• Marie (10/5): - Pobyt nám vyšel v den,kdy fungovaly oddělené koupele a saunování bez plavek,což jsme si velice užili!K tomu bohatá snídaně a na pokoji možnost další lázně.Pro nás to byl nejlepší hotel z asi 30,které jsme na Taiwanu měli.

• 王 (7/5): 整體而言是很舒適的渡假處 - 泡湯的大眾池真的不錯，很多不一樣的湯，水質乾淨 休息的房間隔音很差，住宿的房客講話都很大聲，帶小朋友也不制止，第二項是晚間去泡大眾池服務人員要收浴巾的費用，有點一頭霧水，但是我們自己有帶浴巾堅持不要付錢，我去各地泡湯，大眾池浴巾都是擺放自由使用的。

• Cindy (5/5): 差強人意 - 房間浴室有溫泉，不錯。床鋪墊子也很紮實，很好。 馬桶沖水有問題、浴室的窗戶一開紗窗就掉下來、房間Wi-Fi連結很差。但是我也必須說， 跟櫃檯一打電話，他們馬上就派人來修理。

• Hui Hsia (6/5): - 泡湯設施還不錯，多選擇 房間非常窄小、淋浴與馬桶同區、淋浴後根本沒法如廁、馬桶不通且很難按壓、洗澡排水慢積水嚴重、最扯電視一直斷訊. 最終反應後有給換房、但是觀感還是很差
• 美燕 (8/5): - 每一個部門的服務都很好，再忙也都笑臉迎人。看得出來管理嚴謹。讓人感到舒服。戶外環境、房間內整理得都很乾淨。可惜大廳2樓的戶外咖啡已停止，如果可以坐在2樓看看風景應該是件很不錯的享受。

• Scott (5/5): Past its prime - Smooth check in. Close to Jinshan Old Street Very worn; needs basic cleaning, painting and maintenance. No shower enclosure; water goes all over floor. Lighting in room is supposed to be controlled by remote control device but it’s confusing and hard to use.
