• Anđela (10/5): It was truly wonderful! - The space is beautifully designed, with a lot of wood elements that create a warm and cozy atmosphere. We also had a large, stunning terrace with an amazing view! The room was cleaned every day and the trash was regularly taken out, which we really appreciated and made our stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, everyone was truly lovely and always ready to help and explain everything. The location is excellent, right next to the bus station, making it very easy to get around. It was also very convenient to reach the gondola in Valtournenche. The breakfast was also really great, with a good variety and everything fresh and tasty. We also received discounts at nearby restaurants and ski rental shops thanks to staying here, which was a great bonus.

Emplacement idéal, décoration de l'hôtel et des chambres très réussie ; propreté chirurgicale et des petits déjeuners vraiment excellents ! Mais SURTOUT , la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de MELINA et ses collaborateurs sont à mettre en avant ! Merci encore MELINA ; nous reviendrons passer du bon temps chez vous !!!

• Shmuel (9/5): Lovely staff, cozy, located well for the ski bus, highly recommend - staff are lovely and accommodating, really gives you a nice cozy vibe for the stay located right next to the ski bus stop rooms are clean and warm breakfast was nice and had quality ingredients. the pancakes and fresh croissants were really great :) very nittpicky comments about breakfast - you need to boil your own eggs, which means if you want to finish with breakfast in 10-15 minutes, you will either need to skip it or peel off hot eggs :D when the hotel was at capacity, some people needed to wait for other guests to clear tables in order to be able to sit themselves

Though most importantly there were ski boots driers inside the hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in.

The hotel doesn't serve dinner but has a discount relationship with many nearby restaurants- make sure to ask about this. Convenient free parking. No complaints, everything here was pleasant!

• Jonathan (9/5): Overall great value and a pleasant stay. Those looking for ski trip in Valtournenche/Cervinia, I highly recommend. - The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. The rooms were clean and tidy. The beds were a little uncomfortable and at sometimes there was little hot water in the shower.
• Kernius (8/5): Very good - Hospitality and service was great! I liked ski boots heating room. For breakfast you can find bread, ham, cheese, cruisants and some more. Also possible to make yourself boiled egg. Room big enough Shower is so small, that even slim guy cannot fit. shower curtain touch you as the shower is so tight as a distance of your hand - from your elbow to fingers.

The breakfast served was excellent. Great location. Building is a little old, but very clean and quaint. Wonderful place to stay for price and location.

The mattress was a bit saggy. Also, the shower is very tiny (not their fault, it seems like an old building) but given that it uses a curtain, you had to be very careful not to accidentally get water all over the bathroom. Would recommend to hotel that they install a panel or door.

• Adrian (10/5): Exceptional - great location to the slopes in a very picturesque town. the owners of the property were simply amazing! having managed to lose my rental hire car keys on the slopes (!!) they couldn’t do enough to help us. myself and my son had to borrow shoes off the owner to go out as our footwear was locked in the hire car hire and they offered to drop the hire car spare key up to us on the slopes once it had been shipped down from Turin. They were both very kind, engaging and genuinely considerate / helpful. we will be retuning for sure.
