• Daniel (4/5): - A helpful receptionist who seemed friendly and accommodating The room was very dirty; the windows leading to the terrace were grimy, and one pane of glass was half-broken. It seemed to me that no one had cleaned the room beforehand. The bathroom didn’t have the standard toiletries, and I had to specifically ask for a hair dryer (which is listed in the room amenities). The kitchen, including the cutlery, was dirty - I wouldn’t have used it for food. There is no Wi-Fi at the accommodation!

• Rivka Shaindla (8/5): Great for quick first/last night - We arrived very late at night and wanted just a 1 night base before starting Madeira. It was great for this purpose. Very close to airport, easy check in, easy check out, not expensive, clean and comfortable! Old property, small parking lot!
• Joy (7/5): Okay for 1 night but wouldn’t enjoy - Beautiful view and close to airport so it was perfect for our 1am flight landing. The check in process was smooth and easy despite our late arrival time. All beds are singles which isn’t an ideal start to our honeymoon. Room was immaculate but smelt like someone had previously smoked in there. We woke up and planned to get a coffee then call a cab but there was no kettle or complementary tea/coffee in the room. We walked around the hotel to find a bar or drinks machine but the bar was closed and there was no where to get a hot drink.

• Jenilee (7/5): Most amazing view - Staff was friendly and welcoming. View of airport runway and ocean was amaaazing. Pool looked nice but it was rainy and we didnt get to use it. Bathtub was nice after long day of walking. Found a cool bar (Panta) within driving distance. Small kitchenette had necessary dishes for simple meal. Bed was uncomfortable. Balcony glass door was badly cracked. Room smelled of smoke despite being non smoking.

• assia (10/5): - Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit dans ce logement pour un vol le lendemain. C'est grand et propre. Vue sur l'aéroport. Le personnel est accueillant. Le fait de pouvoir quitter les lieux à 3h du matin juste en laissant les clés sur le bureau est top. Un parking privé sur place.

It was adequate, but an odd space to stay. It was clean except for the sofa which was quite worn and sunken (needs to be replaced). Fine for one night stay when needing to get to the airport early. Passez votre chemin et cherchez ailleirs..... L Hotel soit disant 4 etoiles !!!!!!2 etoiles tout au plus....Vous n avez meme pas dans l appartement de cafetière ou bouilloire, ni micro onde , ni seche cheveux sans parler de l'absence de WiFi dans les appartements.Et quoi dire des ustensiles, vous avez un seul bol.....Le wifi est uniquement devant l accueil et nulle part ailleurs......La literie est dur et inconfortable.C est une honte d avoir 4 etoiles pour un hotel appartement de cette sorte.Seul l accueil etait correcte

• Simona (3/5): - Bello il fatto che sono tutti appartamenti con cucina attrezzata e frigo. Bello che accettano gli animali domestici. Molto distante da tutto, negozi di alimentari, ristoranti.. Se non hai l'auto sei morto L'ascensore non funziona, l'acqua calda non era calda ma appena tiepida. Il wifi c'è solo in reception e non negli appartamenti. Scrivono ristorante ma non c'è. TUTTO da migliorare.
• JIANPENG (3/5): It's probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in all these years. - The view from the balcony is nice, and there's plenty of hot water. First of all, there was no blanket on my bed. Can you imagine what it's like to be in a hotel without a blanket? Then the air conditioning was broken, and there was no Wi-Fi in the room. To make matters worse, there wasn't even a signal. So being in the room felt like being back in primitive times. I couldn't do anything. The TV in the room also required Wi-Fi to watch, so I couldn't watch it either. Meanwhile, the bathroom curtain kept falling down by itself, and the window was drafty, making a lot of noise at night when the wind blew through. Also, the door didn't close properly; it would open by itself when the wind picked up at night. It was a terrible stay.

• Olha (6/5): If you have other options, stick to them - The location is close to the airport ( by the taxi, of course) Also, the lady helped us to check in at night, though this all could have been done online, without us disturbing her at night. The apartment is worn out: the walls, the sofa, the kitchen, bathroom, everything. It NEEDS some repairs. Also, there was trash from the previous tenants in the bathroom. The tube itself was damaged - there was a hole between the tube and its external layer. Also, the tap was damaged. Well, not the best stay, through

• Rob Elton (5/5): Served its purpose for closeness to the airport. - Close to the airport for an early morning flight. This property is tired and requires a bit of an overhaul. The chairs in reception look ancient and I didn't really want to sit on them! There was a musty old smell in reception too. The bath panel was a disgrace in our room (very cracked). A kettle in the kitchen would be a cheap addition. The air conditioning control did not work at all.

• silvia (7/5): Bel posto ma migliorabile - Buona posizione, a soli 20 minuti da Funchal, è a metà strada tra una stanza d'albergo e un appartamento in quanto ogni mattina la camera veniva pulita e i letti rifatti. Staff molto gentile e cortese. Parcheggio gratutito Se scegliete l'opzione dell'appartamento principalmente per la possibilità di fare qualche pasto a casa questa soluzione potrebbe non fare al caso vostro. Angolo cottura piccolo, con sole due piastre a induzione, padelle poche, nel nostro caso solo due (tra cui un pentolino e una padella) abbiamo dovuto comprare una padella che poi abbiamo riportato a casa. Altra nota dolente il wifi: è presente ma solo nelle aree comuni, le camere ne sono sprovviste.

• ALVARO (7/5): Buenas relación calidad precio pero mejorable. - Las vistas, la cercanía con el aeropuerto, el parking estaba bien, la piscina estaba muy bien, el personal era muy agradable y nos dieron todas las facilidades que les pedimos. Además, la cama era cómoda y el baño estaba bien. Pocos utensilios de cocina, no había microondas, puerta del congelador y nevera no cerraban bien, el wifi no llegaba a la habitación solo al hall, no había tendedero, los fuegos no funcionaban bien y la camana no tragaba humo (solo la luz).

• R (6/5): - Dichtbij vliegveld en toch mooi en rustig uitzicht, ruime kamer Douche in bad slechte constructie, wc half achter een deur met stootknop in de weg van je voeten, personeel was vriendelijk maar inchecken kwam wat knullig over.

Me gustó que se pudiera aparcar sin dificultad. El trato de las trabajadoras que estaban en el alojamiento. El apartamento tenía polvo, y en la basura del baño había basura de huéspedes anteriores. Que en la web indicaba que había restaurante y sin embargo este estaba cerrado, así que realmente anuncia algo que no ofrece. En la recepción no habían sido informadas de mi reserva a las personas que allí estaban trabajando y eso que se hizo con antelación.

• Anaïs (2/5): - L’emplacement qui est pratique pour l’aéroport. Check in et check out rapide La suite est inutilement grande : plus de 100m2 vides, quasiment aucun meuble ça résonne presque. Aucun équipement, nous avions UNE cuillère, UNE tasse, 3 verres et une casserole… autant dire qu’il est impossible de cuisiner. Il n’y avait pas de micro onde, pas de machine à café. Une minuscule poubelle sans sac poubelle. De plus, la clim (critère n1 dans ma recherche de logement) ne fonctionnait pas, en panne complètement. Une baie vitrée cassée, depuis longtemps apparemment vu les commentaires que j’ai lu à ce sujet. La salle de bain pareil, les jets de la balnéo HS, il faut 1h pour remplir une demi baignoire à cause de la pression du robinet. Deux vasques dont un qui fuit. Des cloques d’eau et moisissure qui apparaissent au plafond de la pièce principale. Parking minuscule et toujours plein donc obligé de se garer sur la route. Piscine à l’ombre et froide même en plein mois de juillet. Un séjour pas du tout à la hauteur de mes attentes, grosse déception. Une nuit pour être proche de l’aéroport ok, mais pas plus!
• Gian (1/5): Bad - Nothing. I could not make it. I have booked around midnight. When I rung to register Was just gone midnight .and nobody answered. I had to spend the night at the airport sitting on a bench. Nobody contact me the day after either. I know it was late booking. But taking into consideration the payment went out of my account will be nice to have a compensation back
• Ellen (7/5): Would recommend if you’re looking for a great view and a great value - Location was good. Beautiful view. Studio room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Internet. Access to the internet was only available in the reception area, and was weak at best.
