• Julien (8/5): Dans l ensemble très bonne expérience. - Le petit déjeuner La chambre qui n a pas été faite le 2ème jour. Le deuxième jour j'ai rejoins une quinzaine d'amis et je n'étais pas dans ma chambre de la journée. Elle pouvait donc tout à fait être faite. Ca n'est pas très grave, c'est un problème d'organisation, mais il ne faut pas ensuite raconter n'importe quoi, parce que là ça double l'erreur et ça énerve. Pour autant je ne change pas la note : l'expérience était tout à fait agréable dans l'ensemble.

• Alain (9/5): Maintenant que nous connaissons le chemin .... - Bon repas du soir, petits déjeuners copieux, emplacement idéal à deux pas de la place Jama el Fna et des souks. Nous avions pris l'option taxi par le Riad, mais la taxi nous a laissé a l'entrée de la vielle ville ... et nous avons eu quelques difficultés pour trouver l'hotel ... l'envoi d'un petit plan avec notice explicative peut etre un plus, voire un impératif. Bien Préciser que le paiement par carte implique des frais de 3 % surtout que le paiement est demandé à l'arrivée et que les clients n'ont pas obligatoirement retiré le liquide nécessaire.

• navyysum (9/5): Un séjour très agréable au Riad - Cet établissement est très bien placé, proche de la place principale. L'accueil est très professionnel, le petit déjeuner bon et bien cuisiné. Le seul petit bémol la qualité du pommeau de douche.
• Troughton (10/5): A wonderful stay. - Our stay was very comfortable. The riad was well presented and our rooms cleaned daily. The location was perfect. Abdu made out stay - he was so friendly, attentive, helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Sometimes the shower went cold and the pressure was weak but that is to be expected in an old building.

Very centrally located and easy to get to once you get oriented. It was comfortable. The rooftop nice. Good space for low maintenance traveler with limited luggage. Once you figure out navigation, the location is great. Clean. 3 star for sure. Very small compared to other Riads I've stayed at. Staff was pleasant but I wouldn't call them particularly helpful.....no assistance with our bags and the stairs were very steep, tiny and low ceilings. I hit my head hard several times going up the stairs. The room was really small..we had to move some things out of the room to make room for our bags. Not alot of amenities, no ice, or snacks....it's a lovely Riad just not a great fit for my style of travel. Morocco is a shopping Mecca and we stayed here at the end of trip after lots of shopping across the country. This was not the accommodations for shoppers who may have more than one suitcase.

O quarto chocolate não era grande (mas já o sabia porque as fotos são claras). O pequeno almoço era razoável. O Riad em si também é simples comparativamente com outros. O staff é muito prestável. Chegámos já bem tarde e o zelador do Riad foi buscar-nos à porta da Medina. Era muito simpático e prestável, sem dúvida, um dos pontos fortes deste Riad. O pior é mesmo a relação qualidade-preço. Foi um Riad caro para aquilo que oferece.

Le jacuzzi n’en est pas un puisque il peut monter Max à 28 degres en fonction de la température extérieure. Prix reflétant l’emplacement central mais non ajusté sur les prestations proposées

The only disadvantage to staying at the Riad was the noise at night as people coming and going we were awoken often from our sleep at night- not suitable for a quiet at night time. Also be prepared to buy bottles of water to have in your room as no mini bar. Shower had only hot water for 2 nights of our stay . No wardrobe in our room so 20 kg suitcase took up a lot of floor space. No air conditioning- very hot. Not suitable for kids.

Mancanza di cartelli che indichino in Riad, se non uno minuscolo all inizio del piccolo passaggio per arrivare, si raggiunge con fatica

Ci t - Struttura ben curata e pulita, ottima accoglienza, ottima posizione. Camera spaziosa e con uno stile ben definito. Colazione strepitosa. Personale gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Ho apprezzato anche il phon in camera di quelli con beccuccio e non quelli “da hotel”. Consigliatissimo.

• Amaia (9/5): Beautiful Riad in fantastic location and beautiful excellent staff - Very cosey and beautiful Riad in a great location. The stuff were wonderful specially Abdel who always went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The only downside is that there was zero privacy in our downstairs room as it is directly where the tables are and the people walk by etc. every time you are in the room you have to keep curtains and shutters closed. A bit annoying for showering and getting ready. Also noise can be a problem being directly downstairs where everything happens at night and in the morning.

• Lane (9/5): Cool Moroccan nights. - The room was fabulous. Really comfortable bed. An oasis of peace in the Medina but with everything right outside. It was very quiet and the rooftop had sun loungers and a jacuzzi (although the water was cold). It would have been great if the jacuzzi water had been hot as the weather was cool. The air-conditioner in the bedroom didn't work too well. Other than that, fabulous and, in Morocco, there is always something that doesn't quite work. It is part of the charm of the country. :-)

Le personnel est exceptionnel : au petit soin et très accueillant. - La localisation, l’ambiance, la décoration et surtout le personnel adorable et accueillant. Riad bellissimo con cortile interno e terrazza panoramica dove è possibile fare colazione. Il personale è molto gentile e le camere sono accoglienti e curatissime. La nostra in particolare aveva una favolosa cupola sopra il letto con vetri colorati. La posizione è leggermente defilata rispetto ai vicoli più caotici dei bazar ma permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti la piazza Jaemaa el fna. Siamo stati molto bene, grazie Niente

• Henna cheema (10/5): - We had a lovely stay here and it made our trip to! It was our first time staying in a riad and loved it - this felt like such a lovely homely experiece and was very special. The breakfast was delicious, rooms are decorated so nicely and the staff even decorated the room/got a cake specially for our birthday. Huge huge shoutout to the staff - they work very hard and were all so lovely and polite and really made the stay, their effort did not go unnoticed. The only very minor room for improvement would be we had to ask for refill the toilet paper/shower gel a couple of times (ideally they would have done this before whilst cleaning the room). However when we mentioned it to staff they literally fixed it right there and then in under one minute and counld'nt have been better. Thank you for a great stay it was all amazing!

Yousefs first day was the first day we came and he was sooo pleasant and helpful. Such a lovely young man! Nothing bad to say, I think only good addition would be is a little fridge in the rooms. Especially coming from a cold country like UK we need cold water in the heat so that would have helped.

• Abacuc (8/5): Magnifica estancia, pero todo se puede mejorar siempre - La atención, servicio y amabilidad de los trabajadores, la verdad es que son Maravillosos. El desayuno, aun estando muy bueno, se hace un poco repetitivo, y es todo dulce (Fruta y dulces). Pondría algo mas salado, y no solo pan con mantequilla, unas tostadas, o pan local mejores, y algo como huevos u otras opciones. Tambien nos ocurrio que quisimos hacer check out mas tarde, ya que e dia era lluvioso, pero no nos dieron la oportunidad, y eso que la habitacion quedo libre, pero no quisieron aceptar mas dinero por esa opcion, no entendi el motivo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le dîner était juste extraordinaire. On comprend pourquoi ils sont notés 9.9 sur le dîner. La proximité de la place centrale est très pratique. On peut tout faire à pied. La terrasse est magnifique. Elle a était récemment entièrement rénové. Je recommande également le massage. En fin de journée, c'est top ! Bref, une très bonne adresse. Abbiamo cenato una sera ed era eccellente, molto meglio dei ristoranti intorno a piazza Jemma el Fna. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. The hosts, Oumaima and Ahmed, were so genuinely kind and offered fantastic recommendations for things to see and do. We left Oumaima and Ahmed feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially the manager Oumaima, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We had a tagine on the second evening, and it was honestly the best tagine we had in Marrakech. Thank you for making our stay so special. We will definitely come back! Nothing

Basterebbe poco per mi - La posizione ideale per visitare il centro della Città e l’accoglienza e disponibilità di Abdu Camera piuttosto piccola, nessun armadio per i bagagli Il bagno molto umido e con delle salviette altrettanto umide. La colazione buona ma vi erano sempre e solo le stesse cose senza possibilità di scelta
