Guest Reviews
Rien.
- Oliver (10/5): Entspannung pur in malerischer Umgebung.
- Leah (10/5): This is exactly what we needed — a break from the big city and extremely accommodating of my young family. Staff couldn’ - Absolutely stunning property — peaceful, clean, and beautifully preserved. Nothing
- Ritchie (10/5): It was honestly surprising how lovely everything was. - The location, the staff, the comfort. The water in the bidet went from ice cold to hot, not really an issue, just a “surprise”.
- Ludovic (10/5): - Amazing breakfast. The place is a cloud of gentleness and refinement. everything was perfect

- geraldine (10/5): Luxury hotel - Such tranquility, 2 nights here and I feel so rested, spoilt & relaxed. Thank you to all the staff.
- dorothy (10/5): Brilliant - The breakfast was lovely. The postion of the hotel was amazing, wonderful views and had a lovely calming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and very helpful . It was our dream holiday.
Vriendelijke, zeer behulpzame bediening.
- Laura (8/5): Relaxing and beautiful - Stunning views, great food and lovely staff The doors are quite old and you can hear noise in the hallway very easily - which given all rooms are centred around a courtyard means whenever rooms are cleaned or guests leave/return you will hear it
Sehr gerne wieder.
- Nils (10/5): Perfection - this is our favourite hotel in the world. Feels like calm and stress free from arrival - Breakfast and all food is absolutely wonderful on the beautiful terrace. The room was very spacious and the whole house beautifully decorated. The staff are excellent! We will return again next summer with our family.
- Cecilia (10/5): -
- Amelie (10/5): Our favorite - Everything Nothing
- Karen (10/5): Spectacular! Perfect to relax and disconnect - Hotel Llenaire is a fantastic hotel. Family owned beautiful boutique hotel, used to be an old family vacation home. Loved the views, hospitality was top notch and the food was incredible
- Peter (9/5): Superb - Serene atmosphere, no need to worry about getting a spot at the pool. Restaurant had great food and the staff were very efficient and friendly. Nothing springs to mind
- David (10/5): A very relaxing few days spent in a great hotel on the hills above Porta Pollensa. - Beautiful building, good location for access to both Pollensa and Porta Pollensa. An excellent restaurant on site providing local produce, very nice pool and terraces and above all very courteous and professional staff. Nothing
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cathy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melanie (10/5): An elegant, serene and restorative stay in this very special place - Absolutely stunning period property set on a hill overlooking the bay of Puerto Pollensa. So peaceful, all you hear are birds and nature. The staff were warm, discreet, and attentive. Food was exceptional, the best we've had in Mallorca. Our room was spacious and beautifully styled. Elegant, serene, and truly restorative. We've already booked for next year! Nothing
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic building - lovely open courtyard in centre of hotel and communal spaces with lovely views Could a bit difficult getting a taxi into town ( however Alex very kindly gave us a lift)
- Dorothy (8/5): Had a lovely time. Will certainly recommend to family and friends. - The breakfast was v good. Would have liked granola to be added as a choice. Small jugs for milkfor tea/ coffee and cereal to be available beside large carafe of milk.Faster toaster would begood. Wider selection of fruit juices. See above. Some steps in the courtyard were easy to trip on especially for an older person. A wider selection of cakes in the afternoon. A list of things to do or see in thearea would have been helpful.
- Rachel (10/5): Lovely Spanish Hotel in a countryside setting - Offers stunning views of Pollenca bay, it’s got a cool, calm luxurious feel in a beautiful Spanish setting, staff friendly, professional & helpful. Breakfast good choice lovely outside dining. Rooms spacious and spotless clean as is all the outside areas. You need a car because property location in the countryside between Porto Pollenca & Pollenca Town, several steps down to the pool area, and the property.
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Peaceful with a lovely terrace under mulberry canopy with a wide beautiful view
Family owned, staffed and appreciated Far from town
- Derek (10/5): A lovely short break in Majorca - The terrace where you ate breakfast and dinner had stunning views out to sea and was the most amazing location. The food and service were both excellent as well. The location is great in terms of being quiet and providing fantastic views but it was a bit isolated. It wasn't practical to go for walks directly from the hotel. Instead we drove for a few minutes to walk along the beach and Pine Walk in Puerto Pollenca. I would say that you really need a car if you're staying here.
- Dina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Jan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Graham (10/5): A wonderful relaxing hotel with everything you need and more. - The property sets a very high standard, attention to detail shows in everything they do. A well run beautiful and well appointed property with outstanding views. Leaving
- Colleen (8/5): Mostly a really lovely place and stay - The breakfast was very good, the location was beautiful set up high overlooking the water, surrounded by mountains and trees. Loved the Terrace where you could have a drink in the evening, the location of the restaurant was also lovely overlooking the water in the distance. The setting for the pool was very nice and enough loungers for everyone as there are not many rooms. Good location between port and town of Pollensa but you do need a car. Most of the staff were lovely and extremely helpful. We'd love to have had dinner there but there weren't many vegetarian options and we are all vegetarian. Some nice vegetation options for lunch, we did have lunch there twice and it was good. There are also good walks near the hotel. The only reason I did not give this hotel a rating of 10 was due to one member of staff who, unlike the rest of the staff, was not helpful. First of all we asked one evening if we could have dessert on the terrace instead of going to the restaurant as we did not want a meal but just coffee, drinks and a dessert. There is a sign on the terrace advertising coffee and cake, so in any case I do not know why the answer was no, we were told we would have to go to the restaurant, however, it was the manner in which we were told, which was very off hand and rude, no explanation. If he had been nice about it I wouldn't have cared. Another day my daughter fell on a walk and badly hurt her knee and couldn't walk, when we returned my husband went to ask for ice for her knee and met the same member of staff and told him our daughter had fallen and asked him for ice, he told my husband, "Go to the bar" again in a rude manner. If this man was very busy he could've explained nicely and asked my husband to go to the bar but unfortunately the same rude manner prevailed, it would have been nice if he either went to get the ice for us or at the very least had told us nicely where to go. This is not a budget hotel after all. I don't understand where they got this man out of because the rest of the staff were lovely and helpful, the owners, the young barmen and the girl working in the restaurant were all so nice. I love a hotel where you don't need a car and can walk everywhere, this was not the case with this hotel but I knew that before going, I'm not complaining, being set outside the town meant the views were better and very short drive to Pollensa and Port Pollensa.
- Haneen (10/5): Taste of paradise - Beautiful villa, amazing service and wonderful property. One of the most tranquil spots in Mallorca. Will be coming back as soon as possible!!!!
- Petroula (9/5): Perfect hideaway on a hilltop over the bay - We loved our stay at this authentic property. Quiet and tucked away in the groves and on a hilltop, the setting is dreamy. From the driveway which is lined with olive trees, cacti and other Mediterranean plants, to the grounds of the property and the view overlooking groves and the bay, it was the perfect location. Only 5 minutes away (by car) from port de Pollensa and a 15 minute drive from Pollensa. Our room was gigantic and perfect for our family of 3. We loved the unpretentious and elegant air of the restored property. Staff were extra helpful and welcoming too, everyone very friendly. We also had dinner at the restaurant twice which was excellent and I really recommend. The property accepts children, although our 4 year old was the only child while we were there as it's a chilled place rather than a "kids' club" kind of place. We loved it and all 3 of us had a great time so we would stay there again! Nothing. Minor one as I travel with my own but maybe a little more attention to bathroom toiletries.
- Thomas (9/5): Superb -
- Claire (7/5): Good -
- Alexandra (9/5): Superb staff, stunning views, rustic retreat. - Superb staff - nothing was too much trouble even when a delayed flight meant we arrived five minutes before kitchen closed they still gave us a full three course meal, which was spectacular. Our baby boy practically had his own fan club and he loved playing with all the staff team who indulged him so kindly.
The food was consistently excellent and the stunning views were unmatched anywhere else we went on the island.
The property has so much character and history and is spotlessly clean and beautifully looked after. It’s a family run rural retreat and for us all the more special for that - the service was so personal and we will definitely be back For us it was perfect. Some people looking for a more traditional high end hotel might not like the rustic feel but we loved it.
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Liz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Magda (8/5): Very good -
- Ron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fiona (9/5): A really lovely break in a fantastic hotel - Beautiful hotel in exceptional location - nice and quiet as only 12 rooms. The staff made us feel very special and the food was excellent. The WiFi in the room was a bit intermittent
- David (10/5): Very chilled stay at a beautiful and well run boutique hotel - The location is amazing with great view of the Pollensa bay. The pool and the general hotel facilities are great and the staff are warm and friendly
- Kathryn (10/5): A little piece of heaven - Wonderful location, clean and comfortable rooms, engaging and attentive staff, outstanding food and wine.
- John (9/5): Superb - Beautiful location and fabulous hotel. If you're after peace and tranquility this is the place for you.
- William (9/5): Lovely - Beutiful facility and location! Pool could be bigger, and tennis court needs renovating. Hotel is 👌 awesome!
- André (10/5): - eine wunderbare und tolle Unterkunft. Aussicht einzigartig. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kulinarisch hervorragend. Jederzeit gerne wieder
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amelie (9/5): Loved it! - Classic colonial homely feel Must know it’s not walking distance to beach but if you’re fit it’s great to go with bike, 5 min from hotel
- Helen (10/5): Perfect in every way! - Relaxing and peaceful hotel set in beautiful grounds. Wonderful rooms and friendly staff.
- Krishna (9/5): Superb - Bathrooms could be better.
- Kim (10/5): Brilliant Alex and his team are fabulous - Fantastic Nothing
- Ioana (10/5): Exceptional - location, views, staff
- Fausto (10/5): Beautiful quiet hotel, a wonderful place. - Beautiful and quiet location near to Pollença. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also wonderful, more for lunch than for dinner where we found the choices a bit limited. The Wifi was very slow which we needed even on vacation sadly. The breakfast was good but the coffee options are not great. Still, an excellent hotel I would highly recommend.
- Leslie (8/5): we left feeling refreshed l - the friendly staff and spotlessly clean, clearly a very loved hotel!! lack of a comfortable lounge area inside
- Jeremy (10/5): I couldn’t think of a nicer place to stay in Mallorca. - Its peaceful elevated setting and glorious views, the understated style of the place, the excellent food and wine and the delightful staff. it’s a gem. nothing really.
- Christine (10/5): relaxing in luxurious hotel - quiet location
- Kevin (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (10/5): Wonderful relaxing stay, attentive staff and beautiful srroundings. -
- Irina (8/5): Very good -
- Philippa (6/5): lovely hotel, super location but catering very poor - the location, the building and its history . the pool, tennis courts and bikes were great . by car easy reach to local towns. The breakfast was particularly poor and the dinner menu/cooking was only average for such a fabulous place. We only ate there twice for dinner due to the limited menu and the quality of the cooking. light lunch snacks would also be an addition.
I also felt that some of the furniture could do with an upgrade , carefully chosen pieces to reflect the unique architecture of the building that it is and also for a level of comfort - from the sitting room to the individual bedrooms. side tables in my room were very poor quality as was the lighting.
If you were lucky enough to get a bedroom with a view out of the sea it is magnificent - my sister got one And the rooms are big and spacious. However the biggest disappointment is the catering facilities which having spoken to the manager prior to leaving I feel they will take on board; it is a place I would like to return to and hopefully catering facilities will be at a level designed to meet one’s expectations.
- Lisa (9/5): Will return - Loved our stay at llenaire. Perfect service and relaxing environment. In fact it’s a gem!
- Florinda (9/5): Superb -
- Geanina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yvonne (10/5): fabulous - the hotel is beautiful and Comfortable at the same time the staff are amazing and the food is out of this world always a good holiday NA
- Lynda (10/5): Surpassed our expectations - A relaxing oasis above the busy port of Pollensa.
From the minute we arrived at this boutique hotel we fell in love with the place nothing was too much trouble and the staff were extremely friendly.
