Super animacje zarówno w dzień przy basenie, jak i wieczorem. Cudowni animatorzy (w szczególności pani Ania z Polski), którzy umilali nam czas. Zimna woda w basenach- najmłodsze dziecko w ogóle nie chciało wchodzić do wody.

Étant une famille nous aurions souhaité une meilleure attribution des chambres Par ailleurs les chambres ne sont pas conformes au photos. Plusieurs souci de remontées d'odeurs très forte provenant des canalisations de la douche de l'appartement simple chambre assez sombre et une seule baie vitrée. Pas possible de créer une aération Le souci des odeurs a été indiqué dès la première heure mais le problème n'a pas été résolu durant le séjour Cette chambre est complètement différente de ce qui était decrit en photos. Je ne l'aurais pas pris avec les vraies photos

Na Majorce jest duża wilgoć więc trzeba zwracać uwagę na grzyb w pokoju ale nam wymienili odrazu pokój .Staraja się aby nie było pleśni ale na wyspie nie da się.

- Sarah (5/5): Served a purpose but wouldn’t visit again. - The rooms were comfortable and the pool areas were great for the kids We only had breakfast at the all inclusive as the food wasn’t great and the layout of the plates/cutlery etc didn’t allow for good flow of the restaurant. Peoples behaviour in the restaurant was awful, like a free for all… also the lady serving at the snack bar never washed her hands. Would handle raw food, cook raw food with food already in the grill and handled coins at the same time as touching food. There was also not much notice taken of allergies and didn’t know the difference between a nut allergy and a gluten intolerance which was disappointing

- Leidy Alvariño Mederos (10/5): - Zona muy tranquila Un hotel para no salir de ahi, todos los servicios para todos los gustos, habitación muy amplia y cómoda, zona spa, piscina para adultos y otras para niños con su parque a acuático, restaurante con buena oferta de desayunos y comida muy variado, en general todo bien para unas vacaciones en familia Se nota que falta un poco de mantenimiento en las instalaciones, humedad en techos, el agua del baño se salia, pero aún asi se ve limpio y acogedor.

- Nataliia (6/5): Классное месторасположение, рядом есть классные бары и рестораны где можно вкусно и дешево поесть и выпить классные кокт - Персонал дружелюбный, уборка почти каждый день и замена полотенец. Каждый вечер разнообразна развлекательная программа для детей, классные аниматоры. WiFi плохо работал, ночью вообще отключался. Еда в ресторане была не очень вкусная. Каждый день одно и то же почти. Не разнообразная. Утром всего один вид сыра и 2-3 вида колбасы. В обед -вечером - рис, макароны залитые сливками, рыба и мясо. В принципе есть можно но со всех отелей по еде этот был самый худший.

Days the room was cleaned it was better but with kids you are going to have crumbs and bits on the floor. We only had room cleaned 2 where should act been more considering amount ants and when place is full kids. I would love to stay again but I would definitely need to request more cleaning. Only ants but give us the ick lol

Mejorar la comida - El personal de la recepción fue muy amable y resolvió nuestras dudas Necesita una buena reforma porque el hotel tiene mucho potencial. Excepto una o dos personas, el resto del personal del restaurante parecía actuar de forma muy mecánica, sin apenas atención al cliente. Se limitaban a montar y remontar las mesas, con poca amabilidad o disposición para ayudar. El ambiente resultaba algo caótico: muchos clientes se movían sin cuidado, como si fuera su última comida, y había que ir esquivándolos para no tropezar. La comida, sin duda, fue lo peor del hotel. Muy por debajo del resto de servicios.

- Cristina (2/5): - Este hotel se ha quedado muy antiguo. La habitacion se veía muy descuidada, antigua, sucia... El olor de la habitación era horrible. De primeras al entrar olía muchísimo a humedad, durante la estancia el olor fue a peor ya que olía a tuberías, horrible. La comida siempre lo mismo y de pésima calidad. Es verdad que justo estuvimos el último fin de semana antes d cerrar el hotel.. pero la experiencia no fue buena. Definitivamente no volveremos lo siento.

Essen einfallslos gefühlt gab es 10 Tage nur Burger Sushi und Fisch abends Die Duschen auf den Zimmern so wie die Wasserhähne an den Waschbecken müßen unbedingt getauscht werden (Katastrophe)

Langeweile kommt hier garantiert nicht auf! Das Essen war einfach fantastisch – ein traumhaftes Buffet mit riesiger Auswahl, die sich jeden Tag geändert hat. Alles war so lecker, dass die Augen noch wollten, aber der Bauch schon nicht mehr konnte! 😊 Ein wahres Paradies für Feinschmecker! Auch wer Ruhe sucht, findet hier seinen Platz – es gibt einen 18+ Club, wo man sich in entspannter Atmosphäre erholen kann, mit Whirlpool und Spa-Bereich. Die Zimmerreinigung war erstklassig – jeden Tag frische Bettwäsche, neue Handtücher und gründliche Nassreinigung. Alles war blitzsauber! Das Personal war überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit – einfach großartig! Zum Meer sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß, was super praktisch ist. Alles ist nah, bequem und gut organisiert. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn war etwas salzig. Aber das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit im Vergleich zu all den wunderbaren Eindrücken! Insgesamt war alles wunderschön und perfekt. 🌴☀️ Ich werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall allen meinen Freunden und Bekannten weiterempfehlen!

Old rooms repairmen’s was not ok, they totally need renovation.

- Oliveira 3449 (9/5): - Adorámos a experiência. Foram 8 noites em regime de tudo incluído, com bastante variedade de refeições, snacks e bebidas a qualquer hora. O alojamento era confortável, espaçoso e a apenas 2 minutos a pé de uma praia lindíssima. A animação noturna foi excelente, sempre havia atividades para nos entreter. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Sem dúvida, voltaríamos a repetir! A limpeza deixou a desejar: paredes e rodapés estavam sujos e a limpeza diária limitava-se na troca de toalhas e fazer as camas Outro ponto que não agradou foi a gestão das piscinas — apesar de haver várias destinadas a crianças, a piscina dos adultos era muitas vezes ocupada por crianças pequenas (algumas ainda de fralda), o que considero inapropriado. Além disso, os nadadores-salvadores pareciam estar apenas de presença, já que nunca os vimos intervir em situações que justificavam atenção. Esses detalhes tiraram algum brilho da estadia

Um hotel muito familiar. Praia a 2 minutos. A zona da Marina óptimo para bons passeios. Os miúdos não percebiam nada do que dava na tv, YouTube e Netflix não funcionava. Como estávamos de férias isto, acabou por não ser importante.

- Anais (8/5): Super séjour en famille bien placé à cala ego/cala d’or en all inclusif varié je trouve avec cocktail à volonté et b - La piscine était vraiment top avec les petits (3ans et 8ans) après c’est vrai qu’il n’y a pas de toboggans pour mon plus grand dommage mais dans l’ensemble vraiment sympa Les toilettes accessible à tous dans l’établissement n’étaient pas très propre et manque de propreté dans les logements. Le notre était bien car c’était un premium il était situé juste devant la piscine mais ce n’était clairement pas le retour que j’ai eu des autres personnes séjournant dans l’établissement qui étaient très déçus (retour de logement très sales et vétustes) beaucoup ont demandé à changé de chambre. Mais pour nous bonne expérience

Pero la habitación solo 20h Encima la directora prepotente le hablas y critica el turista nacional, ya no se acuerda de que en el COVID los nacionales fuimos los que les salvamos. Carísimo para lo que ofrece La animación solo para estrangeros

Buenas instalaciones aunque mal aprovechadas, los bares de la piscina o donde la animacion no le sacan mucho uso. Las habitaciones un poco más aseada estarían muy bien. La poca limpieza en las habitaciones (quiero creer por las prisas), había pelos en el suelo al entrar en la habitación el día de entrada. Hormigas en las cama y olor a humedad y tuberías. La poca variedad en la comida, dos noches estuve y siempre el mismo tipo de comida (pasta gratinada o siempre con la misma salsa, ningún día un arroz...)

Altijd even vriendelijk. +++ locatie tov winkels en strand. 50 meter lopen en je was op een supermooi strandje. +++ het eten en drinken. 2x sushi in een week, veel afwisseling, veel fruit. Altijd iets lekkers. De ligging van Appartementenblok 5 vond ik persoonlijk tegenvallen. Te rustig, te afgelegen. Geen leuk terras. Om te slapen overigens prima. Evenals schoonmaak en handdoeken. Zou de volgende keer een meer levendige hoek kiezen. En de handdoeken leggers waren ook hier actief. Jammer.

Oplatí sa ísť keď je ešte malo ľudí, maj jún. - Všestranný program pre všetkých Lehatka pri bazéne obsadené už od 7:30, personál hotelu nesledoval či tieto lehatka a bazén obsadzujú len hostia hotela alebo aj cudzí, ktorí boli ubytovaný úplne inde a preto sa nám ani raz nepodarilo plnohodnotne využiť bazény hotela, o lehatkach ani nehovorím. Veľké mínus !
