• Floriane (6/5): Hôtel bien placé - Le personnel L’emplacement Le parking Notre chambre était situé à côté de l’ascenseur et le bruit était énormément dérangeant. Nous avons eu des coupure d’électricité. La Clim était très bruyante et nous ne pouvons pas la régler il fallait donc choisir entre avoir chaud ou froid. La connexion wifi était horrible.

• Zeus Adan (7/5): Bonito lugar, con algunos detalles :( - Me gustó que el lugar está en una muy buena ubicación, céntrica y con diversas opciones de entretenimiento alrededor. El personal es muy amable en todo momento, te reciben y apoyan de la mejor manera. La habitación se ve tal cual se muestra en las fotografías, es amplia y la cama es cómoda. El lugar es tan bonito pero desafortunadamente me tocó que el sanitario olía muy mal, además había una cucaracha muerta en el sanitario. La alberca no estaba en las mejores condiciones, no estaba como se ve en las fotografías. Tal vez la experiencia podría ser muy satisfactoria si hubiera mas limpieza a higiene, tanto en las habitaciones como en las áreas comunes para huéspedes.

• Mike Dirven (6/5): - De ligging van het hotel middenin de binnenstad van Mérida. Verder is dit hotel één van de goedkopere hotels in de omgeving. De betaling van de kamer verliep niet soepel. Ik kreeg een Whatsapp bericht met dat ik een aanbetaling zou moeten doen terwijl dit nergens staat aangegeven op booking.com. Nadat ik heb aangegeven geen aanbetaling te willen doen, heb ik op de locatie kunnen betalen. Toch zorgde dit wel voor wat twijfels. Wij hadden een kamer zonder goede ventilatie en geen buitenraam. Als de airco uit stond werd het snel heel warm en benauwd. Met de airco aan ging het wel.

• Ruiz (7/5): - La ubicacion es centrica, pero el estacionamiento esta a 2 cuadras del hotel El trato del personal al momento de salir, me pidieron los controles y al entrar no me dijeron que los teniq eu devolver a la recepcion, por lo que al momento de salir el personal me hizo regresar a la habitacion a buscar los controles y fui a buscarlos, los entregue y ni siquiera me contestaron, el hotel es comodo pero el trato del personal no me gusto. Solo la gerente o no se que sea al momento de entrar si se porto amable

• dufff (3/5): A éviter!!! - Pas grand chose Chambre d'hôtel réservée depuis 6 mois. Sans cesse des relances mails et whatsapp pour confirmation de la réservation et pour l'heure d'arrivée entre 15 et 18h impératif!! Arrivés à 16h pour constater que nous n'avions pas notre chambre lit king size réservée avec frigo cafetiere mais une chambre lits jumeaux sans équipements. Après insistance de notre part la gérante nous a offert le petit déjeuner !! Ce qui n'enlève rien à notre déception. Le parking glauque..est assez loin !! On est cependant plein centre
• Anthony (1/5): Wouldn't recommend, stay elsewhere. - The hotel is in a convinient part of town. The hotel cleaning and maintenance staff were nice and helpful. The hotel manager messaged us a few hours before arrival asking if we would downgrade rooms but did not offer a discount or refund. When we said no and later arrived, they told us it was our only option as they had overbooked. We challenged him on this to receive aggression in return. It was late so we were limited in options & energy so we stayed and forever will wish we hadn't. Thin walls, street noise, micro aggressions from the same receptionist. Just stay elsewhere.

• Adam (7/5): It was a good short stay, and I’d recommend to anyone who wants a reasonable stay near the city centre with friendly sta - Staff were friendly and we good a nice decent room. The shower was good, though very sensitive for heat. Towels were good and the bed was comfortable. The amenities (especially the honey conditioner) were actually really good, though small. The hotel was in a decent location, close to the centre. The hotel also had a pool. The hotel pool was not cleaned at all and so was a bit gross to swim in and no water flow meant it was very still, collecting dust and leaves. There was no fridge for drinks which would’ve been very useful.

Nous étions déçu de la comparaison photo - réalité. Le logement est froid, humide, sans fenêtre qui s’ouvre. La personne de la réception n’était pas chaleureuse. Le rapport qualité-prix est mauvais.

• Raffaele (8/5): Hotel piacevole senza troppe pretese - Struttura di recente ristrutturazione, ottima come posizione e ben tenuta anche se alcuni dettagli si potrebbero migliorare. Un po di confusione con il parcheggio ma poi con un po di pazienza tutto ha funzionato.

Las fotos dan impresión de hotel nuevo y mejor calidad y con luz - en realidad es calidad media y oscuro, le falta más limpieza. Cambiamos 2 veces de habitación - la primera oscura, la segunda no salía agua, y no llegaba agua caliente, no hay servicio de hotel. El personal son jóvenes sin mucha experiencia, tratan de ayudar pero al tener un problema no pueden ni saben resolver.

• Alberto (1/5): Décevant, bruyant, personnel malhonnête, et surtout très sale et plein de moustiques: à éviter!!!!!! - L’emplacement Nuestra experiencia ha sido negativa en varios sentidos. Recibimos un mensaje diciendo que si no llegábamos de 15 a 18 la habitación quedaría liberada y cargada a nuestra cuenta. Cuando llegamos nos indicaron que debíamos pagar la habitación cuando nosotros pensábamos que había sido pagada a través de booking, le pedimos que nos dejara chequear y el recepcionista nos dijo que si no pagábamos no nos daría las llaves. La otra opción era dejar nuestros pasaportes, algo que no era posible ya que no queríamos estar indocumentados y teníamos una reserva en un restaurante. Primero nos llevaron a una habitación con dos camas que no habíamos pedido, nos cambiaron a la planta baja, una habitación llena de mosquitos y con la ventana abierta. El suelo tenía pelos que obviamente no eran nuestros, la ducha estaba sin limpiar con restos de jabón, la mampara de cristal no había sido limpiada y nos encontramos con botes de crema de otros clientes y debajo de la cama llevaba mucho tiempo sin limpiar. A partir de las 5:30 las risas y voces altas de los recepcionistas ya no nos dejaron dormir. Cuando nos marchamos amablemente le comunicamos nuestro desconento y no solo no nos pidió disculpas sino que dijo que éramos los primeros clientes que habían dicho algo al respecto y que por eso no se disculpaban. No recomiendo este hotel ni obviamente volveremos. Solo fue una noche.

Por el precio, habia hoteles mejores ubicados como el de los Aluxes, que esta mas grande. No ofrece ningun desayuno en comparacion a otras opciones.

• Serena (9/5): Per vivere al meglio il centro di Merida - Posizione eccellente, nel cuore di Merida. Personale gentile. Le finestre della nostra camera affacciavano sul corridoio. Il parcheggio è a 250m dalla struttura e nel mio caso è stato incluso.

Desde el primer momento la atención del personal fue muy amable y siempre estuvieron pendientes de que todo estuviera bien. La limpieza impecable, todos los días hacían las camas y mantenían la habitación en perfecto orden. El desayuno, muy rico . La ubicación es otro gran punto a favor: en pleno centro, lo que facilita recorrer la ciudad caminando y tener todo a la mano. Sin duda es un lugar al que volveríamos, muy recomendable para quienes buscan comodidad, buena atención y una estancia agradable en Mérida.

• Jimena (4/5): - Pedí facturación y no me han respondido, en ese sentido la recepción tiene una pésima atención y se molestan si no les das propina diaria. Los baños tienen moho y todo lo medio limpian diario. El desayuno está bien, el servicio es bueno, pero la limpieza de las mesas y sillas es pésima. Los tours están carísimos en el hotel, mi puerta dejó de cerrar bien a inicios de mi hospedaje. Mucho ruido por las noches, ya sea de fiesta del centro, lugares próximos o por mantenimiento entre comillas del hotel. La luz de su pasillo en la noche no me dejó dormir. No pude dormir bien en toda mi estadía. Si está cerca de buenos lugares, muy céntrico y en ese sentido padrísimo
• Raphael (5/5): Not a good option - - Location - The woman who made the breakfast - The staff could have been more consilient or flexible (after we have done the check out, the same day in the afternoon we came back to take our luggage and they refuse to give us access to bathrooms because we were not staying at the hotel anymore). - They ask you to pay the 1st night in advance for your reservation to be maintained. The link for the anticipe is send the same day, at 3pm. And you have until 6pm to do it. If you don’t do it in this 3h slot, they offer to themselves the liberty to rebook your room to someone else. - The floor of the room and the bathroom are old, which gives the feeling that it’s dirty. The curtains of the shower are dirty as well. They give us the opportunity to change our room, but it was +/- the same. - The breakfast is super light. They don’t serve quickly. There’s just a super nice woman that serves 2 days that was great. The rest of the staff isn’t at the level.

The pool looked really good and clean(unfortunately we didn't had the time to try it). All of the staff was very friendly. The room didn't had a safe to lock in our valuables. The breakfast that was included was very basic but good (some fruit, 2 slices of toast with butter and jam, and coffe/tea/juice).

In addition, the front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. This is our second stay here, and this time we added a few days to our stay. We will stay here again the next time we are in Merida.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. Plus, everything was spotlessly clean, which added to the comfort. I would definitely stay here again! There’s nothing bad to say, everything was perfect. An excellent experience.

My fiancée woke up with a sore throat every morning cause of this. - Shower curtains werent clean - The room was a bit dirty and very worn out. The room didnt look like in the pics. - The breakfast panncakes are frozen and heated up. Definitely not a 4-star hotel standard.
