Muhammad (1/5): - Location is good. I liked this property in past and recommended as well to my friends and family members as well. But recent experince was terrible. Property need some renovation. Washroom leaking. Bedsheets not looks fresh. Basic things missing like dental kits and comb. Kitchen staff is next level unprofessional. Ordered paid breakfast in room ans they severed raw uncooked eggs instead of boiled eggs. Informed kitchen staff and there were like we do not give it f.....k. Next day ordered breakfast and after two hours I checked with kitchen why it has not been served and they were like oh sir we severed this in wrong room. I hope someone from senior management/owner read this and save this property from unprofessional staff.

The bread basket was immaculate and full of enriched products. Location wise it's in the heart of city, next to M.M Alam Road. Every hustle bustle around and convenient to access. Fruit Basket was not served on first day for which they regretted, mini bar was not available, though it should have been included while using it is our prerogative.

There is no swimming pool and health facilities in the hotel, one would normally want to relax in hotel after work but unfortunately the only way to relax is to walk in the small park Infront of the hotel which the staff is not aware of the the lap total length.

Edwin (10/5): Royal Palace - I stayed here for four days, and on my last day, I bought two dozen donuts to distribute to the staff. That's how much I love this place and the people that work here. It is like living in a royal palace with modern amenities. The security is also very tight.

Families will never be comfortable with this - Overall experience was great Noise till late night , no sound proofing Smoking shouldn’t be allowed in corridors , i stayed in top floor and there was smell all around in corridors

Maha (4/5): Unacceptable lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic comfort in cold conditions. - The good location and the hotel staff were nice. We did not have any functioning heating system in a city where the temperature was around 4°C. The hotel only had air conditioning, and the radiators were not working. We contacted the reception, and they brought us small portable heaters, which were completely ineffective. The toilets were not clean, and the Muslim shower was leaking and spraying water everywhere. The TVs in both rooms were not working at all, they were just decorations. The bedding provided was not clean. We ordered chai, and it was served in dirty cups. Dust had clearly been swept and hidden behind the curtains, as if assuming we would not notice it. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort of the room were far below acceptable standards

UZC (10/5): - We call it our home at Lahore ! My entire family loves staying here. They are keeping their standards high and maintaining it well. All the best ! It is not just about Heritage but everywhere. The lower staff sees you with hungry eyes as a beggar. Maybe its typical in Pakistan only as we see more professional attitude elsewhere, even in poorer countries. I hope all th hospitality businesses train the staff in a manner that they dont look like beggars.

The double room was fairly clean, had all the supplies and amenities listed on site, it was comfortable, the decor inside the hotel gave a traditional Lahore/Morrocan theme. Staff were very friendly, approachable and welcoming. As a single girl travelling, I felt safe and secure here. NA
