- 郁晴 (10/5): 整體綜合起來 會再訪 - 床跟枕頭真的太讚 睡得超舒服 溫泉部分 （櫃檯有先告知熱水要放一陣子） 下午大概四五點打算先泡一下 至少等了5～10分鐘以上才有 等的有點久 要不是櫃檯有說要等 不然真的會沒耐心 - 設備部分 雙人房如果有再多一把椅子就好 不然買食物回去兩個人的話有點難坐在一起吃 - 整體燈光 實在有點暗（當天是入住靠後的房間 所以打開窗簾差不多也是暗的） 以及都是黃光 看電視的時候有點痛苦 以及女生如果要化妝 也是蠻考驗技術的

- 溫文 (6/5): - 地點很好 就處在礁溪鬧區 晚上逛街方便 房間有溫泉 但要開一陣子才熱 整潔度逐年下降 住過三次 之後再來礁溪可能換住宿點 沒有專用停車場 隔壁停車是折抵而已不保留停車位 如果晚上有其他行程安排 比較晚回來 基本上不會有任何車位 這次就遇到這個狀況 最後跑去比較遠的公有停車場（前後找了一小時） 基本上開車來 要極度注意入住時間 太晚可以當作這間沒有停車位

- 慧婷 (9/5): 性價比超高的旅館 - 重新裝修過,環境乾淨舒適 1.房間很大,有除濕機 2.房內浴缸很大, 但溫泉水不太熱,水量也不大, 注滿浴缸需要蠻長一段時間 3.整理環境內的空氣很清新沒有用奇怪的芳香劑 4.房內用的是馬克杯, 用來泡熱飲很方便 5.一樓有微波爐可使用 6.地點很好, 旁邊湯圍溝公園, 離喜互惠超市不遠, 附近吃的很多, 走去跑馬古道也不遠 7.每層樓的飲水機很大很好用 1.房內用中央空調, 雖然全館禁菸,但若其他房間內有人抽菸, 會導致其他房間也有菸味, 住了很多次, 遇到過一次, 櫃台人員也無法馬上知道是哪一間抽菸, 只能打掃房間時從垃圾桶中的菸蒂去判斷是哪一間偷抽菸. 這是使用中央空調的缺點 2.房內的冰箱很不冰, 幾乎沒有冷度
