The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the staff,made us feel right at home. Our room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. I highly recommend the complimentary breakfast. I know it’s not the place to blame,but you must do a thoroughly checking with People who are smoking inside the rooms,we had someone smoking there and it was very awkward ,though we didn’t know where it was coming from which room but it was unbearable…don’t forget to provide enough towels especially if you know that it’s more than one people coming ..otherwise All the Garden court are beautiful 🫡❤️.

We left in the morning for breakfast, then went to the Mall and when we returned in the afternoon our room was still in a mess and had not been cleaned at all. It took 2 calls for the room to get cleaned. I was not impressed.

Thank you! - We booked this hotel stay before checking reviews, when we did check it we were very concerned because it wasn't great but I am pleased to say the staff were friendly and welcoming during our entire stay. The hotel and our room was clean, fresh and so comfortable we didn't want to leave! The breakfast was amazing, and again all the staff and chefs were super friendly, we were really spoilt. Even the internet was great, no buffering. Would love to come back next year. Would be great to include kids channels / cartoons on the TV.

Fietsenzaak Wayne onder het hotel is echt een meerwaarde en loopafstand naar de wedstrijdlocatie was prima. Ontbijt was goed en erg uitgebreid. Wel zelf je chocopasta meenemen. Misschien de herrie in het weekend van het uitgaansgebied al zou dit geen reden zijn om het hotel niet opnieuw te boeken.

Franco (8/5): It's good for short stay. - The excellent location and view on the ocean. The ventilation system is very noisy in the room even with off aircon. The service at the restaurant is extremlyslow and you wait long for apparently no reason even when it's empty The lifts are only two and sometimes you need to sit and wait 20 minutes to get the next one free.

Lebo (8/5): Keep up the good work, your hospitality was also good - Proximity to all the amenities. We were able to walk to the Beach, walk to Church and even to the Shopping Mall. The place was safe for us to even do early morning jogs everyday. Basically i loved and enjoyed my stay there, because i managed to continue with my active life, i was not forced to use taxis to move to points of interest.

The entire hotel was immaculately kept and calm and quiet, even though there were Iron Man tourists; there was no chaos. My daughter had to go to the doctor without showering first.

Elizabeth (10/5): It was excellent. - The locations was perfectt, because I was visiting my sister in law, who live in 17 Glengary Single, Humewood. She is very ill with Lemphoma rhat's why I did not go to the beach. There is nothing that I can complain about.

Paul (7/5): Good location and well maintained facilities besides the gym. - Location and cleanliness. Aircon system not functioning due to power outages. System takes 2 hours to cool again and then the next round of power cuts commence. We’re lucky to be moved to a 1st floor room where a new system is installed and working. Would have been unbearable otherwise. The gym equipment is also sparse and very, very old (weights). The cardio equipment is in a good state.

Lourens (8/5): Great stay - The history of the building, could maybe be included in a scan to view type style in a leaflet in the rooms. Air-conditioning was a little underwhelming, and shower to bath tub inlet selector was broken

Elaine (4/5): - The location was brilliant The hotel is very dated. The shower door moved alot so the bathroom flooded all through the stay. Twice we had hotel staff come into the room uninvited whilst we were napping. Was horrifying
