A great ryokan experience with extremely friendly and courteous staff who often went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We were served by Sora Tatebayashi who was absolutely incredible and extremely helpful and everyone at the hotel was friendly and thoughtful. If you are looking for a great ryokan experience with amazing onsens and facilities, I highly recommend Hotel Tenbo and make sure to get the room with the mountain view! View and location A truly breathtaking view of Mt Fuji from our room. Highly recommended to stay in the room with the mountain view. The location was great and was very close to the Izu panorama park and the hotel also offers drop off and pick up at Igu Nagoaka Station. Staff and service The service at the hotel was excellent and the staff were always keen to help and were so thoughtful and always willing to go above and beyond to deliver the best service possible, which was truly appreciated. Nothing, amazing stay!

disneysea2016 (10/5): Great value - Location is off the center but the value for money is great. Excellent service. We stayed in "renewal" room which was recently renovated room #624. Very clean room with new futon. Everything was super clean. Beautiful views of woods and mountain. This was our second time stayed. We love this ryokan!
