• Emma (10/5): - We checked in very late had a wonderful welcome with Marcelo ( sorry if I have your name wrong) very friendly and professional. After a long journey the hotel smelt sweet like a spa and the facilities were spotless. We had a wonderful room memory foam mattress and a great night sleep! We also like the decor very much Only stayed one night but was very impressed will definitely return 5 stars
• 225phile (10/5): Friendly, clean and comfortable - Recently refurbished hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Nicely located just outside the Cala Figuera port within easy walking and driving distance of the beautiful coast at Saramador. Bed was very comfortable and great shower.
• Beccy (8/5): - We had a wonderful stay. The view from our room was incredible. Great location only a couple of minutes walk from the port. Food options were great. Rooms are a little old style, but comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our night stay. The view is great!!

• Michelle (6/5): Basic hotel. No frills. - Pros: - The location was great. 3 min walk to the port. - The hotel looked to be newly renovated. - The bus stop is right outside the hotel. Cons: - The room smelt of sewage - The water was salt water - The AC took time to take effect - There is no lift - No hooks for the hand towels by the basin - TV only works if.you have hdmi cable to plug into your own device.

• Anders (10/5): - This property was beautiful and well run. Within 15 minutes by car to the city of Santanyí, it was close enough to the action while also being a quiet escape. Pool was gorgeous and the bartender made a delicious Mojito! 10/10 recommend and will stay again.
• Katiep66bournemouth (10/5): Hotel Restaurant - My partner and I stopped here for a light lunch (ensaladia, tortilla, salad) and were so pleased with the quality of the food, cleanliness of the venue and the attentiveness of the staff that we went back for an evening meal a few days later. I had entrecote steak which was so tasty and melt in the mouth, and my partner had Majorcan lamb which he really enjoyed.
• jamescoop (10/5): Fantastic!!!! - Stumbled on this while touring the island. Reception guy from Argentina was so helpful and friendly, the hostal is perfect with a stunning pool and grand bedrooms. Figuera is stunning! A must see. Highly recommend. Bravo... Perfecto...

Pas de rideau occultant donc levée à 6h, un ventilateur à 5 euros, fenêtre qui claque et grince la nuit si on les ouvre... Eau non potable et payante 2 euros au bar..literie assez confortable Partie commune et piscine de bonne qualité Petit resto génial à côté de l'hôtel (El cruce) et localisation prêt du port sympa. Bien situé pour aller faire les magnifiques criques environnantes

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Le personnel est à l’ecoute. Un hôtel qui est plutôt bien situé ! Propose le petit déjeuné. pas un buffet de folie, mais avec un petit choix. Par contre très déçus de la machine qui servait les jus... aucun goût ! Il y a une piscine très sympas de pouvoir piquer une tête de temps à autre mais l’entretien des chaises longues laisse à désirer.

Die Hotelcrew ist sehr bemüht, man sollte abwarten ob sie mehr daraus machen. Verdient hätten sie es allemal.

• yylundk (2/5): Warning: Computer, Tablet, and Valuables Stolen! Very Dangerous!!! - We reserved through Booking.com and stayed at this hotel in June 2018. We arrived in the evening and as soon as checked in, we placed our luggage in the room, locked the door and went out for dinner in the neighborhood. When we went out, a woman staff insisted we should leave the key at the reception, so we did. After a few hours, when we came back to our room, found that my husband's laptop computer, tablet, and my jewelries were all gone from our luggage. We called the police, and after they investigated our room twice, told us that they were 95% sure that it was an "internal job." The hotel manager never came to talk or help to us during our stay, and was speaking so vocal and eloquent only when he was defending himself in answering the police's questions. There was almost no one at the reception most of the time, and no security camera, etc. We had two days at Cala Figuera and had to spend the last entire day of our vacation at the police station. The hotel manager and staff were very cold and treated us as if we were the criminals. This terrible event destroyed our vacation. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and it is a very dangerous, unfriendly place to stay.
• ChrisH472 (6/5): Basic accomodation that could do with air-conditioning - It is budget accomodation, with basic amenities and continental breakfast. Was nice to have a pool. Staff were nice and can speak multiple languages. However, the rooms are unbearably hot in the summer time and don't have air conditioning. You have to leave the door and window open but then you have to deal with noise from the bar below and road noise. Reception did give us a small fan but it did not make much of a difference. Did not get much sleep here.
