- Marina (9/5): Nice Stay - Property is very well located in Can Picafort and the room was really nice. They had bike facilities which made it easy as a cyclist living there for a week. The rooms are very noisy, you know the story that your neighbour is telling and also the noise from the streets.

- Karolina (8/5): - Hotellet har en veldig bra beliggenhet rett ved stranden, og personalet i resepsjonen er både vennlige og hjelpsomme. Lite bassengområde med lite sol, og selve bassenget er ganske lite. Det er heller ikke egne solsenger ved stranden, selv om hotellet ligger rett i nærheten.

Leider stand bei jeder Nutzung der Dusche das komplette Bad unter Wasser und als es einmal geregnet hat, kam Wasser aus der Decke im Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war zwar vielfältig, aber auf Masse ausgelegt - das Rührei war leider nicht genießbar, da noch nicht ganz durch und ohne jeglichen Geschmack. Obst war gut und auch vereinzelte Dinge haben geschmeckt.
- Ann-Kathrin (6/5): - Für das was wir bezahlt haben, war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung. Es gibt allerdings ein paar Dinge, die uns trotz des Preises negativ aufgefallen sind: die Wände sind sehr dünn, sodass man die Nachbarn gut hören konnte. Das WLAN war sehr schlecht. Heutzutage sollte man annehmen dass sowas reibungslos funktioniert. Darauf angesprochen, schob das Personal den Umstand auf die Insel und das Wetter. Im nahegelegenen Café war das aber kein Problem. Apropos Personal an der Rezeption, hier konnte man meinen dass man eher lästig als Gast ist. Darauf angesprochen ob wir ein Frühstückspaket ausgehändigt bekommen könnten wegen der sehr frühen Abfahrtszeit, wurde uns nur erwidert dass es für sie einfacher ist, wenn man selber beim check out danach fragt. Service wird mE nicht groß geschrieben. Das Frühstücksbuffett wagen letztlich lediglich ein paar Früchte. Von einem 4* Hotel erwarte ich da ein kleinwenig mehr!

Bon petit déjeuner varié Le personnel est très sympatique et souriant Une dame de la réception nous a dit que c'était très compliqué d'aller à la ville d'Arta tout près alors qu'au final nous avons pris le bus en 20 min, très facile et au final prends même moins de temps que le bus pour Alcudia car bcp moins d'arrêt, elle aurait pu savoir car on a presque renoncé à y aller. Sinon rien de négatif, si ce n'est peut-être une mauvais insonorisation. Une touriste à réservé 6 transats à la piscine, les gens ne devraient pas pouvoir mettre leur linge et partir plusieurs heures, le personnel de la piscine devrait faire le nécessaire.

Mention spécial à un personnel qu'on ne voit pas mais qui rend notre séjour très agréable, les femmes de ménages. Qualité de travail au top, hôtel et chambre niquels.

- Iris (9/5): Zelo dobro - Hotel je zelo lepo nameščen ob plaži, z izjemnim razgledom. Sobe so lepo urejene, kopalnica je moderna in čista, balkon pa prijeten prostor za sprostitev. Všeč mi je bila tudi izjemna čistoča in prijeten vonj tako v sobi kot v celotnem hotelu. Hotel in sobe so dobro klimatizirani, kar je pripomoglo k udobju. Osebje v hotelu je bilo večinoma prijazno in profesionalno. Med njimi so bili tudi fant na recepciji, čistilke ter kuharji, ki so opravljali svoje delo brez posebnih težav, še posebej ženska kuharica in mlad fant, ki je strežbo opravljal zelo dobro. Bivanje v hotelu je bilo sicer zelo prijetno, vendar sem bila zelo razočarana nad obnašanjem enega člana strežnega osebja – starejšega, sivolasega gospoda. Med večerjami me je večkrat popolnoma ignoriral in mi ni ponudil pijače, medtem ko so bili drugi gostje postreženi. Takšno ponavljajoče se vedenje je izrazito neprofesionalno in daje vtis, da nekateri gostje niso enakovredno obravnavani. Za hotel te kategorije je tak odnos nesprejemljiv in močno vpliva na splošen vtis o storitvah. Takšna izkušnja močno vpliva na mojo končno oceno hotela in bi bila ob morebitnem ponovnem obisku odločilen dejavnik pri izbiri nastanitve. Pričakujem, da bo vodstvo ukrepalo. Hrana je bila dobra, vendar je bila včasih preveč mastna, zelenjava pa je delovala, kot da ni povsem sveža. Glede hrupa – navedeno je, da so sobe zvočno izolirane, a kljub temu se zelo sliši zvoke iz drugih sob. Sama sem imela srečo, da so bili moji sosedje večinoma tiho, vendar pa so ob prihodu bili zelo glasni, kar je bilo moteče. Če so ostali gostje glasni, bi lahko to za koga predstavljalo težavo.

- Dennis (8/5): - Man wird stets freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen und Anliegen werden direkt bearbeitet, insbesondere Marina spricht ein hervorragendes Englisch und war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind recht modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Safe kosten nicht zusätzlich, nach dem Safe-Schlüssel muss man allerdings selbst an der Rezeption fragen. Die offene Dusche ist zwar modern, führt aber zu Überschwemmungen im Bad. Die installierte Glas-Schiebetür des Badezimmers bietet keinerlei Privatsphäre, besonders beim Toilettengang. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist, dass man sowohl die Gäste über seinem eigenen Zimmer als auch auf dem Flur hört, insbesondere nachts. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und vielfältig, es wird wie beim Abendessen ständig aufgefüllt. Das Abendessen kann mit dem Frühstück nicht so ganz mithalten, viele Speisen sind nicht so gut gewürzt. Die Kellner sind recht aufmerksam, Getränke müssen aber zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Auch negativ aufgefallen ist, dass die meisten Männer mit kurzen Hosen zum Abendessen erscheinen, was für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht angemessen ist. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade mit vielen Cafés und Läden, verfügt aber über keinen eigenen Strand. Der Abschnitt direkt vor dem Hotel enthält einige Steine im Wasser, etwas weiter links dagegen nicht, der Strand ist aber dort deutlich voller. Im Juli 2025 kosteten 2 Liegen und 1 Sonnenschirm 18,50 €, was von einem städtischen Angestellten eingesammelt wird.

- Alison (8/5): As a whole a lovely trip ruined on the last day by the restaurant managers rudeness - The location of the property was excellent. Majority of staff were friendly and helpful The hotel does not really have any atmosphere and therefore felt that in order to have a drink in the evening you had to venture out. Also the manager in the restaurant for breakfast was extremely rude. We were travelling for my 50th birthday and on our last day my friends sat down and was asked to move from the table they were sat at as it had been reserved for a birthday! We were also celebrating a birthday! My friends asked how they could reserve a table and was asked that you can not reserve tables! This makes no sense. He then moved then to a much smaller table to which they said it wasn’t really big enough to which he just shrugged and walked off. After a lovely stay this ruined it for my birthday celebrations. I am planning on coming to Can Picafort potentially twice more this year as visiting family and although the majority of my stay was pleasant this had made me rethink staying at this hotel.

- Dirk (6/5): - Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer zur Straße. Kein Apartment, die sind im anderen Gebäude, wo auch der gemeinsame Pool ist. Außerdem hatten wir Halbpension. Das Hotel an sich ist nicht schlecht und in sehr guter Lage. Der Pool ist okay und der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch gut, incl. Kaffee aus dem Jura-Vollautomaten. Das Abendessen ist grundsätzlich auch okay, Speisen aber oft kalt und nicht sehr Abwechslungsreich. Keine Dressings für den immer gleichen Salat. Das Bezahlen der Getränke ist schwierig, die Bedienung nicht immer hilfreich. Knigge-Regeln fürs abräumen weitestgehend unbekannt. Damit könnte man aber gut leben, wenn da nicht die Lautstärke im Hotelzimmer wäre. Jedes Wort aus den umliegenden Zimmern kann man hören, sowie etliche Geräusche, die einem das Schlafen unmöglich machen. Ohne Ohrenstöpsel ist an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Nachdem ich mich beschwert habe, sagte man mir, da hätte ich ein anderes Zimmer nehmen müssen, die wären leiser. Der Straßenlärm hielt sich übrigens in Grenzen. Wir bekamen dann aber letztlich ein kostenfreies Upgrade für ein Zimmer mit Halb-Meerblick. Exakt genauso schlimm. Keine Besserung. Vielleicht sind die teureren Zimmer ja besser, die beiden genutzten sind aber für uns ein Grund, dort nicht mehr Urlaub zu machen.

- Mohammad (8/5): - We booked an apartment with a sea view. In the booking photos, two balconies with a direct sea view were shown, where the entire beach was visible. However, at check-in, we were given an apartment with a balcony offering a side sea view. The reason was that the rooms with a direct sea view were fully booked. We complained, but we still had to stay in this room for the first two nights. Later, we were given the room with the full sea view. The head receptionist was very friendly and helpful in making this change. After that, we were able to enjoy the last four days undisturbed. Can picafort is very beautiful and we like this hotel a lot. We will come again without a doubt!

Alles und zwar alles sauber. Jeden Tag wurde unser Zimmer gereinigt, es wurde sogar auf Kleinigkeiten geachtet, was ich sehr zu schätzen weiß, leider hatte ich kein Bargeld mehr, denn ich wollte gerne den Ladys eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit da lassen. Aber ja, es war leider so. Das holen wir aber nach, denn es wird definitiv ein Wiedersehen geben. Auch das Personal an Bar etc. und auch der Bademeister des Pools, haben 5 Sterne verdient. Spielzeuge für meine Kleinen standen bereit am Pool, sicher gefühlt und einfach wunderschön. Wir danken für eine wunderschöne Zeit nach 5 Jahren Urlaubspause und freuen uns aufs Jahr 2026. Ganska tysta rum och fin liten pool. Solbäddar var svårt att få tag om man är ute lite senare. Men man brukar hitta ett ställe där man kunde ligga vid poolen. Maten var god med flera variationer.
