• Stefanie (9/5): Hervorragender Aufenthalt zum Entspannen - Fantastische neue Wellness. Beste Lage zum Gletscher. Sehr gute Gastronomie. Unser Zimmer war schon etwas älter und abgenutzt. Aber es gibt auch schon neue und renovierte Zimmer.

• Ines (3/5): Unsere Erwartung von einem 4* Hotel wurde nicht erfüllt.Das Haupthaus ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig - Ab dem 1. Essen hatten wir immer den gleichen Tisch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit einer grossen Auswahl und die Zeiten waren je nach Bedarf (Frühaufsteher/Langschläfer) angepasst. Die Saunalandschaft im neuen Gebäude ist hervorragend gestaltet. Das Haupthaus ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig, z.B. Schimmel im Badezimmer, lose Schrauben im Türschloss, eine Steckdose im Flur vor unserem Zimmer war ausgerissen und wurde trotzdem vom Personal benutzt. Unser Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon wurde währen des gesamten Aufenthaltes weder geleert noch gereinigt. Differente Preise, die Massage betreffend, zwischen Info-Buch im Zimmer (59,-€)und dem Angebot an der Rezeption (88,-€), ebenso waren die Drinks in der Barkarte ca. 2,-€ günstiger ausgewiesen als der Preis auf der Tagesabrechnung. An der Rezeption eines 4* Hotels erwarteten wir eine(n) entsprechend gekleideten Mitarbeiter, der die deutsch Sprache vollumfänglich versteht - beides war nicht der Fall.

Everything tastes out of a packet, processed, quality is just poor. My son was unwell after the meal on the 3rd night and we left the next morning into a different hotel. Some of the staff were quite rude in the restaurant. Some were lovely.

Verder is het personeel heel behulpzaam, zo konden we op de dag van vetrek nog gebruik maken van het zwembad na het uitchecken. Heel fijn na een dag skiën voordat we de trein richtig Nederland namen. De gordijnen, deze laten veel licht door.

Sauny (m.in solna, fińska, rzymska) o dużej powierzchni. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre, duży wybór i smaczne. Popołudniami otwarty mini-bufet - w sam raz do uzupełnienie kalorii po zjazdach 💪 Obsługa uprzejma i pomocna. Pokoje czyste, schludne i przestronne, z dużym balkonem - widok na lodowiec koi oko :) Dzieci < 16 roku życia w strefie saun pomimo wyraźnych znaków ostrzegawczych - ale to akurat problem rodziców a nie obsługi hotelu. Wyposażenie pokoi mogłoby być lekko odświeżone - ale to jest neutralne spostrzeżenie :)

• Oliver (9/5): I'd stay again but would like to see some changes - The room was super spacious and very clean, we had booked a glacier view room and it did not disappoint. The staff were all wonderful, from housekeeping to reception to the restaurant, all the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it's an easy walk to the gondola station and to the mini mart, there was the option to walk along the river which was beautiful and very scenic. They also provide bathrobes and beach towels with a bag if you wanted to use the facilities such as pool or sauna which was a really nice touch The pillows were unfortunately very thin and flat, having an option of a thicker pillow would've been nice, the hairdryer in our room didn't work as it would work for a few seconds and then cut out and smell like burning - we asked at reception but they had no spares as they had been handed out. I would recommend bringing your own. The vegetarian options at dinner are very limited and some varied options would've been nice. Unfortunately there were not many tongs on the buffet at dinner so they were being used for both meats and cheeses which then further limited the options for vegetarians.

Am specificat ca factura sa se efectueze pe firmă însă personalul nu a fost amabil sa ma ajute motivând ca este complicat și nu au timp iar la final în momentul plecării se va putea face, respectiv când am plecat am primit factura fără modificările cerute plus costul extra de la restaurant.

• Tereza (8/5): - Snídaně chutné a bohaté. Velký výběr jídla. Možnost udělat si fresh jujce. Večeře na výběr ze tří jídel, ale s předkrmem, polévkou a dezertem bylo jídla dost. Jeden večer večeře formou bufetu, též bohaté a chutné. V rámci polopenze byla i odpolední svačina kde bylo jedno hlavní jídlo (např. špagety) a sýry a nějaké buchty. Byli jsme ubytováni ve staré zástavbě, ale pokoj byl obrovský, čistý, koupelna velká včetně vany a bidetu s výhledem na hory. Rodina byla v nové budově a pokoj maličký, bez vany, směrem na silnici a museli chodit tunelem do hlavní budovy na jídlo, wellness apod. Doporučuji tedy s klidem hlavní budovu. Okolí krásné, možnost jít na svah nebo jen na procházku po okolí. Wellness moc hezké, velké, čisté. Nic mě nenapadá, byli jsme spokojení. Samozřejmě by menší rekonstrukce neuškodila, stačilo by vymalovat a vyměnit koberce například.

• Andreas (7/5): Ein Hotel mit Licht und Schatten - Wir hatten ein frisch renoviert, großes Zimmer mit Gletscherblick und kurzem Weg zum Fahrstuhl in den Wellness Bereich. Das Zimmer und der Wellness-Bereich inklusive dem großen Termal-Hallenbad sind das High-light des Hotels. Das Hotel besteht aus zwei Haupt- und einen gegenüber liegenden Nebengebäude. Hier besteht an etlichen Stellen Renovierungsbedarf. Die Nachmittags-Jause kann man getrost ausfallen lassen und beim Abendbuffett gibt es reichlich Auswahl aber wenig echte Klasse.

• Adrian (2/5): Avoid at all cost, go to the Kossler, or Valara better value - The spa facilities are they only thing good about this hotel, I have stayed here for 8 years running before a change in management it is now run and staffed by non Austrians, the staff are rude, inefficient, especially the bar man and the waiting staff. They could do everything better, rooms that haven't had a make over since the 70s staff need to be sacked, very rude and confrontational. Thread bare carpets in rooms towel rails falling off, some days towels and bed was not changed, on check out they had added a beer to my bill which I didn't have as I paid cash for all my drinks. I paid over £1500 for this room and quite frankly I feel as though I have been robbed. I shall never set foot in that place again just for the record I was in room 104 I suggest booking.com send a mystery shopper to check this out.

• Claus (7/5): Prima Kurzurlaub zum Frühjahrsski - Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Zimmer - wann immer es geht sollte man Gletscherblick - weit oben und weit weg von der Straße nehmen. Im 1. OG nach hinten raus sehr laut und ständig zieht der Rauch ins Zimmer. Sonst perfekte Logistik, schöner Wellnessbereich, extrem nettes Personal.

• Michael (8/5): Tolles Hotel mit in die Jahre gekommenen Zimmern - Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und Anbindung zum Gletscher! Das Essen ist sehr gut und sehr vielseitig und wirklich top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und der Wellness Bereich ist neu und sehr sehr gut mit viel Platz! Die Zimmer sind schon sehr alt und der Zustand Renovierungsbedürftig. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist aus den 80ern und so ist es geblieben.
• Hendrik (9/5): Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! - Das Zimmer , eine Suite war sehr geräumig, viele Schränke für die Klamotten. Der Sportraum war sehr gut ausgestattet. Sowohl Frühstücksbuffett als auch Abendessen waren sehr gut , reichlich und für jeden etwas dabei. Für 1,50 Euro konnte man sich belegtes Brötchen als Jause mitnehmen. Im sehr schönen Saunabereich gab es keine Handtücher zum Wechseln. Im Sportbereich gab es leider auch keine Handtücher und keinen Trinkwasserbehälter.

Johannes (8/5): Alles in allem waren wir SEHR zufrieden und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch sehr gut. - Wir waren mit Kindern, Enkelin und Hund für eine Woche im Thermal-Badhotel Kirchler. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist top: Der Skiverleih „Inside“ ist direkt nebenan. Auch der Skibus fährt quasi vor der Tür ab. Mit den Langlaufski kann man vom Hotel aus direkt auf die Loipe. Schöne Spazierwege gibt es ebenfalls. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es funktionierte alles und sie waren sauber. Der Restaurantbereich wird liebevoll geführt und es war immer perfekt eingedeckt. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gut!!!!! In der Woche gab es abends 3 Mal Buffet und das Schmankerl-Buffet war eine Wucht, sehr lecker war auch das italienische Buffet. An den anderen Abenden kann man morgens zwischen 3 Hauptspeisen wählen, darunter immer eine vegetarische Variante. Die Menüs waren nur mittel bis gut. Besonders ist der tolle Spa-Bereich zu erwähnen, der neu renoviert ist!!!
• Burkhard (9/5): Wir haben vier schöne, erholsame Tage verbracht. - Der Wellness Bereich und das Schwimmbad sind sehr schön. Die Auswahl beim Essen und das Essen selbst sind sehr gut. Noch schöner wäre es gewesen, wenn es einen Ski-Guide, wie in der Beschreibung angekündigt, gegeben hätte. Wir haben das bei früheren Besuchen sehr geschätzt.

• Krzysztof (9/5): Bardzo udany pobyt - Położenie hotelu idealne. Można na nartach zjechać prawie pod drzwi. Nowoczesne zaplecze spa. Basen i wielość saun. Bogate śniadania i wykwintne kolacje. Niektórym może przeszkadzać nieco staromodny wystrój pokoi. Dla mnie nie był to problem.
• Igor (8/5): Great staff, all helpful and willing. - The location is great for Hintertux. The spa area is new. The pool however is somewhat cold, however compensated by the room temperature there. The food has a really good variety. The only point is bout the rooms - they are somewhat dated, however clean and spacious. The rooms (may be some) are dated, but nice and clean.
