- Aaron (2/5): - Pictures are way different then hotel itself, There’s no premium bed intact you feel the springs on your back. No water in room, no hot water either. Shower handle was falling apart. Less then a average place for any kind of food. I was very disappointed. What it says in the description is and what we saw in real time is way off. We left day before because of all those uncomfortable situation.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Beyaz sabun kokan bir otel ilk defa gördüm, her yer piril piril. Sadece internetle ilgili sorun var odalardan cekmiyor, ortak alanda da duzgun calistigi soylenemez. Kahvaltisi sahane, disaridan sadece kahvaltisi icin bile gelinir. Bir daha Bozburun’a gelirsek kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederiz. Personel cok ilgili ve kibardi.

- Mert (8/5): Tüm Ekibe Sonsuz Teşekkürler :) - Otele ilk girdiğimiz andan başlayan samimi karşılama çok hoşumuza gitti. Uzun yoldan gelmiştik ve gerçekten yorgunduk. Neredeyse bütün çalışanlar bizi bekliyor gibi hazırdı. Hemen yorgunluk kahvesi ikram ettiler ve sonra odamıza alındık. Odaya geldiğimizde bir nebze hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Çünkü odanın balkonu otelin su tanklarına bakıyordu. Ses ve görüntü kirliliği vardı. Ayrıca sonraki günlerde yemek zamanlarında odamıza yoğun bir şekilde koku geliyordu. Balkon kapımızı tamamen kapalı tuttuk. Otelin kendine ait iskelesinden denize girmek çok keyifli. Biz Marmaris’in her yerini gezmek istediğimiz için sadece ilk gün otelde denize girdik ve yemek yedik. Akşam yemeği gerçekten çok keyifliydi. Balıkla beraber sunulan mezeler çok güzeldi. Özellikle yoğurtlu pancar ve enginar kalbi gerçekten bizi bizden aldı. Zaten bu oteli araştırırken mutfağının da başarılı olduğunu okumuştuk. Çalışan personellerin ilgi, alaka ve samimiyetine diyecek hiçbir şey yok. Mükemmel derecede ilgiliydiler. Uğur Bey’in özel ilgisi de bu otele bir daha gelmemiz için gerekli sebeplerden biri olabilir. Karşılamadan uğurlamaya asla bir sorun yoktu. Aslında genel olarak memnuniyetsiz kaldığımız tek nokta kaldığımız oda olabilir. Eğer tekrar yolumuz Bozburun’a düşerse sanırım başka bir otel aramam. Ayrıca Selimiye, İstanbul ve Londra da şubeler olması da oralara gittiğimizde de tercih sebebi olacaktır :) Gönülden teşekkürler herkese
- Peter (10/5): Great Hotel - We had a great 2 nights stay at the Melek hotel. All the staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. We had a proper Turkish meze which was fantastic and the manager explained what each dish contained. The room was very modern and spotlessly clean and had great views of the sea.The only thing we didnt like was the shower which needed a thermostat fitting which could scald you if you were not aware of it. The manager informed us that the hotel was closing 1 October for refurbishment work so maybe the shower was going to be changed We would stay here again when visiting Bozburun which is a beautiful little fishing village

Odalar esyalar eski, temizlik idare eder, servis kahvalti falan sizi mutlu etmez, iskelesinde denize girmezsiniz ki ayrica iskeleye servisleri de yok, yetmezmis gibi bir de kanalizasyon sikintilari var. Demem o ki, gidin bi pansiyonda kalin, paranizi sokaga atmayin.

- Tülay (6/5): - Oteldeki çarşaf havlu Mefruşatlarin mutlaka değişmesi gerek. Beyaz Çarşaflar griye dönmüş ve lekeli. Havlular yikanmaktan sertleşmis kurulanirken vücuduna ve yüzüne resmen batıyor. Kahvaltı çok vasat. Uğur beyin ve çalışanların yaklaşımlarindan çok memnun kaldık. Banyo ve tuvaletin tamamen değişmesi yani tadilata gidilmesi gerekir.

- Mehmet Ali (10/5): Bozburunda melek - Otele ulaşmadan daha yoldayken telefon görüşmesi ile başlayan karşılama , sabun kokulu temiz ferah odaları, sıcak aile ortamı, hizmet kalitesi, lezzetli kahvaltı ve yemekleri( akşam yemeği için fırsatımız olmadı ama eminiz ki o da harikadır) , otelin önünde yer alan kendine ait alanı, gece oluşturulan ortam, güleryüzlü sıcak personel, Uğur bey’in kendisi gibi sıcak ekibi ; mekanı bir çay içmek için dahil uğranabilinecek bir mekan haline getiriyor. Şimdiden iyi dinlenmeler
- Burak (8/5): Huzurlu bir tatil.. - her konuda çok yardımcı ve içten bir ekibe sahipler, sorun ne olursa olsun size yardımcı olabilmek için ellerinde geleni yapıyorlar. Sadece odaların ses ve temizlik konularını biraz daha ilgilenmeleri lazım. Odaların kapıları zor kapanıyor ve altların boşluk olduğu için dışarıdaki bütün sesler odanıza aynı şekilde geliyor. temizlik her gün yapılmasına rağmen başka odalardaki saçları odamızda bulduk. ama genel olarak başarılı bir otel
