• kristen (10/5): Fantastic stay, would stay again! - Very comfortable beds, quiet room, great view, close to restaurants and train station, excellent breakfast, great food at the restaurant. Instructions for the spa as foreigners may not know the expectations and norms.

We had dinner at the restaurant and all of our requests (regarding no alcohol) were accepted. Dinner was really good. The breakfast had good options as well, and provided us with what we needed. The hotel felt a little bit old and outdated, but I think this added to the charm so I can't say that I completely didn't like it.

• Elena (8/5): - Die Lage ist optimal, nah am Bahnhof für die Fahrt nach Zermatt mit dem Shuttle -Zug. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr gutes und preiswertes Abendessen. Eine zweckmässige Alternative zum Zermatt für sportliche Gäste. Das Zimmermobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Allerdings, man erwartet auch kein Luxus für diesen Preis und 1 Nacht.

• Louise (7/5): Good cost effective location for Zermatt - Location - directly opposite the station in Täsch with very frequent short trips to Zermatt. Large room, clean. Breakfast was fine. The reception should just stick to the timings advertised. If you say check in after 3pm and before 10.30pm do that don’t email saying after 4 and then say before 9.

• Suneja (7/5): Great location for overnight stay. - Location was excellent. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Room was adequate, not big but not small either, great mountain view. Overall it was above average for an overnight stay, as our main target destination was Zermatt - so being just across the train station was very helpful. The beds were not comfortable at all. The mattresses were not supportive and pillows were very soft, so we all had uncomfortable sleep. The hotel needs to upgrade their bedding, for the price they charge per night.

E persiana estava quebrada e a cortina não era black out. Além do cheking ser a partir das 15 horas é checkout antes das 10 da manhã, isso é uma vergonha.

Excellent water pressure and temperature for the shower. Very practical location for a solo visitor. Pillows are very soft so pile them for a stronger support. Bed mattress a little hard but that's just my preference.
• André (5/5): Gut, aber wenig Gründe wiederzukommen - Gegenüber vom Bahnhof nach Zermatt Gutes Frühstück Personal an der Rezeption inkompetent und man kam sich als Gast vor wie ein Bittsteller. Nach Checkout am Morgen hat man das Hotel am besten sofort zu verlassen. Man hat es offensichtlich nicht nötig, dass Gäste wiederkommen.

• Andreas (10/5): Πολύ καλό!!! - Πολύ καθαρό, καλή τοποθεσία, ευγενικό προσωπικό, ιδιαίτερα η Gianna που ήταν στο πρωϊνό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και συνεχώς πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει. Το μοναδικό που θα μπορούσα να εισηγηθώ θα ήταν στο πρωϊνό να προσθέσουν λουκάνικα και μπέικον.

• Silvia (8/5): Würde dieses Hotel nochmals buchen aber nicht mehr dort essen - Die top Lage und das Frühstück. Das Nachtessen war nicht wirklich gut. Der Salat hatte viele faule Stellen und auch der Rest hat nicht überzeugt.

• Vincent (8/5): Prima verblijf oo een goede locatie - De locatie is tegenover de trein Terminal naar Zermatt. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ik vond het matras te zacht en dat werd keurig opgelost zodat ik de volgende lekker heb geslapen.
