Natasha (2/5): Worst stay. - Not a whole lot to be fair. Unfriendly staff upon arrival, doesn’t get any better, older man at reception shouldn’t be dealing with people!! Staff left my room door wide open the first night anyone could have walked in. Ordered food from the snack bar chicken was pink!! Staff did nothing to make our stay better, pool needs to be refurbished as half the tiles on the bottom are missing. Refused a late checkout also, although there are rooms available online, they pretend to look at the computer and just tell you no. Ants and roaches all over complex. Sunbeds are so uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in Lanzarote for years now and this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Honestly can’t believe they’re called a hotel.

Amanda (7/5): - Majority of staff were lovely and helpful. Lots of sunbeds available at pool. Food choice for breakfast was good. 1 male on reception was very unfriendly at reception. We had cockroaches in our room at check in at 8pm and lots at our front door. I understand they're all over the island but not what you want after a long journey. We were told that maintenance would be around in the morning. I asked to be moved rooms in the meantime and was told that even though they had rooms available they were being hold for check ins the following day. I pointed out that check in was 3pm and waa still refused a temp new room. I was then handed a can of big spray and told to deal with them myself. The male could see I was upset at this ans continued to fake smile throughout and repeat his answers. Male was late 20s early 30s, dark hair in a half top knot style. Unprofessional and a shame that he brings down the tone of the hotel because otherwise the stay was lovely.

Dean (6/5): - Staff were friendly, it was in a good location. Room was tidy. The noise was bad. You were woke bewteen 7:30am and 8am with lots of banging and the noise of the cleaning trolleys going along the tiles. There was a metal drain cover and anytime someone walked on it, it made a huge bang ensuring you were not sleeping in. The walls are paper thin. So you can hear all your neighbours, using the bathroom, speaking, listening to music. At one stage I had to check to ensure someone wasn't in the apartment. One of the beds everytime you moved was very squeaky. It was very annoying when trying to sleep. You need to be ready at 9am to get a bed by the pool (they are chained until 9am) and people then keep them for the day even though they might be gone all day. Its a very poor system. .

The location is great situated a few mins up a slight hill away from plenty of restaurants/shops and the seafront. Staff helpful in reception and on site. Didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment on that but drinks and ice cream were available at the pool bar which we used a few times while there.

Deberían organizarlo de otra manera, pues no resulta nada cómodo. Los colchones dejaban mucho que desear... No se duerme bien. La cama del sofá es una cutrez. Es un colchón pegado casi al suelo. Muy mejorable si es para descansar a gusto.

Second evening rang reception and they said maintenance be over. No one came. Next morning still no hot water. Went over to reception on way out and it was sorted when we got back.
