• Etta (10/5): We had a lovely stay in this accommodation and would definitely return. - The place is really beautiful and exceptionally clean. It is very easy to reach the main square in Nerja and within a few strides of a lovely area with a fountain and choice of a few great places for breakfast. The roof terrace is fabulous with a toilet, shower, sun loungers, tables and chairs for eating at and lovely padded seating area. Feels like you are on the rooftop of a fabulous hotel. Two large areas separated by a few steps. Staff are so friendly and helpful. There was no fridge in the room but on our 2nd day we discovered the large fridge freezer next to the stunning, large roof terrace where we stored our water, wine etc.

Unfortunately thought the towels were a bit old and grey which was a surprise due to the quality of everything else.

So accommodating - we arrived late and they waiting up for us (talking 3am in the morning) On the day we checked out, they let us have the room until late as we had a late flight, so we could shower and be ready for our plane - this was because they hadn’t rented the room however, but was still extremely kind Fresh towels every day, coffee, a beach basket - all just amazingly well thought of and helpful Lovely kind and attentive staff Air con amazing Slightly thin walls but this was a one off as there were some slightly intoxicated guests. No other problem any other night at it was sorted immediately the second we mentioned to the host (again at 4:30am in the morning) she went and asked them to be respectful. So kind
• Paul (10/5): Class place to stay and super clean, many thanks to staff who serviced the room - Perfectly positioned and clean small hotel that we returned to for a second time On a few occasions in the night other guests were a little noisy slamming doors on returning or leaving the room. Also taking showers very early in the morning around 4/5am waking us up. But this isn't Tanya's fault, just ignorance on the guests part.

Our room was very small, but we knew it in advance. No elevator (of course cannot be expected)

• Shelley (8/5): Well-defined, comfy suite run by a gem of an owner. - Tanya was super-responsive, welcoming and on top of everything. My room - the Garden Suite - was quite large and well equipped for a short stay if you weren't wanting to cook more than pasta or an omelette. Location was great: at the quieter edge of the old town a 5-minute walk from bus stop/station. Nothing much to fault. The room faced a street that was pretty noisy with motos and the like so couldn't leave balcony door open for long but the good double-glazed doors and blinds largely dealt with that at night. And AC worked well then. Also, not an actual balcony as North Americans know it but a balconetta as the Italians call it or Juliette balcony. And a nice rooftop space anyway. Finally, and this is a not a criticism so much as a suggestion for many short-term rental landlords. If you provide a sofa or other non-dining seating to watch TV, etc: fitting in a little side table beside or in front of the sofa or sala chair so guests have a sturdy spot to rest their wine or juice glass might save your furniture from spills and stains.

The only negative point if may say, there is parking so you have to park in public parking which is difficult to find near the hostel. I would highly recommend the place and visiting Nerja and would come back again :)

• Deborah (10/5): Really special stay with a wonderful host - The property was gorgeous and included roof top garden space where we were able to have lunch. The room was maintained every day and kept sparkling clean.

• H.G. (9/5): Fijne plek voor bezoek aan Nerja. - Mooi aan de rand van het centrum om de hoek van een gezellig pleintje met wat horeca (ontbijt!). Leuk dakterras, prima kamer. Niet al te drukke buurt, maar als je de drukt wilt opzoeken, ben je er zo.
• Aira (10/5): Wonderful! - Beautifully decorated small family run hostel, great roof terrace and daily cleaning service. Bed was little bit too soft for me, but I slept very well anyway, so it’s not a complaint whatsoever.
• Maite (9/5): Céntrico y decorado con mucho gusto - Habitación decorada con mucho gusto y muy limpia, parecía que todo el hostal se hubiera reformado hacía poco. Buena ubicación. Tania fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. La habitación me pareció un poco pequeña, la cama era de matrimonio pero justa.
