- Tabassum (6/5): Pleasant - Complementary breakfast option , restaurants to order food. The tea is really good. Very clean room. It was clean but it lacks amenities. No towels were provided initially. No kettle to heat drinking water or have tea/ coffee inside the room. I had to ask for hand soap and other stuffs. I hope the team would provide necessary stuffs in the room to make the stay more comfortable for the guests.

- Reshad (1/5): In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was marred by a complete booking debacle, leading to an overa - I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at ARISTOS, and I must say, it was far from what I expected. My anticipation for a relaxing stay quickly turned into frustration and disappointment. The primary issue arose right from the beginning, as the hotel staff seemed completely unaware of my booking, despite having it confirmed through Booking.com. It felt like a never-ending battle to prove that I had a reservation, even after showing them the booking details online.
- Tanjila (7/5): Overall the experience is good. I will go again. - The location was convenient. Staffs were helpful, overall it was a nice Experience. Because of my busy schedule, I had to leave the day I checked in. I told them if they can give me my breakfast which was free for me it would be nice because I checked in around 10 am. But they politely refused. I think that was a little sad part. The rest of the things were good.
