• Erwin (7/5): Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen wird aber durch die super Lage am See aufgewertet. - Die Lage direkt am See, die große Terrasse und die Aussicht vom Balkon zum See. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Der Eingang zur Rezeption bzw. die Rezeption selbst. War früher vermutlich ein Tresen einer Apres Skibar. Der dortige Bodenbelag besteht aus Pflastersteinen, der in ein Hotel dieser Preislage nicht passt. Wir waren im April 2026 dort und die Heizung war in in unserem Doppelzimmer kalt bzw. nicht regelbar. Das Sofa war durchgesessen und abgewohnt. In anderen 4 Sterne Hotels hatten wir schon öfters eine größere Auswahl.

• Trustee86 (8/5): Ganz ok - Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See, nur wenige Laufminuten zum Schiff oder Zug. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und wird im schönen Restaurant mit Seeblick serviert. Hier verweilt man gern etwas länger 😊 Grosser gratis Parkplatz, zu dem man ca. 100m laufen muss, war aber kein Problem. Das Zimmer selbst war zwar sehr sauber, aber das Mobiliar etwas altbacken, wir fanden das Zimmer trotz Seeblick nicht so schön. Als wir reinkamen, waren die Storen zu (Nebensaison), was wir nicht so einladend fanden. Es fehlen Kleiderhaken an der Wand. Auf dem TV fehlt die Netflix-App.

On a été réveillé par le camion poubelle très tôt le matin… on avait choisi l’hôtel, assez isolé sur sa presque île, car il était doté d’un restaurant. On a appris après la réservation qu’il n’était pas ouvert le jour de notre venue.

• Romina (8/5): Gutes Hotel an super Lage - Sehr grosse, saubere Zimmer und super Lage. Würde wieder kommen. Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker! Frühstück ist ok, Personal ist durchzogen.
• Ilse Grimm (9/5): Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen aber alles vorhsnden und Toplage - Lage perfekt, Wir waren zu Fuss (3 Tageswanderung) und kamen mit dem Boot in Unterzerzen an. Restaurant idt super mit herrlicher Aussicht, jrdoch stand sie Sonne So, dass man die Speisekarte gar nicht lesen konnte. Bittete die Rollos Runter zu ziehen, jedoch funktionierten diese nicht. Tisch wakelte.

• Jean-Luc (9/5): - Super séjour ! L’emplacement est idéal, parfait pour le ski comme pour les balades. La télécabine est à seulement 2 minutes à pied, ce qui est vraiment très pratique. Le lac se trouve à environ 50 mètres de la salle à manger, avec une vue très agréable qui rend les repas encore plus plaisants. La chambre avec mezzanine est très spacieuse et confortable. Un endroit que je recommande sans hésiter !

• Tristan (9/5): - Idéalement situé par rapport à la gare, au lac, et aux télécabines pour monter à Flumserberg. Chambres très spacieuses avec mezzanine, et un lit double d'appoint en plus du canapé. Terrasse dans notre cas. Espaces sans voiture à 10 mètres du lac, avec promenade (des km au bord du lac), jeux pour enfants, la terrasse du restaurant, une petite plage. Le coût pour les enfants, chaque enfant compte pour un adulte à chambre égale ce qui fait exploser les prix. Au restaurant de l'hôtel, un "menu" enfant 15 CHF qui n'est en fait qu'une simple assiette de pâtes... Même pas de verre d'eau avec.

• Allison (9/5): Beautiful place - Really lovely location and view, and super nice breakfast, perfect to nutrition-load for a ski day. The staff were also amazing, they answered so many of my questions, and let me store luggage for a day.

Super nice staff, from the people at reception, all the way and definitely including people who do the room cleaning and tidying.

• Remo (7/5): Hotel an Top-Lage - Das Hotel ist top gelegen mit Aussicht auf den Walensee. Parkplätze sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Badezimmer sehr gross und mit Badewanne. Nähe zum Bahnhof ideal. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bieten ausreichend Komfort. Das Platzangebot (DZ Seeblick) haben wir als etwas dürftig empfunden. Mit der Winterkleidung waren die Ablagemöglichkeiten eingeschränkt. Die Einrichtung bietet wenig Charme und das Zimmer wirkte dadurch etwas kühl. WLAN wäre verfügbar, hat bei unserer Anwesenheit aber nicht sauber funktioniert. Dies war jedoch unproblematisch (Hotspot mit Handy). Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend/standard, jedoch waren wir eher spät beim Frühstück.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the first moment. The food was absolutely delicious and of excellent quality. We will definitely come back! 0
