• René (9/5): Magnifique hôtel de séjour pour visiter la région. - très bel hôtel sous forme de petites maison au style local. 2 très belles piscines dans le complexe principal. Il existe des appartements dans la rue en face de l'hôtel ( avec une piscine à débordement avec superbe vue sur le village de Monsaraz) parking gratuit a l'intérieur du complexe hôtelier. petit déjeuné correct, mais le buffet devrait être libre de service pour les clients.(pourquoi autant de personnes pour servir au buffet ?) restaurant minimal à l'hôtel, mais il y a 2 très bon restaurant dans le village à 5 mn a pieds !

• Jenifer (10/5): Maravilhoso, para repetir! - O alojamento fica situado numa zona muito calma perto de Mourão, o Castelo de Monsaraz e Reguengos de Monsaraz. Os quartos são incríveis, camas muito confortáveis e AC muito silencioso. O recepcionista foi muito simpático ao recomendar locais para comer e visitar. Foi perfeito para descansar, de noite um silêncio magnífico. Pequeno almoço buffet com o básico mas muito saboroso, é servido pelas funcionárias que também são muito simpáticas. O alojamento foi maravilhoso. Apenas uma recomendação: talvez pudessem apostar numa ideia de “snack-bar” (sandes rápidas, ovos, hambúrgueres) visto que não existem mercearias na aldeia e por vezes não queremos ir aos restaurantes locais. Ou então, por questão de recursos humanos, poderiam ter uma vending machine na sala de estar para que pudéssemos tirar alguma coisa de alimentação.

Breakfast buffet provided a variety of cold meats, cheeses, fruit, cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon, as well as juices and hot drinks. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Só não gostei muito do pequeno almoço ser servido pelas funcionárias. Talvez por habitação, prefiro ser eu a me servir. Mas a simpatia das funcionárias ultrapassou largamente esse pequeno incómodo.

• Ana (9/5): Magnífico sítio, a repetir! - O ponto alto é sem dúvida a simpatia dos funcionários! Sempre extremamente prestáveis e acolhedores. A localização em Monsaraz é ideal, com uma paisagem magnífica, a edificação, tipicamente alentejana, muito bonita, a decoração rústica, e as zonas comuns bem arranjadas, agradáveis. O pequeno-almoço também era saboroso e a sala confortável. Nós fomos em pleno inverno e com as diferenças de temperatura e os banhos, acumulava-se muita condensação no quarto, que só se resolvia abrindo as janelas (o que baixava muito a temperatura interior).

• Annelore (10/5): Komfort in ruhiger Umgebung - Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer befand sich in einem gesonderten Bereich für ein paar Apartments, mit einem kleinen Pool auf dem Dach. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit integrierter Küche, das Bad war groß und alles sehr sauber. Die Hotelanlage hatte noch einen größeren Pool mit einer Liegewiese, die auch schattige Plätze bot. Von hier aus konnte man in der Ferne einen Blick auf Monsaraz mit der Ritterburg bekommen. Kleinigkeiten konnte man sich an der Rezeption bestellen (u.a. Salat, Pizza, belegter Toast, Getränke) und es wurde bis zur Zimmertür gebracht. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, es war ein Buffet mit Bedienung und es wurde nach Ende der Frühstückszeit nicht gleich wieder abgeräumt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service! Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Vila Planicie als Unterkunft wählen.
