- Milda (7/5): It was ok. Would stay again if similar occasion occurred. - Location, size of the room. Couldn’t regulate air conditioning. Could hear other guests through the walls, especially at night. Noise from the street. Breakfast was quite poor - first day no warm food was served. Receptionist didn’t speak english.

- Irfan (8/5): The hotel was nice and clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were nice. - This is Ahmed from oman. Alhamdulllah hotel was good. Breakfast was fine. .Good location. The hotel is neat and clean. I have only one complaint. When I booked the hotel, I negotiated with the staff that they would be responsible for the airport pick-up and drop-off. They said $30 one-way and $50 two-way. I was happy with that. But when it was time for us to return, they demanded another $50. Which was wrong because we had already made a deal. If we had arranged a Bolt or a normal taxi, it would have cost $15 to $20. Such small schemes keep happening. You should arrange your matters properly and make a booking. My advice is that you take a Bolt from the airport and go to the hotel.Finally, we were forced to pay another 30 Azerbaijani for taxi

- Ahsan (6/5): - The rooms are large and spacious with great closet space The breakfast was below average. also one of the room(we had 2) the washroom started stinking and the staff just sprayed it but it didn't stop
- Nadia (10/5): Perfect stay, lovely staff, huge rooms - This is a lovely hotel with wonderful staff who go out of their way to make you comfortable. The rooms are bigger than expected and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. I’d highly recommend staying here. I enjoyed the rooftop bar area, it’s nice and quiet and I had the pleasure of using this space to work.

- Nadia (8/5): Great value for money - I would like to thank the 2 gentlemen who work at reception. They are wonderful and assisted me throughout my stay. I checked out early this morning and they called a taxi for me. The hotel is great value for money and it was nice to have breakfast on the rooftop. I booked a budget room which was bigger than I expected and this was comfortable for me.

- M (9/5): - Mooie ruime kamer en badkamer. Zag er netjes uit. Vlakbij vliegveld en Heydar Aliyev museum. Wel een drukke straat voor het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. We kregen water op de kamer en als het op was kon he een nieuw flesje vragen. Goede service. Ontbijt was goed. Gratis WiFi Een persoon sprak Engels, de rest van het personeel die wij hadden gezien niet. Dat was lastig in de communicatie als je wat vragen hebt. Wellicht zouden ze een informatiemap kunnen maken met daarbij uitleg in verschillende talen. Het ontbijt was prima maar mag iets gevarieerder.

Номера были чистыми и удобными, условия проживания на отличном уровне. Особенно хочу отметить ресторан: вкусные блюда, хороший выбор и приятная атмосфера. Персонал просто замечательный вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь Замечаний нет, всё понравилось.

- Iuliia (10/5): Нас встретили на улице, подтвердили что мы прибыли верно, т.к. было расхождение адреса в google map и карте yango. Помог - Приятный персонал, большой хороший номер с удобными кроватями и подушками! Завтрак в отеле, возможность взять завтрак в номер. Не хватило вешалки на входе в номер, пришлось навешать куртки на стулья. Но это скорее мелочь…

J’ai tout apprécié sauf le bruit des voisins. Ils faisaient beaucoup de bruit entre 1h et 4h du matin! C’était insupportable, j’entendais tout et j’arrivais pas à dormir.

- abotalal (10/5): راحة نفسية وهدوء وبعيد عن الإزعاج - من افضل الفنادق في باكو من جميع النواحي وخاصة فيه موظفين مميزين الاول بدون منازع تلقاه في الاستقبال وبالمطعم ومبتسم دايم وخدوم لجميع ضيوف الفندق هو Nurlan. ايضاً Aziza وايضاً Laila لا شيء كل شي فيه مميز
