The fact that the pool was closed should have been posted on your website. Free wifi isn't Free. In order to get free wifi I have to sign up for Hilton honors program and put my home address in. Then it said I could be charged for the wifi. I didn't sign up. We stayed in room 211 I found a toe nail on the floor and a used Ziploc bag and chicken bone under the desk. There was also hair in the shower. Sorry to say I wasn't 100% satisfied. For the money we paid the room should be properly cleaned and the pool should have been open or give us a little refund. Also save your money and don't have Comcast in the rooms. I couldn't find anything on TV. Thank you

There was many items available (for example hair dryer, iron, etc. Just a suggestion: I could not initially figure out the controls for the shower/tub. I thought one control was for the shower and the smaller for the tub. I repositioned the smaller one thinking it was for the tub getting hit with water from the shower head, then could not figure out how to turn off the water - it flowed out one of the three outlets, I could not get the water to stop. Just before I thought I needed to call the Front Desk for help I realized what to do.

- Anthony (6/5): Very clean facility but the beds are not very comfortable unless you like extra firm beds. - It was very clean and the staff were all friendly. The beds were very firm and uncomfortable. They also had a surprise charge for “amenities use” of $50. I never got this charge on my card but there were also no extra “amenities” in the room. Just be aware that they may charge you this extra fee.
- Gloria (1/5): - When we first moved into our room with all of our belongings, we found that the toilet was not working. We had to take all of our belongings out of the room and move to another room. After going to bed on Thanksgiving night, I was awakened by itching and pain on my ear and face. I had been bitten by bedbugs!! I went to the front desk and told the night manager that I had been bitten, and he moved us to another room. At 4:00 am on Friday, just a couple of hours before we should have been getting up to go to work, we had to move everything into the other room. I intend to seek compensation for the misery I endured in having had this happen to me. If I cannot get compensation for this stay, I will go to the US Environmental Protection agency and report the hotel. I didn't like having to move my belongings to another room twice!! And I didn't expect to pay for a hotel reservation for a room at the Hampton Inn and get bitten by bedbugs!!

- Stacey (9/5): Good Stay - Clean , friendly customer service. Easy check in. Bed linens were good. Furniture in the room was adequate. Breakfast was good. Plenty of baked goods to choose from as well as hot food. Great serve coffee and tea bar. The air-conditioning unit in the room was so loud. It took me forever to go to sleep. This made me sad after a long day and a long drive.

Also dogs barking very early in the morning. Why putting people with no dogs mix with people with dogs. Breakfast was ok but not the best selections. Place was clean but people outside parking having a time like they were camping sitting and playing games under a tent very strange for a hotel.

Teenagers were running in the hallway, yelling and slamming doors till 10pm. At 9:30 am housekeeping started knocking on the doors till someone answers. When I opened the door the lady was unable to explain why she is knocking vigorously. No English, just “sorry” and stare. Than we had to listen her doing it to every room

- F3747ZTchristopherg (2/5): Bed sheets not always being replaced - This was the third stay at this hotel over the last year, have not had bad issues before. I checked in on June 24 and was supposed to check out on June 26. When I first walked in the room, it looked clean, beds were made no complaints. Woke up after my first night there, with the feeling of long hair irritating my skin, turns out that the bed had lots of long hair on the pillow side (woman's hair), me being bald. The bed sheets and pillow covers were not replaced before a new person checked in. Wouldn't stay there again

The hotel itself is in good shape. While nothing in the area is truly walkable, there are at least a few food options that are from this hotel.

I tend to not use the in room coffee makers and they did run out of coffee for about 3 hours, on Saturday, until the new check ins arrived. I drink too much coffee anyway I guess.

- Deborah (8/5): - When we arrived they could not find our reservation. They found it by the confirmation number, not my name. Then, there was not a room like we had requested, so the hotel upgraded us, told us no extra charge. Then they came back and charged us $30 for the room because management would not waive the extra. I made this reservation and paid for it on 1/7/25...they gave the reason that it did not hit their computers until we tried to check in. Expedia refused to accept responsibility; hotel refused to be courteous. I am frustrated since I could not cancel the reservation without losing the money that I had paid months ago in good faith. For the breakfast - we found that the eggs were extremely salty and we were unable to eat them...so we had to go out. Would I stay here again - probably not. That management would not waive $30 and to avoid the risk of losing a customer does not sit well with me. That we heard the people upstairs walking and jumping/running? including during the night was little much. The people at the desk, however, were very pleasant and helped when they could.

- Laura (5/5): Disappointing - Location This hotel is in need of repair. No ice machines worked on any floor. Curtain cords were broken and not functional. Lamps did not have functioning light bulbs an duct tape held the base of the bed together, faucet in the bathroom was loose. For the price of the room, this was not acceptable.
