- Maria (8/5): Fenomenal - Las zonas de piscinas muy bien No pasan a hacer las habitaciones todos los días en el apartamento-hotel. Te lo indican a la llegada pero con nosotros hubo algún problema y no pasaron el día indicado. Me parece bien que no sea diario y lo indiquen,pero luego hay que cumplir los días dichos.

Supermercatino super fornito a due passi, molto comodo. Posizione top con camminata bellissima su passerella di legno tra le altissime dune di sabbia e vegetazione. La spiaggia è spettacolare, le foto non rendono quanto dal vivo. Molto più bella rispetto ad altre più famose. Gli arredi delle camere sarebbero da cambiare.

- M. (8/5): Prima basis appartement voor een paar dagen - Appartement is goed bevallen voor ons, 2 vriendinnen, met elk een eigen slaapkamer. De airco die tussen de slaapkamers op de gang hangt heeft boven de deuren in de slaapkamers een rooster waardoor er echt een koude lucht komt zodat je goed kan slapen. De inrichting is gedateerd en soms aan vervanging toe. De douchekop zat behoorlijk los. Maar voor een paar dagen is het oke maar verwacht niets luxe. Vriendelijke en hulpvaardige receptie die 24 uur open is. Bedden liggen prima, niet te hard en ook niet te zacht. Beddengoed is prima geregeld en er zijn genoeg handdoeken aanwezig, daar zijn ze niet zuinig mee. Je kan ze prima meenemen naar het heerlijke zwembad en het strand. Strand is echt wel 10-15 minuten lopen, je kan er ook met de auto naar toe maar of er parkeerplek is.... Parkeren kan gratis op de straat die langs het complex loopt. Wij hadden een appartement op de 1e etage die uitkijkt op de straat, niet het zwembad. Maar geen last van de auto's want het is een doodlopende straat met alleen bestemmingsverkeer. Er is een klein terras met plastic stoelen en een tafel. En een droogrek om de strandhanddoeken te drogen want de badkamer is vrij klein. Het appartement was basis, kleine keuken waar alle etensmiddelen blijkbaar steeds worden verwijderd zodat je in het winkeltje op loopafstand alles moet kopen. Er was nog geen restje koffie of zout en peper aanwezig. Echt heel jammer! Keuken is klein, je kan er niet met 2 personen staan. En de plaats ligt best wat afgelegen. Je kan ook maaltijden boeken bij het complex of dus boodschappen doen in de 2 wat kleinere supermarkten.

- Justine (1/5): ATTENTION À VOS BIENS PERSONNELS - Petit complexe familial la femme de ménage a jeté nos affaires personnelles à la poubelle. (On suppose jeter) C’est inacceptable. Aucun dédommagement de la part de l'hôtel malgré notre déclaration faite à la réception. Aucun professionnalisme. FAITES ATTENTION À VOS AFFAIRES!!!

- maioa (6/5): - La chica de la recepción fue super agradable, nos recibió con mucha energía y nos lo explicó todo genial. Tiene plazas para aparcar ahi mismo y se agradece mucho. Nos hicieron falta algunos utensilios de cocina como cuchillos de diferentes tipos para cocinar en el apartamento, tuvimos problemas con las hormigas y la verdad que vinieron rápido a intentar solventarlo.

- Corinne (8/5): - L'extérieur de la résidence est très propre et très agréable. L'accueil ouvert 24 sur 24 est un plus et le personnel est très aimable et souriant. Les appartements sont très propres et la literie est correcte. Le changement des serviettes de toilette tous les 2 jours est très appreciable. Dimension appartements correct L'équipement intérieur des appartements est minimaliste. Nous n'avions à notre disposition qu un micro-ondes et pas de four comme listé dans l annonce. La vaisselle proposée est basique. Pourrait-on envisager une paroi de douche et non un rideau non hygiénique ? L isolation phonique est à revoir.

- Marc (7/5): Acceptable - El buffet lliure per mi era dels més senzills que he vist i més repetitius, i no tenía gaire varietat, tant en esmorzars, dinars com sopars. El que m'ha agradat es la ubicació, tenir habitacions separades i disposar d'aire acondicionat en cadascuna d'elles. El menjar en si, com deia molt repetitiu, sense gaire gracia. Qui treballava excel·lentment era una dona gran que feia les tortitas, les truites i ous ferrats al matí, excel·lent treballadora i persona.

Estaba haciendo un siesta y la de limpieza me despertó, le dije que quería descansar pero insistó en cambiar las toallas 🥴 Así que siesta interrumpida!
- jesica (8/5): Comodo - Lena de recepción es lo mejor, ayuda a saber lo mejor de la isla. Cama cómoda y limpia y buen espacio en el apartamento. Buen mantenimiento de los exteriores. Se duerme muy bien , habitaciones silenciosas. Está todo muy viejo, siliconas de baño hacen falta cambiarlas , daba sensación de sucio , no sé si lo estaba o solo lo parecía.

- Sara (6/5): Volvería siempre y cuando reformasen los apartamentos - Lo mejor la ubicación del apartamento, teniendo al lado una maravillosa playa. Las piscinas geniales para los ratos que estás en el apartamento y más si se va con niños. Apartamentos muy dejados, se nota que no han tenido mantenimiento. Les falta un repaso a todos, persianas rotas, armarios también, alguno roto y sin puerta, lámpara de la habitación sin cristal, tapa del wc descollada. Resumiendo, tendrían que reformarlos un poco, ya que el lugar y el entorno están muy bien. También los exteriores un poco dejados, exceptuando el alrededor de la piscina.
- Lara (8/5): Remote and peaceful - The staff at the hotel were brilliant. The receptionist (with the red hair) was so chatty and friendly from the moment we arrived. Give that lady a payrise! The hotel is quiet which meant no fight for sunbeds. We loved the location but you need a car to get around. The walk to the local beach is a must! The hotel rooms were quite basic but that wasnt a problem for us. More could be done to minimise noise early in the morning wether that be from staff attending to the grounds or other guests in floors above

- Simona (7/5): Soggiorno abbastanza piacevole - Struttura molto comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia (forse la piu bella di Menorca) e le piscine sono molto belle ed ampie. La spiaggia è raggiungibile tramite passerella dalla collina adiacente, oppure in due minuti di auto con comodo parcheggio attaccato alla spiaggia ( non sempre è cosi sull'isola). Personale alla reception molto gentile. Pulizie discrete e poco attente, ma comodo il cambio asciugamani ogni due giorni. Comodo il bar in piscina, seppur molto essenziale nel servizio. Market piccolo, ma fornito, nella struttura adiacente agli appartamenti, dove si trova anche il ristorante. La struttura è datata e necessita di lavori di strutturazione, principalmente il bagno presentava segni di umidità importante. Lettini piscina ormai consumati. CIBO: la cucina spagnola è assolutamente altro. La mezza pensione si può reggere due giorni, non oltre. Ottima l'idea di cucinare al momento alcuni piatti, ma non cambiano MAI. Sempre bistecca di pollo e pasta che, purtroppo, per noi italiani, non è mangiabile. Molta quantità, ma assolutamente poca qualità. Sono una viaggiatrice, quindi non cerco la cucina italiana all'estero, ma in questa struttura tentano di proporre primi piatti italiani con mix tipicamente nord europei che rende spesso impossibile mangiarli. Mosche ovunque, ma penso sia un problema dell'isola perché anche in spiaggia c'era un invasione.

- Vanessa (8/5): Bon séjour en famille - La proximité avec la piscine pour notre fille qui faisait sa vie, tout en la surveillant. Literie confortable, logement spacieux. L'emplacement de l'hôtel, à 20-30min de tout sur l'île. Ustensiles de cuisine trop sommaires (pas d'économe, louche...). Les logements ne sont pas du tout insonorisés, on entend tout tout tout !
- Vilches (7/5): - El entorno, tipo de complejo en plena naturaleza, hecho con gusto y respetando el estilo de la Isla. Muy cerca de una playa muy bonita y de fácil acceso con niños. Equipado con aire acondicionado y una terracita perfecta para poder comer fuera. El interior de los apartamentos están equipados de forma muy deficiente. No hay perchas en las paredes ni repisas. No tienes donde dejar las toallas en uso, por ejempo. En la cocina no hay lugar para dejar a vajilla que laves a mano (porque no hay lavavajillas) y el menaje es muy justito. Y el olor del baño, espantoso. Deberían arreglar los sifones de las duchas, porque es insoportable.

- Victoria (10/5): - Reception team and all the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel and resort were very picturesque. The team take great care of the place and it was always very clean and well kept. It was not too busy so there were always plenty of sunbeds available! The local restaurants were great and reasonably priced for the quality of food and portion sizes. Hard to think of any suggestions for improvement- some people may prefer more modern decore and furniture in the apartments, it was quite 'old-school' but it was fine for us. Great value for money. Loads to do in Menorca. We had a brilliant holiday and were sad to leave!

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed The room was always kept clean and tidy, but we only had the two toilet rolls from when we arrived and they were never replenished. The furniture could do with a bit of updating, and some of the drawers and doors were a bit squeaky.

- Arianna (8/5): Consigliato, vacanza rilassante! - L'alloggio era semplice ma fornito di ogni cosa, anche per cucinare. Tostapane, microonde, moka, detersivo piatti,etc. Bella la passeggiata per raggiungere la spiaggia (meravigliosa) e carine le due piscine dove abbiamo sempre trovato sdraio disponibili. Biancheria cambiata ogni due giorni, aria condizionata perfetta. L'ultimo GG siamo potuti restare fino alla partenza in piscina e fare la doccia dopo l'orario di checkout. Consiglierei di cambiare le sdraio della piscina perché sono scomode e allungherei gli orari del bar che chiude alle 17.00.

- eve (8/5): - Très bien placé. Dynamique. Superbe plage juste a côté. Le mobilier est rudimentaire mais suffisant. Il manquait des petit chose, le grille pain et le micro ondes ont lâché mais tout a été remplacé rapidement. Le personnel est top et la résidence propre Les couloirs sont bruyants la nuit les gens ne respectent pas en trainnant leur valise. Le personnel devrait rappeler l'important du respect sur les arrivées tardives. Les nuits ont été gâchées et c'est bien dommage. Gros point négatif. Cependant ca reste u. Bon rapport qualité/prix

- Esther (9/5): Recomendable en familia - Las camas eran cómodas y limpiaban cambiando sábanas y toallas para todos cada 2 días. El buffet no tenía mucha variedad pero todo estaba bueno, ensalada, verdura y plancha todos los días, había de todo un poco y el personal era majísimo, sobre todo el staff sevillano y la mujer rubia que hace las tortitas y los huevos fritos al momento en el desayuno una máquina y un encanto. El personal del resto del apartahotel muy amable también. La ubicación bien cerca de la playa. En general, nos gustó mucho, no estaba masificado para ser agosto, los niños se lo pasaron muy bien. Repetiremos. Por decir algo negativo, la mayoría de la animación está enfocada a los turistas franceses, por lo que no nos enterábamos de mucho porque el espectáculo era en francés, pero los animadores eran muy amables e intentaban que nos sintiéramos a gusto y nos divirtiéramos.

The receptionist was very nice at check in. There is no evening restaurant on site and we had to walk a fair way to find an average restaurant for dinner. Don't like the area at all.
- Luana Marque (10/5): Tudo no empreendimento, ótimo para descansar - O empreendimento tem 2 piscinas, praia a 10-15 min a pé (e é das melhores praias onde estivemos na ilha). Zona com muitos supermercados, cafés, restaurantes. Boa zona para fazer desporto e muitas atividades para crianças. Comida muito boa, simpatia e amabilidade dos funcionarios. Apartamento equipado para fazer refeições, com varanda. Estaciona-se facilmente. Dão a possibilidade de tomar banho mais tarde depois do check out. Excelente qualidade relação-preço (preço que reservamos com 6 meses de antecedência). Nada a apontar.
