stay here again, do not recommend.

- Janusz (2/5): - There us no WiFi connection at all!!! It is theoretically but you cannot use it. Signal is very weak, you cannot even browse pages not to mention to open attachments or watch a video. Pillow was very hard a bed the same, cannot sleep at night.

- cheung (7/5): Confortable. - Hôtel propre et tranquille. Le personnel est serviable et accueil 24h/24. L’hôtel est relativement récent. L’hôtel dispose d’une piscine ext. Dommage qu’il soit une peu excentré au centre. Dommage que le resto est en travaux pendant le séjour. Il y a pas d’endroits ou resto ou café pour prendre le petit dej aux alentours.

- Richard (8/5): Family and friends vacation - I found that the rooms were a wonderful and comfortable size. The MRT was only a stones throw away. It made it very convenient to travel around Singapore. I loved the fact that is was on a very quiet area of Singapore. The staff were happy to help and remained friendly throughout our stay. I hope that soon they will have the dining facilities available, it would be great to have breakfast before a day of exploration. We were fortunate to have a friend who brought us breakfast. It would also be great for a dinner option.

Problème sans doute dû à la rénovation des cuisine et salle de restaurant. Par contre, il faudrait signaler ce manque sur booking.com pour en être informé avant d'arriver !
